    We were first-time customers whod been thinking of trying PF Plumbing. They responded quickly to our emergency weekend call when an outdoor water spigot pipe broke, forcing us to turn off all water to the house.Charles arrived within an hour and installed a new spigot outside, a new copper pipe from the inside, and a cutoff valve (photo).You see real quality work here, with excellent materials. We got complete explanations and transparent flat rate pricing.Charles also replaced a toilet flapper. That was on the expensive side, but on the other hand, he had one in his truck, saving me the hassle of hunting one down locally and hoping I had all the tools to do the job myself.Wed love to stay with these good folks for a long time. Highly recommended.

    Brandon Sylvester was absolutely amazing! He was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgable & friendly. The minute he walked in, I knew we had the right person for the job, and the right company. He listened to the issues, checked everything, explained & found the problem immediately. Another plumber had been here previously & completely missed the problem. We could not have had better service from anyone!! We also appreciate Preston who was here with Brandon; both men worked efficiently & quickly to resolve the issues & went above & beyond for us!     I had a toilet that was having issues in the tank with low and hissing water refill and needed someone to look at it. PF plumbing came out, diagnosed the problem and did a modified rebuild of both tanks. I also had a handle that wasn’t working well. They replaced those as well. The toilets are working great now. I also joined their service plan to keep everything running smoothly. Peace of mind was well worth the price. They kept me informed of the entire process and answered questions that I had. Highly recommend!

    The technician arrived when arranged, was polite, knowledgeable and kept me informed at each stage of the the process. He installed a new boiler, removed the old, quickly and efficiently.     Jarrett and Logan were very efficient installing the new hot water heater. They were also thorough in their explanation of the control settings, and for the turnoff valves for the water, the water heater, and the gas line.PF is my go-to company for any plumbing issue. The technicians have always been knowledgeable and efficient, and I love that on the day of service, the office calls to let you know when the technician is on the way.

    Harold and Preston did a phenomenal job at sleuthing, diagnosing and proactively fixing some plumbing issues at my recently purchased 1950s house. It turned out that because of how the old drainage pipe was installed and some past DIY fixes there was a significant amount of water sitting in it which was impacting the performance of the toilet and sink drains and could lead to a much more costly disaster down the road. There was also a section of original cast iron that was improperly graded and showed signs of rust and past leaks. They recommended replacing the remaining cast iron with PVC and regrading all of the drainage pipe to allow for proper flow. They were so thorough with walking me through their findings and laying out all of the information that I was able to make an informed decision. We did proceed with the recommended work and they did a great job executing. They also installed a garbage disposal for me while they were here.Photos show before and after of the cast iron section and the build up we found in the laundry drain pipe because of a past DIY job. Highly recommend!

Its important to me because, once you accept their quote, they will stay as long as it takes to do the job right. Are other companies or handyman services cheaper?Maybe I dont know but if your time and something being done correctly in one visit is important to you... give PF Plumbing a call! Their staff are courteous, friendly and care about protecting your property.

    Harold and Zac were professional and very thorough. Company kept me updated on arrival times the day of service. We had a toilet that was leaking at the base. They fixed the leak, checked under the house and checked water pressure. Pricing was extremely reasonable, too. We will definitely use PF Plumbing in the future.

    I found dripping wet insulation in my crawlspace under my house. I called PF Plumbing and got an appointment the same day. Technician Zack Johnson arrived early, diagnosed the issue that the hot water heater was leaking. The evaporating water caused steaming which led to all the wetness in the crawlspace. After reviewing options with me, Zack removed the old heater, installed a new heater, thermal expansion tank, and a pressure reducing valve. To do all of this, he had to crawl under pipes and maneuver around a low overhead. Zach kept me informed the entire time, answered all questions , was knowledgeable and professional. Zack J deserves a 5+ plus rating. I highly recommend PF Plumbing!

    Updated with New Review for service on 10/26/2024: Woke up to no water. Checked and found that pressure tank (I have a well) was not providing any pressure. Called and even though it was the weekend, was lucky to have a service specialist available to come out that afternoon. Brandon Sylvester checked the tank and determined that it was a bad pressure switch and was able to replace it during that visit. So happy I didnt have to go all weekend without water. :-) Brandon was cheerful, professional and knowledgable about the issue and how to resolve it. I have always had excellent service from PF Plumbing and would highly recomend them to anyone. (End of Updated Review) ----------Jarrett B. and Carlton S. arrived to perform annual maintenance on my tankless water heater and do a check on all my sinks, faucets, etc. As always, the service was excellent and done with professionalism and courtesy. An issue was identified with one of my outside faucets, which they were able to repair while on site.

