Repairman was great to work alongside. He was happy to teach me a few tips of the trade. Job only took 2hrs. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the fee was rather steep for 2hrs of labor and a handful of parts. I did all the digging to try and save as much as I could, and they gave me a little discount, but I guess the price of plumbers has skyrocketed.

We were incredibly impressed with Beyond WOW Plumbing! They came out the day after Christmas to assess and fix our plumbing issue that same day. The technician, Andrew, was professional and went above and beyond by performing a courtesy scan to ensure their work was up to standard and even warrantying it. What stood out most was their transparency—they clearly explained costs upfront and provided several options to choose from, allowing us to make an informed decision. Truly exceptional service during a busy holiday season. Highly recommend!

Zen Gonzales was great today! He double checked the work I had Beyond Wow do a couple of years ago to replace my old cast iron sewer pipes (everything still looks great!), added some insulation to my water heater pipes, checked for leaks, and answered all of my questions. I will definitely continue to exclusively use Beyond Wow plumbing in Austin. They’ve always been very helpful and have great rates along with being extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The good news keeps on coming. Two men, Clarence and Kobe showed up on time today and put in an incredible workday. I am shocked that they were able to accomplish what they did. Their hard work and thoughtful attention to detail is greatly appreciated. I can assure you many companies would’ve taken longer And not been as easy to deal with. I can’t recommend beyond wow plumbing enough.In today’s society to have a significant job done in a manner that this one is being accomplished is unusual. It’s nice for a job to be completed and feel like I got a good value for the money paid. They just have a small amount more to finish and I have no doubt about the results.We had to have a new sewer line installed from the house to the city line near the street. Jacob Pryor came out to the house as a courtesy, to give an estimate. He was extremely thorough, explained all of the details of the project, and on the spot gave a reasonable estimate for this project. Most importantly he was honest and had excellent people skills which made the whole process go smoothly. We accepted his estimate and can only hope that the rest of the project goes as well as this initial contact. I highly recommend Mr. Pryor and will update this review upon conclusion of the project.

Diego and Brendan showed up on time and with a friendly attitude. They were working in a 2 story attic on a cold day but I think that concerned me more than them. Both tanks were serviced and they gave me a great report. The new company name has not changed the quality of service and I am grateful for that.

We had a tricky situation with a 3-gallon a minute leak in our condo community. Our regular plumbing company determined the issue was more than they had the expertise to handle and recommended Beyond Wow (formerly S&D plumbing). Beyond Wow sent two technicians who spent hours diagnosing the problem which turned out to be a water line that was 40 plus years old buried several feet that we think was part of the construction process. They fixed the leak for a very fair price and our water usage has gone back to normal.

We had a good experience with the tech who inspected our plumbing system. Andrew C was a pleasant, very courteous and honest young person. The system is in good condition but he still gave us a lot of info and pointers as he went along, explaining clearly what’s going on. That was a good eye opener for a lay person!

Grateful that we were able to get a plumber out quickly. Our pipe for washer machine was overflowing due to small clog, Andrew was able to fix it super quick! Appreciate his help.Knocking off 1 star because prices have gone up a ton recently. I was quoted extra $150 if just my tenant was there and I authorized repair over phone (that’s an expensive phone call). Never had this with S&D. Was there in person to not incur the fee. Also in general prices were steeper than when they were S&D. It was $350 to just run a snake which took less than 10 min. If we were to also blast water pressured through the pipe the quote was in the high $800s.Would use again if in a pinch but if not urgent would def reshop prices.

I had an amazing experience with Jacob.I was seeking multiple estimates to fix my issues cracks in wall which requires creating a tunnel outside my home to replace pipes under tub. Quoted almost $5000.Jacob actually listens to my concerns. After our conversation. He wanted to get the camera and see if that is really true. Jacob showed me the problem area. Jacob said that it can be fixed without tunneling. Knowing that saved money big time!I offered to pay for his services. Jacob declined.I was impressed by his commitments to go the extra mile. I was really impressed with this young man.

I have used S&D for all my plumbing needs for the last 8+ years and they never disappoint. Esteban recently installed a new garbage disposal for me and in reliable S&D form, did a great job. I was the last service call of the day and he didn’t have the model I wanted on his truck. It was late already in the evening but he went out of his way to get the unit I wanted and get it installed. Great guy and so appreciate his skill and great attitude.

Jason with S&D Plumbing went above and beyond while diagnosing my plumbing issues. He took time to explain everything and showed me the imaging on his camera. There were two major issues with the sewer line, one clearly my responsibility and one questionable. Jason called the city and had someone out right away. Jason explained why he thought the problem was on the city side and after viewing the area with his camera, the city employee agreed it was their responsibility. I definitely appreciated his efforts to save me money! Jason was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He even tested my water to make sure my softener was working. Highly recommend S&D ~!

After reading reviews I decided to go with Beyond Wow Plumbing.My other plumber had been out 3 times and couldnt figure out what the issue was with my 1 yr old Kohler toilet. My technician Jake Neeb figured out it was a factory defective gasket within 10 minutes. Beyond Wow Plumbing is so lucky to have him. They really are Beyond Wow Plumbing and prompt, knowledgeable, and personal service. couldnt ask for a better experience.Just had another plumbing job done by Sean Keeter at Beyond Wow Plumbing. Sean came over the day after Christmas and installed my new bidet. He did a professional job and was so kind and mannerly. Thank you Sean!

