I’ve been using Aspire since 2018 and have been on their maintenance plan since 2019 and I really like them! I’ve had everything from ordinary maintenance visits to weekend emergencies, easy maintenance to crazy weird problems, quick fixes to major replacements… you get the idea. Lots of varied experiences… They’ve always been excellent.The technicians give really detailed physical reports, often photos now. Some visits I ask TONS of questions (sometimes obnoxiously detailed) and they’re always happy to walk me through stuff and call management to get me extra info if I need it. What I’m especially grateful for is the technicians ability to walk me through all my various options (rather than try to convince me I NEED some pricy add-on like other companies have). So although they always offer additional services (with the costs listed ahead of time!), I’ve never felt pressured to buy anything. Importantly, if I ask more then they talk me through the functional AND financial pros and cons of each decision, and make sure I know I don’t have to make decisions immediately. Even the newer technicians have done a good job of this.Additionally. all the technicians have been awesome - kind, friendly, ‘chill’, funny… I developed a pretty good relationship with two technicians that I saw OFTEN with my original menace of an HVAC system and I trusted them immensely. Now that it’s been a few years and I have a new unit that doesn’t have a slew of issues, I have far fewer visits and I’ve met a lot of other technicians. Even though I don’t know them nearly as well, I’ve liked every one of them insofar and they’ve earned my continued trust. (My dog Otto also LOVES them!)My new HVAC system from them has been an absolute dream and it’s been going strong for a few years now. I’m eternally grateful that I no longer have to army-crawl through mud and spiders every time there’s a thunderstorm to flip the GFCI a previous group installed UNDER my house.The only complaints I can think of is that my maintenance visits don’t always include checking on the water heater (maybe it just doesn’t need as frequent work?) and that scheduling the maintenance visits can be difficult with my work schedule (emergency visits were easy though!). But really, that’s all fine. If it ever became a legitimate concern I’d feel comfortable calling them up to ask them about it. So personally, I HIGHLY recommend Aspire and its maintenance plan.And if someone from the company is reading this: definitely give all the technicians that have ever done work on my place a raise or promotion or something. They’re awesome.

Where do I begin!!! First of all the Aspire team showed up on time, and did an awesome job!! They were very friendly and professional. Our new AC/furnace is fantastic and the crew stayed and completed the installation in one day. Once the job was done, they took the time to take us on a tour of our new system and explained all the details. I have been bragging about the excellent service to all my friends and family and my sister was so excited about our experience, that she is getting a free in home consultation. Every time I call Aspire, they are quick, friendly, and professional. Prices are fair, and the maintenance plan is perfect for us. They installed our main unit in 2016 and a secondary unit this summer (a mini-split). They’ve done maintenance and repairs on an old unit and do check ups on the unit they’ve installed.If they don’t know an answer, they get back with me. They under promise and over deliver. I will continue to come back in the future and recommend them for anyone in need of quality, professional, friendly, fairly-priced HVAC work.

Adam and Abel were extremely professional, while being very personable and easy to communicate with about what they were doing to my system. They cleaned out years of buildup yard waste from inside my outside unit and hosed it off to allow better drainage before Winter sets in. I highly recommend Aspire and this particular service to anyone else who has an older unit that may not have been properly maintained. Using Aspire, I dont need to worry about my heating and cooling, because they are diligent in reminding me when its time to service my unit. I recommend every six months.

