    I just have to say how blessed I was to have this man be the one chosen to come out to our house to work on our pipe.We had our main drain line snaked, camera, and jetted to completely clear it out.He was the absolute sweetest guy. Was very calm. Made sure to not only explain everything to me and my husband but he also made sure I knew what tools I would need if this happened next time when I asked how to do it myself.I try to make sure Im educated on all things homeowner and he made me cry happy tears when he was explaining everything and doing so without being berating or condescending. Which has been a huge reason why I hate hiring people. I am a woman. Anyways. He also helped me look things up. And let me see the camera while it was going through the drain. He showed me how to look for the pipe in my yard. He also gave us a quote for a pipe replacement. He is the best. The sweetest plumber I have ever had in my 10yrs of living in this house and I will be forever asking for him if I was to have to call again.

    I love this company!! They are so helpful in times of need, and willing to come the same day if an emergency or work out a plan to come. I spoke with Michael, the owner on last Saturday and ask if someone could please help me. I had a new refrigerator delivered and found out the line was corroded and was told they had to reschedule and to call a plumber. I called Flow Pro while the guy was there. Michael advised what to say to the delivery guy and that someone was on the way. Because of the fast service and the empathy Michael had for me, the guy returned and installed the refrigerator!! Wyatt came out, handled the situation very professionally and the job was done. All of the staff that I have come in contact with are very nice and pleasant from the beginning to the end. I have never had a problem with their work. Think twice before you call any other plumber except Flow Pro Plumbing. You wont regret it!!!

    I have used FlowPro a number of times. Today, they came out to replace a toilet. During installation, he discovered that the flange was cracked. He went ahead and replaced it. In true FlowPro fashion, the technician showed up on time, was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable and he cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend this company.

    Chris was a Godsend. He came out, worked in the dark and rain and capped off one of our lines to make sure we had water. I tried to offer an umbrella but he said he was fine. When he came in for us to work on payment, he sat down and we felt like wed known him all our lives. I gave him the biggest hug before he left and thanked God for sending us that angel in disguise. Wonderful

    Update: Still an amazing company. They provide great service and communication to clients. I recently had to use them for an emergency after hours call. The tech was quick and helpful.I have used Flow Pro at several different apartment communities that I have managed. They are wonderful. The office staff is professional, helpful and responsive. The different techs that I have worked with are efficient and helpful. They have a quick turn around time for scheduling and off emergency services. I feel that this is an honest company that provides a fair price for their services.

    The communication was excellent and timely. Chris K was a pleasure to work with and made sure to explain everything very thoroughly. His persistence in clearing out a very challenging clog resulted in success and things are now flowing smoothly. Chris was also very respectful of our home from beginning to end.     Flo Pro came out on a Saturday on short notice for a no water situation. Within just a few short hours they had diagnosed the problem, confirmed an estimated cost for completion, and fixed problem. The process was stress less and the problems were solved. Would recommend.

    My water bill has been higher the past 90 days. Wyatt came out with Flow Pro Plumbing to perform an inspection of all the plumbing and check for leaks. No leaks found thank goodness. Wyatt was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. I will use Flow Pro again if needed.

    Chris showed up on time, and got to work. He knew exactly what the issue was with my clogged kitchen sink after a few tests and fixed it. He also made sure everything was tighten and there were no leaks from the drains before he left. Will use Flow-Pro again if the need arises.

    Thus far we have only accepted our estimate and scheduled our installation for an exterior tankless water heater. That being said, everything from the scheduling of the estimate, receiving the quote, and getting an installation date has been timely and seemless.The people in the office (Stephanie and Crystal) and the super professional young man (Darren) who came out to provide the quote were absolutely professional and communicative with each stage of the process so far.At this point, I have to say Flow-Pro lives up to the professional standards that I would expect of a business with “Pro” right in the name.

I have had the pleasure of working with Stephanie at the call center and plumbing technician Wyatt and they are both helpful and wonderful. Their work is expert level and their pricing is fair.     Greetings! I normally don’t post anything but I HAVE TO give Joshua his FLOWERS!!!!! Wonderful customer service, quality of detailed work and personality is an understatement. Joshua was very knowledgeable, patient and attentive to the required work. He educated me on issues and resolution for the issues.     Had an emergency after hours about 9 pm, I call about six 24 hours plumbing service some said the booked up for the night and the others never called back until I called Flopro . Chis and Sam came out very promptly, fixed things super quickly, even explained what was going on to my husband and I as they did it without fuss.     Flowprow did a fantastic job. My tub was leaking a ton of water down into my garage. I called and they came out the next morning and within a half hour they identified the problem and explained it to me and they gave me a couple of options to fix it. At no point did I feel like I was being lied to or taken advantage of. The gave me a next day appointment and Jared and Even did great work. They showed up early, fixed my issue in less than an hour.     These guys are fabulous! Quick, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely affordable. The night we moved into our new house our laundry hook up sprung a leak and we had to shut off all water. By sheer luck and Google reviews we found Flow Pro. Spoke to Michael a little after 7:00pm, our service tech Larry arrived around 8pm and our issue was fixed by 9pm. We will absolutely be using this company for any plumbing issues in the future!

    With everyone being booked we had an emergency in our craw space. When I called they were booked as well.When I explained to the representative what was going on and that I had a leak she said hold on let me see what I can do. She listened.     Chris and team were so knowledgable and helpful in reconstructing a broken drainpipe and installing a tub. Not to mention, remapping the pipes under my sink so that my sink and dishwasher were both draining efficiently.     Contacted flowpro plumbing about installing a free standing tub, installing shower trim and connecting drains after a small bathroom renovation. Office personnel was very thorough in taking down the information on the scope of work and responded quickly with a set price. Once it was agreed opon, they scheduled the work and the plumbers showed up at the scheduled time and the work was done in a timley manner. They took pride in what they did, and ensured me that everything was in its proper working condition. All the way down to leaking checking both the tub and shower after all work was completed. I would recommend this company to anyone for any and all needs of plumbing work based on my experience of this local company.

    Flow Pro really helped me out. I have an old refrigerator that had a hose break. Water was everywhere and of course it was late at night.     We had a drainage issue with a basement shower and toilet which they diagnosed properly as a problem with the sewer pump GFCI outlet. They were very professional and explained the issue (which did require an electrician to repair the GFCI). They did check the drain to make sure there was nothing causing any other obstruction.
