I want to first say that Trevor arrived to my home in a prompt and professional manner. He completed a free estimate and noted what needed to be done to resolve my plumbing issue. Once the problem was denoted, he called the main office to assist with financing and to work in tandem with my insurance company. In addition, the job required a second technician, Fletcher, to partner and complete the job. Both Trevor and Fletcher were phenomenal! They were professional, efficient, friendly, and placed everything in my yard that was dug up back the way it was prior to deconstructing the space to clean, pull up, and replace the piping. Trevor and Fletcher are the BEST! Thank you Ease Plumbing!

I recently had the pleasure of working with NuBlue Electric, and I couldnt be more satisfied with their service, especially with the work done by technician Benny. He got my outside electrical outlets up to code and fixed my GFCI outlets in the bathroom, which had stopped working. Benny was professional, efficient, and thorough, making sure everything was in perfect order.I was so impressed with his work that I scheduled him to come back and fix my post light. The job required trenching and reinstalling the wire, and Benny handled it expertly. The entire process was smooth, and the results were outstanding.Im extremely happy with the service provided by Benny and NuBlue Electric. I will definitely continue to use their services for any future electrical needs. Highly recommended!

Just moved in to a new place, and our sink wasn’t draining. Tried to clear it myself using an auger with no luck.Contacted NuBlue on Sunday, and Justin came out Monday morning. He suggested running a new drain line, and quoted me both a price to auger it out (same thing I tried to do) or to bypass the 60+ year old galvanized pipe with brand new line. After discussing it, we agreed the old pipe was probably close to the end of its life.He had the work done in a few hours, and we now have a working sink drain, and a one year warranty on their work.Justin was very courteous and professional and took the time to answer all my questions.Highly recommended!

I cant say enough good things about NuBlue electrical. They came to complete some work they previously estimated. This included diagnosing and fixing an issue with a kitchen switch, replacing some electrical outlets and switches and removing a broken bulb from my dining room light. NuBlue was extremely professional. They sent me email and text reminders for my appointment, technician info, and a follow-up satisfaction survey.The technician Rob was amazing. He was prompt, polite, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He did everything I requested and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and I had every confidence in his ability to do the job safely and correctly. I am very satisfied with the quality of the service provided. He was so respectful and polite, even leaving no trace of his being here cleaning after himself when his jobs were done. Options for pricing were upfront and fair cost, discussing with us repair plans and pictures of what he needed to order that we might know exactly what to expect in light fixtures. He was punctual as well.

Dustin was great. I love this company for EVERYTHING they do.Dustin wouldn’t leave without cleaning the floors of the debris from installing the ceiling fans. He insisted that he clean up. I feel NuBlue’s pricing is kind of high. I needed a 9 x 5 pool table light installed requiring a ceiling fan to be removed. The work was done to my satisfaction. Bennie and his assistant were considerate about keeping my home clean and cleaned up afterwards. They were cordial and did not waste time. They arrived within the time slot given to me and worked steadily until the job was completed. They did a very good job.

Julie was super kind helping us set up the appointment. We did have two straight back to back cancellations due to a sick plumber, so they were not able to find another plumber to come out either of those cancellations. Once our plumber did come out, he was very kind and courteous. He saw the problem and fixed it on site. Room for improvement: a text saying they are on their way, and no random texts saying they are on their way at 8am if we had already agreed upon a 2-5 time slot. Other than that-great! 😀

My experience with Viva Electric was impressive from start to finish. I initially left an email on a Friday evening and they reached out to me the next day. (Completely non-emergency stuff). Merlin arrived Tuesday morning to listen to my concerns, needs and wishes and came up with multiple plans for me to consider in varying price ranges. He was professional, personable and concerned with completing the job fully to my expectations. I will definitely contact Viva (and Merlin!) for any future electrical needs.

First, there are not enough stars to describe Joe Moore and crew Paul, Tanner and Austin. They arrived on time and answered all the questions and took time to explain the work to be done. NO BS. They are professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond what I expected for this job. I am disabled and they offered to haul away the pallet and crate that contained the natural gas fire pit. In this day and time that is very hard to find. Merlin was very professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel confident in their services. He and Sam did an amazing job updating our old panel box and installing two new outlets in our crawl space foundation. He found us a great box, got the permits and everything. All was said and done in an afternoon. (Power needed to be out the whole time.) The wiring looks professional and neat and are all labeled accordingly. Other quotes were less, but they expected it to take two days or more (without power!) and I just didnt feel confident with them. Everything looks really professional and well installed. He answered all our questions and was very friendly and personable. They were even good with my dog!

Great experience with this company! Lost almost all electricity in my home, including water pump, on a Sunday. I called this company after reading reviews, but unfortunately they were not available to schedule. I called again Monday morning after several other places could not/would not come, and I am glad I did. They got me on the schedule right away for that morning. The electrician called in advance, so I could be at the home. Melvin was excellent; efficient but thorough. He was able to identify the problem and have it resolved in relatively short order for what I considered a reasonable price. Unlike several other companies, Melvin did not try to upsell me on a membership, etc. He did make a couple of recommended projects but was 0% pushy and completely professional. This company will be first on my list for electrical repairs or projects.

August 2023: Justin was able to identify the problem with our water heater quickly and now we have hot water again!May 2024: We had an issue with our water heater again this past week (it was really old). Justin was our tech again which was cool. He did all the necessary troubleshooting and figured out what was wrong. He let us know what the different options were for repairing or replacing so we just decided to buy a new water heater (which Justin also installed a couple of days later).

Theyre not cheap but are a reputable company with many locations. My installer Arturo was so professional did an absolutely excellent job installing a new circuit from my main panel! It was for a commercial property and he was able to give the fire inspector who had to come that day the permit needed so I didnt have any issues. Also, I had called towards end of the business day and they literally came next day and did the quote and work whereas no other company I called was ready to complete the actual work that soon

Wow! Cannot say enough great things about Merlin and Arturo! They arrived early for the appointment. They were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and offered several options of varying cost to fix our shorted out breaker and GFC outlet for our hot tub (first world problems, I know), which after going to get the parts was fixed by 1PM. We were so impressed! Sadly, it is a rare thing to find someone who does exactly what they promise, and Merlin and Arturo not only did the work at the agreed price, but took pictures of a problem we didnt know we had, and even labeled everything in our electrical panel! Id give them more than 5 stars if I could!

I used Angi to locate a drain plumbing specialist immediately. He listened to our many plumbing issues and negative previous plumbing experiences, then investigated and presented us several options. Rerouting several drain lines and removing remaining clogged cast iron pipes was completed in time frame he stated. Dylan was sent to my home. He also was very friendly and professional. He took his time to explain to me what was going on and how to resolve the problem. I needed a new hot water heater and PRV. Dylan arrived on time the next day with another technician and completed the job. They even finished quicker than they first thought. Both men were polite and engaging. If I encounter any plumbing problems I will always call Ease Plumbing. I highly recommend their services.

I spoke with Cat who was so warm and friendly in taking my appointment.I got confirmations from them through the whole process, from after scheduling the visit, to a reminder the day before, and then sent a picture of our wonderful technician Dylan Bosch when he was on the way. Dylan was extremely informative and transparent about the simple repair needed. In my case he determined I had the option to do it myself (although was given a great price if Id wanted him to do it) and was not even charged anything for him tightening some other things up!They clearly run their business on integrity and repeat customers so arent out to nickel and dime you.
