    I had a plumbing issue within 24 hours advanced appliance services sent a technician out to my home. Mike Cooper came into my home to do the repair. He was very friendly but yet professional which I appreciatedMike took care of my plumbing needs. He also cleaned up everything and left my home in the condition it was in when he got here. I also discussed with Mike about us replacing the water lines through out the house. He went through the house with me explained how the process would go. He then gave me a bid on the project and the coast for the total project. I hope that Mike is going to work on this project with whom ever is going to do the work. The staff in the office are very polite. Thank you so much for all your hard work, courtesy, and friendliness. If you have any appliance repairs or plumbing repairs.     The service technician didnt try to find a problem where there wasnt one. We needed to replace a battery in fire alarm.Piedmont Natural Gas had told us our oven was producing too much carbon monoxide and turned off the gas to the stove/oven. Advanced had a tech out in an hour. After checking it out. He confirmed there was no problem and turned the gas on.

    Very pleased with the service. We had no power to the thermostat. Allen C. was able to quickly identify and fix the issue. He gave me a detailed explanation of the problem and tips to avoid it in the future. Also pointed out some items that would improve the efficiency of our unit.

    Tech is knowledgeable. Ease setting up appointment, but not good for the working class. The appointment was for the whole day instead of morning or afternoon. In the past companies give a 2 hour time frame, you do not see that anymore. Good thing you can request to get a call 30 mins before the techs arrival.

    I have used Advanced Appliances for over 20 years. Yesterday was the most positive experience I have had being their customer . Ed, the technician, was the most professional and personable ( a rare combination) of anyone who has provided service for me. He handled an unexpected repair for me while explaining and answering all my questions. I felt no concern when he completed the job.

    I have used Advanced for many years for twice a year maintenance on our AC and Heater. When it came time for a new unit the choice was easy Advanced. The new unit was installed a week earlier than expected and there was no disruption in the house. The technicians were professional and cleaned the work area. We are completely satisfied.

    My technician was very helpful. He came in and fixed my AC with no problem, changed my batteries in my thermostat, and got the measurements for one of my filters and also advised me on which type of filter I should get with no hesitation or frustration. I highly recommend!

    I was really concerned at first because when I looked into laundry room where the repair guy was working ton the dryer, I saw everything was taken apart and I was thinking the worst. But the repair guy worked on it and was able to solve the problem which he said wasn’t easy but he was determined to figure out what was wrong and he got it fixed. Everything is working properly now. I am happy with the results.

    Zack was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and a very nice young man. He knew the problem with our oven within minutes, but didnt have the part on his truck. It was after 5, but he said he would go to the shop, get the part, and return to have our oven working today. He did repair it by 6PM. He could have easily said, since it was after 5, hed have to return with the heating element to repair it the next day. He had great suggestions for future possible problems and he was extremely knowledgeable of repairs and service..

    Technician Ben Hampson employed by Advanced Appliance performed a bi-annual service on my heat pump 10/1/24. Ben was thorough and on point with the service. He saw an issue or two that are ok now but keep an eye on for next 6 month service. Ben is professional, attentive and well spoken.

    David was the technician who was assigned to help me with the dishwasher concerns. His first visit he troubleshoot the problem and explained what a dishwasher should and shouldn’t do. Then David said he’d order the parts and the company would schedule a time to replace the needed parts. 6 items from motor to drainage, less than 1 week between initial visit and second visit. The time it took less than 30 minutes. The dishwasher is running its first load as I’m creating this post. 5 star service all around! Definitely recommend! Exceptional customer service, quick arrival, and quick installation!

    I am extremely satisfied with Advanced Appliance Service and my A/C technician, Allan Knight! He arrived on time and efficiently diagnosed the issue with my unit. The repair was completed quickly, and my home is cool and comfortable again. I appreciate Allans clear communication and attention to detail.     The technician called me 30 minutes before he arrived to my home. This gave me plenty of time to leave work and meet him at my home. He was very pleasant and ask me what was the problem with my washer. I explained the problem and he proceeded to check the washer for initial repairs. He did discover the problem and replaced the drain pump. He was able to install the drain pump in a matter of minutes and allowed me to get back to work. I’m very pleased with the service the technician provided with a reasonable repair amount on the bill.

    Had a service man (Wayne) come to fix my unit on my home warranty through the Cinch Home Services program. He replaced a pair of capacitors and a bad relay and added a pound of freon and got it working. He discovered a lot of mold and mildew in the air handler and installed a UV light to help eliminate that after treating what he could get to . Overall I was extremely pleased with his work. We now have a very efficient AC in the house.

    Advanced Appliance has performed many problems that I have in my home requested through my home warranty. They are professional and courteous and get the job done in a timely manner. Thanks to Ben who came out and diagnosed and repaired a wire that had rubbed the insulation off for the reversing valve at the outside condensing unit which caused a short shutting down my A/C system. He took time to explain and provided answers to questions that I had reference to the repairs. Would highly recommend their services in whatever problem you have.

    I’ve had service appointments with Advanced Appliance Service booked through my home warranty and they have been exceptional every time. In 2018 they serviced and repaired my HVAC unit over Labor Day weekend when it stopped working and I was exceptionally anxious having a newborn at home who had just come home from NICU. It was almost 5 years until I needed the unit serviced again and, unfortunately, a different service provider was sent by my warranty company. The other service provider recommended a total replacement of the unit, which wasn’t covered by my warranty, and what little maintenance they provided barely helped it limp along for the rest of the season. I was very suspicious of them recommending such an expensive solution and it cost me months of worry and dread. When the weather got warm recently, I noticed my system was working too hard, not performing well at all and definitely not cooling properly. I was glad when AAS was assigned as the service provider through my warranty and, once again, they’ve done an outstanding job. The fan blows as it should, the air is noticeably cooler, and my house is far more comfortable than it was at the end of last summer. It’s very clear now the other company was interested in an expensive total system replacement for their benefit rather than addressing the issues at hand. Advanced Appliance completed the work asked of them and has brought me a lot of comfort, both physically and financially. It means a lot.

    Craig was a reminder that good character and values are still around. My kids were there, he greeted them, and was kind and willing to help. It did not seem as if he was even there to work, almost like inviting a friend in that just so happened to know how to resolve my issue, lol!!     I will say, the overall process has been gruesome as I have been without heat for a month BUT that is my home warranty’s fault and not Advanced. ADVANCED has been helpful and empathetic through the process while while being timely to get out here to try and fix it. They have kept me informed the whole time and finally I am back with heat.

    We had to have new ductwork in a very tight crawl space. Harry was the first one I know that actually went through the entire area to see what needed to be taken care of.     My warranty companies sent these people out. Chris Jackson was the one that came out he was very friendly and told us all the problems that was wrong with the pipes and even though our warranty denied them covering it, he still took the time out to explain what needed to be done, and how much it would run us and that’s after having multiple other people come out and not give us any info really. Even suggested other stuff to we should have done so we don’t have any problems in the future. Definitely recommend him To come out to your house.
