They are very professional and very kind. The plumber name is Richard. My plumbing situation was a nightmare until he came and solved the problem. I am a customer of a company called Total Protection and I called about my plumbing problems and the first sent someone from Frank Laricey who took my money and did nothing accept kept giving me the run around and finally told Total Protection customer service department that I did not want to deal with that company any more and wanted someone who could get the job done. and then they sent Augusta Plumbing and I am very happy with their work.
