The two guys did a phenomenal job replacing my water heater. They were friendly, professional, on time, fast and efficient, and easy for me to joke around with.My only gripe I had was the initial contacting. When I first called, there were technical difficulties on their end making the phone call rough (bad headset). I was told they’d be at my house to check out my water heater within the hour; but 3 hours later there was no sign, so I called back and rescheduled for the next morning.Apart from that, great workers and I recommend them.

I called these guys a few weeks ago due to their high reviews after doing a bit of research. I had a leaking water heater that looked like it was on its last leg. These guys were awesome. They went to Lowes to pick up the water heater that I purchased at no extra charge and brought it to the house. Caleb and Austin showed up to do the work. It only took a couple of hours and the job that they did was fantastic. I appreciate the color coded connections and the workmanship. They were prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. The price was more than fair (and a decent amount more fair than a few of the other places that I checked out first). For anything I cant do (or am too lazy to do myself) in the future, I will definitely be calling these guys back. Highly recommended.

Man, these guys are great! Jeffrey and his crew came by and installed a new water line as it appeared the old one had developed a leak. They also made sure my sprinkler system was back in operation! They charged me what they originally estimated even though I feel like they did a WHOLE lot more! Definitely recommend! (the only problem I had with them was they didnt communicate very well. Like they showed up when I wasnt expecting them. Plus, I was getting my driveway replaced and I had to coordinate with the concrete guy. Dont ever try to do two things at once unless the same company can do both)

I can’t say enough good things about Martinez Plumbing and Drain! They were super fast, friendly, and fixed the issue without breaking the bank. Austin discovered that a nail was hammered into one of the pipes, likely there from when the house was built back in 2009. It finally gave out and my daughter’s bedroom and part of the bedroom next to it were flooded with water. Austin, Caleb, and the owner, Mikey, went above and beyond to help repair the issue promptly and we feel so blessed that we ended up calling Martinez Plumbing and Drain for this issue. Even though we will have to replace the carpet in my daughter’s room, I think that the water damage could have been so much worse had we not found a good plumbing company with plumbers who know what they are doing.We will use them for any any future plumbing issues and will be sending anyone we know with plumbing issues their way. Austin was the technician who came to my home and was so pleasant. He came on time was very professional and knowledgeable about the situation. He allowed me to view what he was seeing and what he was proposing. This was a mix up with another plumbing service that handled the same job but yet did not fix it. I was pleasantly pleased that when he called in to his office the owner of the business was very sensitive to what I had experienced and offered a discount so that I could get a new faucet. I paid over 800.00 in one week to have multiple other local companies come out and provide a quote only. These other companies made me feel like it was an inconvenience and quotes doubled even tripled in some cases. When I called Martinez Plumbing @ 1 AM they provided a quote with a camera showing me the problem the same night and temp fixed issue until my appointment for major work completed. I will be a lifelong customer.

Apparently there was a second one about 4 feet hidden in the ground (there should only be one) so they came back same day when the pressure was still having issues and tracked it down. We made an appointment for the afternoon, but Austin and Michael asked come out to our house a little bit earlier than expected (and we were thrilled!) They arrived, assessed our leak, and confirmed what would be needed right on the spot. They left to go pick up the needed parts/supplies, and were done quickly. My mother in law had multiple companies want to replace the main water line at a cost of 2,000+. The owner of Martinez Plumbing & Drain took time out of his day on a weekend to come out & find the problem which was not a water line issue. They had been on a well then moved back to county water. He found the valve to turn the well line off so that the county line would run. His experience & time spent fixed the problem without costing my mother in law thousands of dollars.

Their customer service and friendly demeanor were impressive. They thoroughly educated me on every piece of equipment they used, satisfying my curiosity.
