I had what I thought was a septic tank that needed pumping but when they arrived and opened the tank one of the guys told me exactly what was wrong. I had a clogged drain pipe. They unclogged the pipe and pumped the septic tank in no time and the price was very reasonable. I most definitely will use this company in the future.

When no one else could come through, these guys came through for us! We were having a serious problem that caused our toilets to be useless. They were the only people who could come out same day...and even came within an hour of us calling! The person who we worked with, Harry, was very informative, straight forward, and made the process easy to understand. He had our toilet back running quickly and efficiently. Next time we have a plumbing problem they will be our first call.

Ok so I just so this company just left my house like 5 min ago. The company was able to get someone out here in a great time frame. I am beyond thankful for that. Ron and Jason were my tech and lets just say I am grateful to them also. Not only did they help educate me as a home owner on the care of my septic tank but they were helpful in making sure my drainage issue was fully resolved as opposed to just pumping the tank and leaving. Plus they made me laugh! Also as a single mother the price for it all as VERY reasonable, unlike the plumbing company I called who would have charged to locate the septic ONLY at double the price! THANK YOU!!!

We had a main line backup on the worst possible day... Christmas eve! But budget had Antonio on call who called me back promptly and was willing to come out on Christmas eve. We decided to wait until the 26th after the holiday for our appointment. Antonio arrived on time, was finished within an hour. He was professional and friendly. Reasonably priced. I would recommend Budget Sewer to anyone looking for a reputable company who will deliver on what they promise.

The fixed my issue quickly and explained everything to me. They were kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend them, and I will contact them in the future should any issue arise.

Another company came to my house and worked all day and failed fixing my problem while also charging me for it. I called budget and the next day they sent a guy out and he fixed it in an hour and a half ! and I was charged less than the previous company who failed . Antonio went straight to the issue and fixed it . Im very happy with this company

Very satisfied. Our septic tank clogged on Christmas. Early the next morning, Budget was out here in Harlem. In a short period of time, the clog was cleared! The man who came out was friendly, professional, and didnt track mud through the house. The price was reasonable too! I will definitely call them for any future problems.

ANTONIO WAS AN AWESOME TECHNICIAN!! He really went above and beyond. He didn’t have to do the service call at 9:30pm but he did anyway. I was so thankful for his help. I called 5 other plumbers and everyone told me Monday and it was a Saturday evening. I couldn’t have gone until Monday with a tub of toilet. Thank you Budget Plumbing and thank you Antonio!

We have been living in our home nearly 6 years, this week the drains back up all of them!! Budget asked me how long it had been since the septic had been pumped after talking to the previous owner I knew to tell them 30 years!! The guys came out Wednesday we couldnt get the problem fixed then because we discovered half of our Septic is covered by our porch and a huge bush was over the exposed part my husband got that taken care of!! Another company I called wouldnt even come see if he could help!! They Came back out Thursday pumped my tank that didnt fix the issue but definitely will help in the future, guys came today and cleared the lines and my drains and toilets are all working fine now!! I want to say thank you to the 3 different teams of guys that came and all knew exactly what to do and how to help us when they got here!! I will always use budget in the future!!

There are other companies I have used in my local city of hephzibah but they were not professional and did not do the job to the standards that Budget Sewer Service did...i will definitely call them again next time. We had a plumbing emergency!! Tree roots had entered the main sewer line causing a back up in every drain and toilet in our home (fun surprise in the morning when youre trying to get ready for work). I did a Google search for plumbers in my area, and called 5 other plumbers in the CSRA and was told Sorry, were booked until next week!. Budget was 6th on the Google search (definitely should be higher in the search algorithm). The person who answered the phone was extremely helpful, able to give us a same day appointment, and even MORE amazing was able to work around my schedule so that my wife and I didnt have to miss work or leave work early!! Logan arrived at the scheduled time and his level of courtesy and professionalism absolutely blew us away!!! Logan walked us through every step of the process, gave us advice on how to prevent this from happening again, and had us repaired in record time!! As someone who works in forward facing customer service, this company knows how to treat their clientele. Highly recommend this company! This company has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us with our septic tank problems!! Antonio and Jason have been fantastic. It took time, persistence and some old fashioned dirt digging to find our septic tank.... but they found it (with a lil help😀). They haven’t even pumped the septic tank yet but I feel completely confident that it will be done well. Antonio reassured me that he wouldn’t stop until the problem was found and fixed. He was man enough to call for help after he had exhausted all his resources. They finally found it and are fixing it tomorrow..... AWESOME TEAM!!!! I will never call anyone else for our septic needs.