    Zach from PF Plumbing did a fantastic job. Out of Blaze, Cogar, and Transou, they were most exceptional. They actively listened to what I wanted. Executed a short term solution while leaving the house clean. Quoted a fair rate. Executed the long term solution in a timely manner. They were honest about the cost of materials which led the final total cost to be less than the quoted amount! Theyre coming back to check on their work next year as well. As a single mother, I always get a bit anxious when it comes to hiring services in a male dominated field.     We have used PF Plumbing exclusively for at least 20 years. The business is responsive to service requests and they arrive on time always. The techs are knowledgeable and professional. Making appointments is easy and they show up when they say they will. On their last visit they actually were able to come a day early. This was a non emergency appointment and yhe office called and let us know that they had a space open up and asked if they could send a tech a day early, which worked out great for us. Once a technician was assigned, I was provided a precise time they would be at my residence. When Zachary arrived, he listened to all my concerns and was friendly and professional. Although Pf Pluming may be a little pricey they are well worth it. You get what you pay for.     Nick was awesome. He took the time to fully assess the plumbing of our home, and address the issue we had been having. He was thorough, and took time to explain what he was doing and why. He presented several pricing items, and made sure all installation work was done to standard. He and Larry were at my house until 8:00pm tonight making sure all systems were perfect in what was a challenging install due to the architecture in my basement.     Ryan was so knowledgeable and professional, he diagnosed our problem within 10 minutes. He ordered parts and immediately when the parts came in they called to schedule our service which happened the following week.     I was super impressed with PF Plumbing and will definitely recommend to others. They responded to my initial message right away and kept me informed about when a technician would be here.     Sprinkler system backfllow test: Wasn’t sure how this appt was going to turn out because it started 3+ hours after the time we’d been given. Their office gave us hourly updates and we decided that waiting was better than rescheduling even though they offered (some jobs just can’t always be perfectly predicted re time needed). We received a text/photo of the technician when he was on the way here.**The important part of this review is that we couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to be our technician! Ryan was genuinely courteous and he was thorough in explaining what he was doing and why. He was patient and very professional. My husband is still saying, “what a nice guy”!!

    Matt and Harley were AWESOME. Very friendly and they paid attention to every detail. They fixed our issue and gave great advice about other preventive measures we can take to keep our pipes healthy. We discussed other optional repairs that would have been more expensive but he was honest about what he thought we truly needed. I will call and ask for them by name any time I need a plumber!!!     Aside from ridiculously high fees, which all plumbers charge, PF Plumbing does a generally good job. The office staff is courteous and efficient, and the service techs in general do a very good job, some better than others. Tim responded the past two times and he is excellent. Very professional and friendly. PF always tries to dispatch a tech in a quick and timely manner, and their ETA updates are much appreciated.

    Justin was very detailed and professional, and explained all of our options to us without any pressure. After we made our decision, he got right to work and completed the repairs promptly.     After experiencing terrific service by Harold on a February 2020 call for a disposal blockage, we decided to go with an annual PF Plumbing maintenance contract and requested Harold to return for our annual service. Not only is his work efficient and thorough, he was able to diagnose a problem with our guest shower faucet and fix it! Harold was also courteous and playful with our dogs too!     Nick was very nice and helpful. He helped us resolve the issue we were having with our bathroom downstairs and made sure the issue was fixed before he left.     Matt and Ryan were fantastic!!! My son thought it was a great idea to flush a wooden toy train down the toilet. I was quoted some different prices that at the worst end of it could of been heartbreaking for me to have to pay. However, Matt and Ryan were able to figure out the best solution and the best cost effective one as well! They continued to figure out different solutions for me in order to keep the cost in my favor. Not too many companies would continue to try to find a solution after several minutes. Also, they both were very personable and trusting. I had them come to the house to start the work before I got there with not issues. Overall, I probably had the best experience starting with the scheduling staff to the plumbers that you could possible get from people other than your family. I always have a great experience with this company!

    Matt Hoots provided excellent technical service and was personable and helpful. He is very good at listening, asking questions, assessing the problem, and starting with the simplest possible (least expensive!) solutions. Well definitely ask for Matt if we need to call PF again.