From Joshua who scheduled the visit to find out what was wrong with the old system (and explained the member system to us), Will who found the leak in it and quoted a price for repair (and told us about the member program discounts and prices!), John who examined what we had and measured spaces and quoted a new system, Jessica who coordinated the installation, all the way to Cordell, Abel and Ethan who did the install, everyone was professional, friendly, helpful, courteous and nice. They were patient with my mother and I as we asked numerous questions, thoroughly explained what was done, how and how it operates. They installed a good quality machine (internal AND external units, replaced an ancient thermostat and drain line and made sure to wear shoe covers and/or put down a drop cloth to keep from tracking in mud. These guys are NOT afraid to get dirty! It was raining the entire time they were installing and they were outside crawling around in the mud to get it done right! Bonus points that the new system works on two circuits where the previous one used one; so they had to do some additional wiring. The concrete slab we had originally was cracked and broken and they even replaced that with a nice new composite one - and removed the dead tree root that was under the old one! Cleaned up absolutely everything and left the instruction manual within reach of the inside unit. Even explained what size filters we will need to buy. VERY satisfied with the experience!

Love working with her. She always is upfront about all problems, shows photos, and is willing to discuss options. Always great work!

So our air hasn’t been working right for about a month. We gave Aspire Heating and Cooling a call last night about about 7:00pm, the guy who answered the call came right out to our house. He was there about an hour maybe hour n half. Well after about 30 mins our air was working and our house was cool again, the rest of the time he was thorough and diligent in making sure of what he did was our actual problem. I was very pleased with his knowledge and over all work he did. I would definitely recommend them oh and ask for Caleb Knight! Good guy and knows his stuff. Thank you Aspire

Our heat went out on a frigid, rainy Saturday. It was so simple to call Aspire, press 2 and immediately be linked to a technician. I spoke with Adam, who was incredibly professional and kind from the get-go. Prior to scheduling our service, he even attempted to troubleshoot several things over the phone. He was up-front about all potential costs for the scheduled visit. Upon arrival, his service was superior and our issue was fixed thoroughly and promptly. (Wore shoe booties for cleanliness without me requesting, also!) He offered the maintenance plan, which ended up saving us money, and we look forward to having Aspire keep our HVAC in good shape as our home ages. Thankful for excellent service we can trust!!

I am very happy with the services provided by Aspire. My AC unit went out during the height of summer heat, so I reached out and they sent a tech the very next day. Andrew showed up in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed within the hour. Communication was clear as he explained what was going on and what needed to be done. Answered my questions and he was clearly very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. Pretty happy with the service and results - it was quick and painless. Allison gave me an on the way call every time before she headed over. I am not sure if they practice a script but she was very professional and sharp on the phone. Once Allison arrived she was sure to put shoe covers on and wear a mask just to ensure I was comfortable with her in our house. Allison took the time to give us a full inspection and design a plan that worked hperfectly for us. The one time she wasn’t exactly sure of an exact solution, she reached out to her specialist to run a few ideas by him. Ultimately a plan was decided and we will be executing in the next few weeks! We came home to an 80* house after having another company here in the morning. The other company had been able to get the AC up and running but unfortunately didnt address the root cause of the problem.We called Aspire at 6:30pm and their tech, Andrew, promptly returned our call. He was at our home by 8:30pm. He did a full diagnostic on the system and found the root cause to be the capacitor. He changed out the part and had us up and running in no time! He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and took time to explain some options to us. Our system is 23 years old so we asked if an appointment could be made for a follow up for information on upgrading.We received a call the following morning from JC to schedule a consultation. So far, we have been completely pleases with the service and attention we have received and would highly recommend Aspire!

I’m a landlord and my tenant messaged me to tell me water was leaking from the ceiling due to a clogged drain pipe from the AC. I needed someone who could respond quickly and Aspire responded in just a couple of hours. The technician, Chris, was polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, going above and beyond to ensure it was fixed properly. He even noted that the emergency shut off was not functioning because it had been hooked up properly and was able to fix that too. I manage multiple properties and am always in need of reliable HVAC service. Aspire will be my first call from here on out. Thanks!