I found S&D Plumbing when i was in a jam and needed someone to inspect work already completed for my plumbing permits for the city… The city can make plumbing repairs and replacing plumbing fixtures a challenging thing but the office staff at S&D plumbing are very helpful and go above and beyond to assist you. they can do their own permits and in this case add onto my existing permit. I have never had to get permits before so i was very lost and had a lot of questions When they didn’t know an answer to a question they followed up with management and she even called my inspector to help resolve an issue. They were able to sign on to my permit because they are registered with the city.( not every licensed plumber is… i found that out the hard way) and Lauren was so helpful with that. Today was the second technically third time I used S&D plumbing. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and I am happy to continue to work with a company with such wonderful employees and work ethic. Last time i had my water heater replaced and Nick was my plumber he was professional and hard working he stayed late to complete the water heater job. This time Jason my plumber he was punctual…actually early :) and very professional he took his time and explained everything thoroughly to me, even looked up the city code and showed it to me… he suggested items that could improve my home to cut down on potential maintenance and he thoroughly reviewed past work i had done by another plumber and verified the quality of the work was able to pass for plumbing permits.( i had no doubt) i have and will recommend them for any plumbing needs especially for anyone who needs for permitting. You’ll be happy to know they work in or even outside of the Austin area and have reasonable and competitive pricing. Thanks S&D you must have great managers bc you have a great teamof employees 🙌

Pipe work is never something you look forward to but the whole S&D team made the process seamless and easy. Jacob the leak specialist was able to stop the leak, determine where it was located and map out a plan. The following day Esteban and Robert came to put in the new pipe. The attic crawl space was tiny but somehow Robert made his way through to drop the line which saved us from having to cut a hole in the ceiling. Esteban kept our spotless through the entire process and the whole teamwas truly just pleasant to be around! S&D Plumbing is completely professional and I highly recommend them.

Professional, friendly, efficient.We had a small leak that turned out to be the coupling between our main water intake and the sprinkler system. It was leaking very slowly, not an emergency, but I needed it handled. S & D took the call this morning and arrived this afternoon. They quickly worked out what was the problem and quoted before the work what was eventually charged. The fix was to replace a valve and associated connections. Nick did the work efficiently and was one of those people who enjoyed the job and was good at it.He also convinced me to buy into their preferred customer system. My house is over five years old now and obviously beginning to show some wear. As it is my most important investment Im happy to have their inspection and correction of any deficiencies, something included in the plan.All in all Im very happy with S & D. The team and the company stand by their values and mission. It was shown in todays leak detection and the care in the work they provided.

My water pipes busted on Thursday night around 9pm. I started making calls to get it fixed at 7am the next day. Called S&D plumbing and they sent someone out immediately. Jason & Carson showed up at noon and did an amazing job. Located the leak within 15mins of being on site. Fixed the problem and had my water back on by 1pm. If you want the job done fast and reliable definitely go with S&D Plumbing, they have a customer for life.

Thanks!Working with S&D was the best decision, one I made at a time when I was wondering how I would find a plumbing company that was both competent and trustworthy. S&D restored my faith. I cant say enough about the work they did and the class with which they did it.I want to shout out Ryan, who came out and listened to my entire story patiently. How we had a clog, it was supposedly fixed by one company, but then clogged up again a few days later. How we had another company tell us that not only is our main line to the street clogged by a tree root that grew into it, but that we needed to go into all of the house pipes, tear up our entire front yard, and it would cost $43K+ (they sent us an invoice). How this large company had my wife and me totally shaken... and how we were hoping they were trying to scam us and it wasnt necessary.Ryan did his own inspection and quickly told us the house pipes were fine. There were no breaks in the house. He even offered to talk to my cousin, a plumber in MA, to explain everything to him. He was patient, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. We had a spot repair done the following week, where Matt came out as well to do the work with Ryan. Matt was also really helpful, friendly and informative. They didnt try to sell me on other stuff. They were efficient and clear in everything they did. S&D made it obvious that they are looking at this as a long term customer-focused relationship, not a quick and unnecessary job to take your money.Finally, Krysten in the office was also really friendly and helpful throughout the process of scheduling and paying.The last thing I will note is to BE CAREFUL with who you trust, especially among the big companies that have a goal to SELL SELL SELL, and will make what requires a smaller fix into a massive project. A potential financially life-altering project. There are real scam artists working for big plumbing companies. They lied to me over and over, then shook my hand, looked me in the eye, and sent me an invoice. My advice is to go with S&D. I am so glad I did.

I dont give anybody five star unless they save a life. Having said that, S & D plumbing came very close to that in my world today. There is no good time for a water pipe to burst, especially not the day before you are scheduled for surgery. S & D and their expert staff, I worked with Nicholas Salazar, showed up the day of the incident. Nicholas stayed until the job was done. Fantastic, considering the leak location was unknown in the front yard. Fast forward a few hours later and the pipe was dug up and replaced. Very much appreciated that this didnt drag on for days. Thank you, Nicholas and S & D plumbing!

Oh my goodness, they were life savers. We had been without water for 4 days and the company we had coming out gave us the runaround, so I called S&D and they were extremely helpful, professional and got out to us within 2-1/2 hours to fix our burst water pipe it was such a relief. I highly recommend!! Travis was awesome!Again they saved us. I noticed in the backyard the ground seemed soggy last night, we called this morning and Travis came out this afternoon and voila it’s fixed. Thank you S and D!!
