I want to give a huge thanks to this company and their work crew. I wasn’t able to use my toilets or shower the entire day. When they showed up they jumped in and got started immediately trying to fix the problem. When they were about to leave because they couldn’t find the problem they overheard me on the phone complaining that my hotel reservation that my apartment complex supposedly setup for me and my family was canceled due to I’m not sure what reason, they came to me and said we were about to leave and come back tomorrow but we can’t leave you and your family like this and worked after hours to fix the problem. Needless to say they didn’t leave my home until 6:45 in the evening but I had a working toilet and shower! Again thank you so much for going above and beyond it was greatly appreciated!

I had an issue where nothing was going down any of my drains, toilets, etc. so I knew there was a blockage somewhere in my pipes. Id had a similar issue a couple months earlier and called a different company, but the cost seemed pretty high to me resulting in me trying a different plumber. Cogar was able to come out within an hour or so, sent two techs, they pulled a toilet, ran the snake, and cleared the pipe within an hour or so. Total charge was a great deal (came in at ~$175). If the service took longer perhaps it would have cost me more, but was happy with the service provided and the price.

I had no hot water in my condo, received a call from Regan this morning who told me that she would be calling my tenant. she further advised that she would call me when they were enroute. Once there I received a call from the technician, 10 minutes later his supervisor Tim called me with a quote. In less that 2 hours my tenant had hot water. Cogar will definitely be my go to place for plumber issues. The entire staff is outstanding and most importantly that are very affordable. Today was a great deal thanks to cogar.

Cogar -- Tristan, Daylen, Corey, Trish, Reagan -- are our heroes of the week! Heres why....Our water bill arrived doubled. Then the dreaded little stream trickling down the front yard was located. Plus our water meter was spinning. All indicating a significant leak in our waterline. Ugh!! Cogar was great to work with even when the fix got a bit sticky. Tristan and Daylen stayed steady throughout and kept us in the loop about the ups and downs. Cory, a supervisor, was also a pro taking care to make sure our problem was fixed as soon as possible -- from first call to fix, 2 days! We quickly knew we were in good hands with good, hardworking, fair people. We are most grateful!

Needed help with kitchen faucet issue. Patricia reached out and sent Brian and James and they were here quick with correct parts. Repaired the problem and rechecked to make sure all was good. Had an emergency plumbing situation during the night. Raw sewage backed up into the tub and water was leaking from the bottom of bottom toilets. Collin and Gee came out within an hour of my call to the office and cleared all of the pipes, replaced the wax seals and replaced one spanner flange in the main bathroom. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received!

I had noticed a pipe leaking water in my basement and unsure of next steps I called Cogar Plumbing for assistance. Jeff came out on a Sunday and was very nice and professional. He replaced our pressure valve that was leaking. Very thorough and explained everything to us. Would recommend this company to everyone!

Had Cogar come out and fix , correct one of those projects that so called friend we all have who says I can do that will save you hundreds ....well I had such a friend.Cogar came out and pointed out all the errors, sent me an estimate, brought it up to code , called with the invoice amount and its done. I will be calling them for the several bathroom redos in my new project house .A word of advise: call a reputable plumber , electrician or HVAC company for your home. Call Cogar. Dont waste time on unlicensed handyman, DIY friends, or yourself. Lesson learned !

I called the Sink Plumbing number after hours and found out that Cogar bought Sink. They dispatched a repair person named Drew. He was professional and personable. I explained what happened and where the leak was. He was quick but thorough fixing the problem. It was a good first time experience using Cogar Plumbing.I would call them again.

We were referred to Cogar after a negative experience through home warranty with a different company in town... Cogar did a great job! Arrived early for the project and ready to get to work, were polite and really troubleshot the problem... made a big difference, and ended up with a project that looked to be enormous, being something the plumber who did the job was able to complete during this visit. Worked to ensure everything was cleaned up and working properly before leaving, and said to call if any issues.

I cannot praise this company and its workers enough! They are the best! You don’t know panic until you see water dripping through your ceiling! I called at 8 at night and within an hour John was here and not only had the problem fixed, but explains clearly what the problem was and what he did to solve it. In addition he suggested a way of mitigate the damage done and it worked, to my great relief !

Had a bad pop off I had turned of the power and drained the pipe down below the pop off. Called early this morning around 10:30 or so they worked me in got here about 4:30 on their way home, it took less than 10 minutes to replace and they were finished. Their rate showed $111.00 an hour, however they charged me $20 for their gas!! To say the least I was not happy, the guys did a good job, but if these changes are standard they need to advertise them in their ads. I guess if that’s how they do business, I just have to find a new plumber! I left a message for them at the office to call me tomorrow if they want to make things right. I be waiting for their response. Thanks The problem was solved immediately by the owner. I was pleased and will continue to use their services when needed.

Cogar Plumbing was simply outstanding. They not only gave me an honest bid, but they were overly friendly and accommodating. I needed a new sewer line and they came out before starting that project to help with a shower and kitchen sink problem at no charge. THAT is what honest companies do. I will forever use this company and refer them to others. The sewer project was done quickly and efficiently. BEST PLUMBING company in the Triad!
