We have used this company twice and got different technicians both times. Both times the work was great quality and we were very pleased with the job. The most recent were Devin & Johnny and they did an amazing job. I love the new pvc it truly looks great! The prices are very reasonable which is hard to find these days. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

Great service! The first company we called tried to pressure us into costly replacements that we werent ready to make. They wouldnt even give me a quote for the repair I actually wanted. The quote from Devin was quick and accurate, and it was for the work I actually wanted. Our service was prompt, and professional, and they even swept the floor when they finished.

Everyone wants the same things from a plumbing company: timely service, quality work, and reasonable prices. With most companies it seems like you only get to pick two of those. My experience is that with Pendergrass, you get all three.Ive used Pendergrass over the last 10 years for a number of smaller jobs: fixing an old shower drain, rescuing my frozen pipes, among other things. Most recently, Devin installed a new hose bibb on one side of my house, doing the work on the very same day he came out to give me a very reasonable estimate. Devin was on time, polite, efficient, and neat, and when I discovered a small problem (the result of an honest mistake that I attribute more to my builder than anyone else), he called me first thing the next morning, came out later that afternoon, and had the problem fixed in under 20 minutes.I cant recommend these folks highly enough.

Such professionalism. From Bill the actual plumber to the ladies in the office. Communication was top notch and the work which had some challenges was impeccable. Replumbing a significant part if the house to add a bathroom was necessary and was performed extremely well. I would use this folks every day if I could.

I called at least 10 other plumbers today and got the run-around. Pendergrass plumbing took my call and got out here quickly, found the leak, and repaired the pipe. They then came in to make sure that everything worked and charged me an affordable amount. They even discussed some next steps with me that I was expecting. I had a toilet flange needing repair. I called and Jamie answered promptly and was able to have Dustin and Matt come that morning.Both of the representatives were professional and they exceeded my expectations.I received a quality job at a fair price!I will be using Pendergrass & Holder again if I have a plumbing need arise.I my opinion you wont go wrong hiring them!

We have had these guys out several times for services we needed since we bought this house. We had a shower leaking into the garage, another leak into the basement bathroom, and to have a valve installed for the water to our fridge. Every time we have gotten really professional workers out the knew exactly what they were doing. The prices we paid seemed fair also. The guys were very good at explaining everything they were doing and why. I dont think I would call anyone else if they can do it here (and so far they have done everything weve needed). We got lucky when we called them first.

Pendergrass Plumbing came to the rescue. I called to get a leak fixed and had plumbers out to my house on the same day! Excellent work, Professional Service and fast turnaround. The price was actually significantly less than what the other plumbing company had quoted. Glad to had my pipes leak free again!

Dustin is always a friendly and enjoyable person to work with! He did an amazing job hooking up the faucets and water cutoffs on a project we’re working on. We had saved the old cutoffs for reuse, but his high standards led him to install new ones for us which helps to avoid future problems which we very much appreciated! Lastly, you can see the clean area he left for us in the picture which doesn’t happen often, so thank you for the professional and friendly service!

Called at 1030, I do not remember the ladies name I talked to but she was very helpful and pleasant. Stated it would probably be afternoon, however received a call from Dustin within 45 min. Dustin was nice and professional. Replaced my outside faucet in under an hour. Prices are reasonable for the type of work done.
