About 56 years I have been paying for an insurance program and as we all age, we don’t read the fine print as it turned out. I called my insurance company and told him what the problem was and again it happens on the weekend when everybody is taking the time off, they assigned me three different companies of which I never heard anything back from, and yet my hot water heater was dripping water in my garage. I had to get it replaced or fixed or whatever is wrong with it knowing that I was accepted that I would have to buy a new water heater not knowing the price short story nobody return my phone calls , I called my son and say you have a plumber and he told me about I called them. They sent somebody out on Sunday. They arrive between about 9 o’clock in the morning. They stayed till 530 at night. Everything cleaned it up repaired everything made sure the pressure was correct And replace the water heater. I didn’t called my insurance company and told them one. I don’t need their services because nobody has returned my call and I had to get a plumber repair my water heater 12 1/2 years of what it is they wouldn’t cover it. I asked them I said well why am I paying for this insurance policy that doesn’t cover it is in the fine print and you have to re-read your contract. I told them I said cancel the three people no longer need them , and they have taken care of the situation. They came out and explained to me everything I need to know and make a decision. They did everything possible to reduce the cost and make sure that I had the proper water pressure to my house and water heater they sell devices in there that need to be done in case something else ever happens , the plumber and his assistant were friendly. Very considerate gave me every kind of deduction drop the cost of the hot water heater down to $2000 less than they originally started and provided I provided all the deductions they could possibly give you. They save me over $2000 to have it all replaced to shut off systems that I was no longer using Backflow and the sprinkler system. I would recommend this company for anybody. They are on time. They are very polite professional their plumber. Mr Stanley is great. I think them for their kind and professional service. They stayed there until they got everything accomplished him one day, which took me three days to just cancel now I’m going to review my contract and I’m going to contact the insurance company and I will no longer spend the money to cover items that will come up not covered because of some kind of clause that is so small you can’t even read it again thank you guys so much. I hope I don’t have to use you again, but I have the confidence that something goes wrong and it can you guys will be there for the guarantee on the product and they are and will come out on the weekend when things breakdown again thank you so much and your company. Initially scheduled an appointment to get a quote to move my hot water heater to the garage. Logan was my tech and he explained, in detail, exactly what he would need to do and how much the project would cost. He quoted me a fair price and I accepted it, not knowing that he would complete the project the same day.My house is over 20 years old and before Logan started, he inspected my existing plumbing to ensure that there would be no issues.Logan was extremely friendly, courteous and made sure all areas were clean and that the new hot water heater was operational before he left.I will definitely recommend Logan and Meetze Plumbing and will use them in the future.

Jarett arrived at our home on time and got right to work repairing our sewer-pump system. He was courteous and thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. After the repair was completed, he put everything back like it was and cleaned up. He explained what was done, presented the invoice for payment, and was gone. He was very attentive to details in that he thoroughly checked and explained my current and future concerns regarding replacing valves outside my home as well as the repair work he was called for inside. We had an issue with our shower and called Meetze Plumbing as our go to plumbing company was booked until next week. Needless to say, I was so impressed with Jan and his work, that we now have a new plumber (also, they needed to come to Augusta sooner. ;) ). Jan was friendly, professional, and explained everything to me (and didnt mind my repeated questions). I know people are on a schedule, but its nice when someone takes the time to explain things so you can understand the work that is being done/why it is being done. I recently contacted Meetze Plumbing to fix a water leak in my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the start, their professionalism and expertise were evident. Marshall Swearingen arrived promptly within the scheduled timeframe, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained the repair process clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. He even let me watch him work and gave tips on the tools and parts required to do the job so that I could do it myself if I needed to.The repair itself was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Despite the leak being in a hard-to-reach area, Marshall resolved it quickly and efficiently, and the work area was left clean.What stood out to me most was Marshall’s courteous demeanor and dedication to ensuring the job was done right. Our water to the house stopped yesterday. We called the city and were advised the pipe had broken just outside the meter box. I called SEVERAL plumbers to get someone out to repair the line. Meetze was the only one that could have someone here this morning. Christian answered the phone and was so kind and understanding. Andrew arrived on the early end of the appointment range, for which Im so thankful. Apparently at some point someone drive over or backed over the meter box and the pipe was broken. He gave 2 estimates. It was possible hed need to need the break the concrete of the sidewalk. He went to get supplies and picked up Austin to help him as well. Fortunately, there was no need to break the concrete! They did a fabulous job, took pictures so I could see the repair and explained everything so I could understand. Asked if I had any questions about the job or any other plumbing matters while they were here.These two men were very professional, yet friendly, extremely knowledgeable and Customer Service Oriented! I dont know what has happened to the concept of customer service these days, but these young men had it aplenty and I am so appreciative.. Gold stars for Andrew, Austin and Meetze Plumbing!

