Excellent customer service. My tankless water heater went out before Christmas and they rearranged the schedule to put me first and the tech made two trips on Christmas Eve to resolve my issue. After 9 years, I still recommend them.

Brittingham was extremely helpful as we were navigating our plumbing issues post Hurricane Helene. In having to move our water meter and service entrance to our home, they completed a very clean install without tearing up our yard and driveway at a reasonable price. I appreciated their quick response and insight in resolving our immediate water needs.

Brittingham Plumbing Co. did a great job!! I did however, had one expectation that wasnt met. While assessing the project Charles, the owner indicated that he would be on the jobsite the day of the project, but he was not. I really needed to speak with him directly to navigate the adjustment to the venting aspect of the project. They added a gasline for my stove, cut away sections of my countertop so that the stove could slide in,, and was suppose to install ventilation. Charles highly recommended venting during the project assessment, but it didnt happen. So, I am uncomfortable with the thought of possible carbon monoxide poisoning. I needed an ongoing dedicated conversation about where we landed to feel better.

Brittingham plumbing was called about a gas line repair. All the other companies I called said it would be apx two weeks before they could come. Brittingham sent someone out the same day and were back the next morning to complete the repair. I would highly recommend Brittingham plumbing for all your plumbing problems. On a scale from 1-10. I had an outdoor plumbing line break on a Thursday evening. I called Brittingham Plumbing on Friday morning and they had my pipe repaired by noon on Friday. I appreciate the quick service! While the plumber was on the service call and per my request, he also installed a new faucet on a bathroom vanity sink. Thanks for the great service! Brittingham is the only plumber I use, and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs! Joe Gambill

I hadnt needed a plumber in ages, so I was scrambling when our water heater finally died. I called in the afternoon, and by the next morning I had a new water heater at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again when the need arises!

We have had a lot of remodeling done the last two years, and the crew at Brittingham has handled all of our plumbing needs. Their prices are reasonable. Their men are courteous, do a great job, and always clean up where they have been working. They have completely replumbed both our bathrooms, replaced all the cold and hot water lines throughout the house, and replaced all the sewer lines in the crawl space. We could not recommend them more highly.

We had a major leak under the slab and our water heater burst. Needless to say, we needed A LOT of help, because water was destroying our house. Brittingham Plumbing is a strong, local business with a good reputation for doing great, prompt work. I called up Bit and they were at our house, working like crazy in no time. They did a phenomenal job re-piping our entire townhouse and installing a new water heater (and disposed of the old one). We even had a little issue pop up in the middle of the night, and Bit was already sending his guys over the fix it at close to midnight. These guys will go the extra mile. Now Jan 23 I needed my home sewer snake out an again honesty he look in the camera an inform me service not needed. Always amazing, always as quick as can be. Ive never had a problem with anyone that works there, and Ive always had my problems completely resolved. Ive had terrible experiences with other companies when the specific problem couldnt be found, but the Brittingham family doesnt employ quitters, so to speak. If they cant find the problem, they replace the problem, and for the most reasonable rates Ive ever seen. If I could give more than five stars, I would.
