We are so grateful for James and his expertise. He replaced the toilet flange in our guest bath. It was not a simple job though. He had to demo some of the concrete slab to install the new flange to the correct height and made sure the flooring we had to replace would fit. I called about an issue in our basement bathroom, and Nick from Universal responded. He called 15 minutes before the scheduled time to let me know he was on his way, which I appreciated. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and immediately got to work. Throughout the entire process, he remained focused and took the time to patiently answer all of my questions.Once he finished, Nick explained the red flags he identified and thoroughly walked me through each one. He recommended a course of action that was both the least invasive and the most cost-effective. His professionalism stood out in all his interactions, and he was considerate and respectful to both my mother-in-law and me.

I’m preparing to sell my house and needed to address a somewhat significant plumbing issue first. A 70+ year old cast iron pipe had a slight crack and was slowly leaking in my basement. Calling Universal Plumbing was the best decision I could’ve made.My technician, David, was extremely professional, courteous, and honest. He came out on a Friday and provided me with two estimates. He gave me his honest opinion and explained that he thinks he’ll be able to replace just one section of the pipe, but because it’s so old there was a chance he’d have to replace more, which would basically double the price.I called the office that afternoon and was able to schedule David for the repairs the following Monday from 8-11am. By 10am I had not heard from anyone, so I called the office again. It turns out the receptionist had entered the wrong date for my appointment. Despite the mix up, they still got David back out to my house within an hour.On top of that, he was able to replace just the one section the pipe instead of the whole thing. I’m no plumber, he could’ve just as easily told me that the whole thing has to go and charged me twice as much.10/10 experience with David and with Universal Plumbing as a whole.

Woke up this morning to water flowing up from the ground in my front yard. Called the utility company who came out and diagnosed it as a cracked pipe on my side of the line. Of course it was built in 2019 should’ve expected that. Anyway, I called a plumbing company and they couldn’t get out till tomorrow, well that’s not gonna work. I called universal plumbing and the lady I spoke with was so nice and very helpful. She dispatched a technician named James and he was here within a few hours. He diagnosed the issue and showed me exactly what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. Super professional and very polite. He had it up and fixed within an hour and went the extra mile to install a protective measure so something like this shouldn’t happen again. I’m very pleased with the work, professionalism, and care this team put out. They also provided a military discount which is phenomenal so thank you universal plumbing!

I had a clogged sewage line that showed up late the night before. I called Universal the next morning and they had someone there a few hours later. Universal Plumbings service is excellent! I got into a “do it yourself” debacle and needed help quickly! I called Universal late in the day at 3:30 and they had someone here within the hour! Nick and Gary showed up and diagnosed my blunder. The repair required a longer period of time so the team said they’d be back after 12 the next day to complete the repair.They showed up exactly when they said they would just like they always do. Nick and Gary were professional and courteous throughout the their time here. Gary even helped me lift a heavy cooler.In the end the repair was to our liking and it even cost less than originally quoted. We’ve used Universal Plumbing for multiple reasons since moving here and we’ll use them again and refer them out. Hopefully next time it’ll be at our discretion versus an emergency repair!

I rate Universal Plumbing a 5/5 due to the weather conditions they worked in and their professionalism they showed. One afternoon, I walked out of my home (built in 2013) and noticed a water leak streaming from my water meter box location. Immediately, I started to panic while watching gallons of water flowing down the street. Subsequently, I called the Water Department emergency number, and they sent a person out to assess the situation. The water person stated the pipe was leaking on the home owner side, which is my responsibility to get repaired. All I could think of at the moment was a money pit. The water dept. advised me that since the leak wasnt too bad, I could get away with the water still left on, but the repairs needed to be completed the very next day. Furthermore, I was given advice not to contact a plumber until the next day because it was the weekend. The next morning, I searched the web to find a plumber to call, and all of a sudden, I remembered watching a commercial on TV called Universal Plumbing. I found the web page and made the call to schedule an appointment. When I made the appt, the clerk stated it may get postponed due to inclimate weather. On this day, the weather (70% chance of rain) was not cooperating and around 2:00 pm, it started to rain serve. At this moment, all I could think of was money flowing down the drain. About 2:15 pm, I was contacted by Universal Plumbings clerk and asked was it still raining; unfortunately, I stated yes. She stated ok; however, were still going to send the technicians (James & partner) out to assess the situation. When the technicians arrived, there was a break in the weather and it started to clear up. The technicians were friendly and professional as they quietly performed their assessment and repairs. As a courtesy, they pointed out the cause of the leak and constructed the repairs. The pricing of the repairs (beyond reasonable) was spot on because I was expecting the worst. My wife and I are very happy with their service and highly recommend Universal Plumbing to fix your next water leak repairs.

We could not be more pleased! Everyone I spoke with, from receptionist to technician, was extremely helpful and always nice and friendly. Keonte was especially awesome. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem in minutes and had it fixed quickly without any issues. I appreciate Universal Plumbing quickly addressing an issue that came to my attention after a previous work order was completed. Aikeem was the original technician to work on a dripping shower head and high water pressure inside our house. After I discovered the water pressure setting with the newly-installed pressure reduction valve was also negatively impacting coverage of my lawn irrigation system, Aikeem was dispatched to help with the issue.