He manage to send the team or two very professional and knowledgeable plumbers to our house in 15 minutes. Austin did amazing job trouble shooting the issue and coming up with best solutions that would work best for us in the long term. All the information that he shared with us will definitely worth his visit. And of course the issue got resolved wonderfully the same day. Jared and Josh did an outstanding job on a water leak I had on the outside of my townhome! They did not stop until they found the issue. Jared made suggestions on a better water valve to insure safety for any other water issues I could have that may evolve overtime or inside my home. I was told who would be coming and when they would be coming. I was sent a picture of who would be coming. They also messaged me right before the service representative arrived to let me know he was on the way. And the service representative (James B.), that did the installation was far above excellent. He was awesome! Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and explained everything that he was going to do and then did it. I had a leak under my kitchen sink, which apparently had been going on for a while and I had only just noticed. I called Meetze plumbing. They were able to get me a same-day appointment. My technician was Marshall Swearingen. He diagnosed the problem as a cracked casing in my garbage disposal. He was able to replace it. He was professional, thorough and also a lot of fun! Im very pleased. I highly recommend Meetze plumbing.

I had a blockage in my sewer line and couldnt use the water inside because all of the water along with any waste ended up on the ground outside in the yard. They responded very quickly and were able to show up within an hour. Brian and Beily came out and did a very nice job. Knowledgeable of the issue and very polite. Did a very nice job, cleaned up and were on their way in a timely manner.Thank you guys for coming out.I noticed folks posting photos of the work they got done but I decided not to go that route to spare anyone having to see the unpleasant scene.

The plumber Tim Peeler directed his assistant to replace a toilet tank whole part in the tank. Assistant did everything he was told to do and made an excellent replacement of the part needed in a Kohler toilet.Then Tim Peeler replaced a 30 yr old toilet with this new toilet. He did an excellent job replacing the old toilet by also taking out the old one.didn’t get pictures and cleaning the ring the new toilet goes in then placing the new toilet in the ring or hole it goes in.This was done well and with good planning and explaining of procedures before doing the work.

I had a clog in the pipes and am on a septic system. Brian came out and after evaluation said that I needed my septic tank emptied. He let me know what else may possibly be wrong and told me if emptying the tank didn’t help, then call back right away. The next morning, I did end up needing services after the septic tank was emptied. Eli showed up within 30-45min of my calling. He had to take up my toilet and clear the pipes. He cleaned up after himself and made sure to check that all of my plumbing was functioning properly. Both Brian and Eli were professional, friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciate the work they did and the piece of mind they gave me!

( its still storming) He gets back and at this time its drizzling but he gets out there does his job, shows me what the issue was, shows me the new install of what he did and covers everything back up.. Jared was fantastic. Water leak on my side of the meter. Jared repaired the problem and also found the incoming water pressure was 110 PSI supplying the house. He also identified the Pressure Reducing Valve was bad and stayed to replace it. This was after he already had a long day not leaving until around 10:30pm. Couldnt be happier with his professionalism, knowledge, work ethic and desire to solve the problem before he left. He will be personally requested for all future plumbing needs! Thank you Jared!

The receptionist was very polite and friendly and scheduled an appointment for the morning The technician arrived early. Logan was very personable and professional explaining different options for me. I settled on an estimate and they were able to install a new WH the same day and earlier than estimated. A great crew. I would definitely recommend this company.