Our heat went out the night before it snowed. Luckily we had enough heaters and a wood burning fire place to be able to decently keep the house warm. The following day I googled a heating and air company in Winston-Salem. We chose Aspire because of their google review! They did not disappoint. The very first person I spoke to on the phone was so friendly. He walked me through some steps to ensure it wasn’t something I could fix. He helped us to get our emergency heat going until they could come out as we could not even get the fan to kick on previous to speaking with him. The guy that came out to do the repair was equally as friendly and helpful! The prices are not bad. Wonderful company! Thank you Aspire!

Aspire came out earlier this year to repair my heating/air conditioning. They were always on time and very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My systems were very old; so, they had to return a few times. Unfortunately, both my systems went down at the same time. They came out the following day to get one of them going. (They are scheduled to replace the other one shortly.) I have a great deal of respect for each individual I have either met or spoken to. (especially JC) They worked hard, including long hours, to take care of my repairs. They are a great bunch. of folks. I would recommend them at the highest level.

Rob Brooks (Our technician) did an outstanding job. He explained every step in the process and made me feel at ease. Aspire was the second HVAC company that came out to diagnose the problem with our furnace. The first company spent 3 minutes inspecting our furnace and stated that we had two major issues. They said that it would cost almost $1,400.00 to repair. Rob from Aspire spent 15 - 20 minutes inspecting the entire system. Rob said that we only had one issue, and it would cost $780.00 to repair. I am thankful for Robs honesty and integrity.

This was the first time I used Aspire Hearing and cooling.I came home from Vacation only to find out that my furnace was not working. Its in the middle of January and the temperatures are getting down into the low 20s. It was a very long night of being cold.After making several phone calls the next morning the earliest anyone could get me in to look at my furnace was 2 to 3 days. However I called Aspire and spoke with a very friendly gentleman who Sensed my current situation and was able to get a technician scheduled for the same day. The gentleman was very friendly enough to even ask if I had any portable heaters for the time being until the technician could come out. I wish I remembered his name but he was amazing and very professional! He definitely set the tone for the rest of my experience with Aspire.JC was very friendly and professional and did a fabulous job of keeping me up-to-date on when the technician was on their way to my residence.Within a few hours from my initial phone call I was meeting with the technician Rob Brooks. Mr. Brooks was extremely friendly and got to looking at my furnace right away. He was able to determine what was wrong with my furnace. Mr. Brooks did a phenomenal job of explaining to me everything in great detail that I needed to know about the parts that were needing to get replaced, the purpose of the part And the importance of it.Within an hour or two my furnace was up and running again. I can’t think of how this could have gone any better then it went. With my interactions with everyone was phenomenal! I was in a very stressful situation however everyone with their professionalism really helped me to put forth a lot of trust in them. I will most definitely be contacting Aspire again for all of my furnace needs and highly recommend them!!A year later….Aprire did it again…..by being so awesomely amazing!! My furnace quit unexpectedly a cold January morning. Since I used Aspire previously last year when my furnace stopped working, naturally Aspire was the first place to call. Receptionist was very pleasant and showed concern and interest in my issue. To my amazement she said there was just a cancelation and asked if I’m would be available for someone to come out in the next 20-30 minutes. I was expecting a wait time of a day or two, but having someone come out within the hour blew me away!Allison and Ethan contacted me via phone to let meKnow they were on the way and asked if there were certain areas they should park in….extremely courteous.Upon arrival to my residence both Allison and Ethan got to work and had my furnace running in not time. Extremely knowledgeable they explained what was from with my system and provided a variety of options.I can’t thank enough to Allison, Ethan and everyone at Aspire for being such a wonderful and pleasant company. The character of a company is not how they act when things are going well but how they react when things do not go as planned. In my installation vertical drilling did not work due to soil conditions and after several failed attempts they changed to a horizontal field. This necessitated changing the copper lines that were already onsite to ones that would work in a horizontal field. Aspire did this without any hesitation and did what was necessary to get the installation done. The people that did the work were professional and walked me through how to most effectively operate the system. After the installation was complete I had a minor glitch and Aspire immediately corrected the problem. I am very pleased with their customer service.
