We had an emergency backup at our new home, and Ryan was here super quickly and took care of it with no problem! He had to remove a toilet, but installed it back (more stable than before) and left the place clean and tidy. Im super happy with Mr. Rooter and looking forward to their help with all my plumbing needs!Update: Weve had Mr. Rooter back out a couple of times and have only great things to say! They were even very gracious when we got antsy and made a false alarm call thinking there was a leak.

Ryan and Braedon did great work. They addressed my issues with my clogged disposals and drain. They also gave me preventative tips. However, I removed a star because I paid over $500 for less than 1 hour of labor and a power cord for my disposal.

We had an emergency issue with our outside water spout where the water came out from our wall instead of the drain. We called and within 40 minutes the technician was to our house in Belton from Waco. Braden is the technician that came and did a wonderful job. He explained to us what the problem was and was able to fix it very quickly. We were so lucky to be able to call a company and have them respond that quickly and fix our issue the same day. Fast, friendly and efficient service. I would highly recommend this company and Braden. We will absolutely use them again.

Jacob was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and has a helpers heart! We had originally received a quote 2.5 times as much as what Jacob did for us. He also did the job in record time; 3 days considering, we were quoted at 2 weeks from another master plumber. We had a severe leak and needed quite a bit of tunneling as well. I cant recommend him and his crew enough! We are so grateful for the speedy fix!

It was 7 or 8 at night when I called for service. When the service technician came it was raining pretty hard it didnt bother him at all. He didnt fix my problem at no fault to him. He did show me a rock in my drainage pipes, granted this is a new constructed home. I have been using Mr. Rooter for almost 10 years and each time, Im completely satisfied with their price and service. As Charlene says no extra charge. I cant remember his name but he did a great job by using his camera. Myproblem did get fix with his pictures through my warranty on my home.

We had a drainage issue arise on this past Sunday. We called our regular plumber but they never showed so we tried Mr. Rooter. Tyler came out that afternoon, and although he could not fix the issue that day, he did come back out the next day. Mind you, he had to drive an hour and half to us and back to help us out. On Monday when he came back, he was able to find the problem, and correct it for us. He spent all day in the hot Texas heat; digging, crawling under the house, on the top of the house, and installing what we needed. He was professional and helpful, This employee deserves a raise. Weve lived in our current home for about five years; its an older place with cast iron pipes, so you could say weve become familiar with several of the local plumbing services over the years across many different plumbing problems. After making our way through three different plumbing services in the first couple of years, we finally decided to try Mr. Rooter, who sent out Jake and weve been requesting him for any plumbing related issues since then!Jake has been on time, courteous, and extremely efficient each time hes done work for us. He was honest and upfront about the pricing for a garbage disposal problem we had, he provided advice on restoration services when he discovered a long standing leak in our walls that had lead to mold, and was invaluable in helping us determine the layout of our drain/sewer pipes and some backflow problems. Weve never had any recurring problems with the services hes provided, he fixed the issues and they stayed fixed.I now know that as soon as any plumbing work is needed I can call up Mr. Rooter, request Jake, and hell have the problem figured out in no time. Hes always provided multiple solutions and quickly implemented them once weve decided on the best path forward.Highly recommended! The entire Mr. Rooter team has been extremely responsive, courteous, and helpful. I will definitely continue to use Mr. Rooter for at least as long as Jake is there, but if the rest of their technicians are as skilled and personable as he is, then theyve got a customer for life.

Kelvin really rocked. They couldnt have sent a nicer guy than him. He really took his time in communicating in every way with me, he got to my house almost midnight after another house job. He listened to all my questions, he answered every one of them without showing of impatience or tiredness, he was very courteous to the end. I knew he had to be tired but he never showed it. He made sure to allow me to view the camera exploration through the sewer line. After agreeing on the pricing for partial line replacement, he dug up the area. He came and got me to view the damage to the line. Then he worked all night to replace it. He came and got me to look at his completed job before burying the line. He finally left around 3am. I am forever grateful for him. He rocked!

I called Mr Rooter to insulation my water pipes. They sent Brandon out. Upon reviewing the water pipes in the crawl space, Brandon found a small steady leak in one of the galvanized pipes. He took pictures to show me and explained what needed to be done to fix the problem. Upon receiving his estimate which I agreed to, he started the work the following day. Brandon is the type of person you want doing plumbing for you. He also replaced my kitchen faucet which had been dripping for years. Looking forward to saving money on my water bill now that the faucet and water pipe has been repaired. In the future if plumbing repairs are needed I will certainly call Mr. Rooter and request Brandon. Also will refer friends and family to Mr. Rooter. Brandon visited for my initial service call. He was very prompt and responded quickly. He addressed my water heater issue and educated me about all of my options for replacing the unit. I chose to go with a Marathon, and Brandon kept me informed every step of the way about the status of the arrival of my new unit. He brought Nathan to assist with the installation. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and polite, and they installed the unit professionally in a short time. Because of my good experience I would not only use Mr Rooter again, but I would also recommend the company to my friends.

We want to say thank you to our fabulous Mr. Rooter plumbers Jake & Darrin. They were professional and went above and beyond to complete a complex job. Jake worked with our local city water department to make sure this complex job could be approached and completed well, despite obstacles that arose in our small rural town. We will use them in the future for our plumbing needs.

I had an amazing experience with Mr. Rooter of Waco and cannot speak highly enough of my plumber Jake.I first contacted Mr. Rooter on a Sunday. I had seen their commercials and read that there were no extra fees or charges for weekend appointments. The person on the phone was very nice and was able to schedule an appointment within an hour.Jake, the on call plumber, showed up at the appointed time and was very nice and professional. I believed that I had a main line clog and after the initial conversation Jake explained all of the charges before he performed any work. This is something he did throughout the process.Snaking the drain did not provide immediate results and Jake had to ultimately perform a hydroscrub jetting of the mainline. Throughout all of his time in my home Jake was kind, courteous and professional. He always wore a mask and maintained a clean working environment.I have an older house with a galvanized main line and understand that there is a very good possibility that I will require an upgrade in the future. At that point and if I happen to have any other plumbing issues Jake will be the first person I call.I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Jake.

Bill and Trent were an incredible hard working pair. Bills knowledge and experience was apparent and reassuring. I called initially for a clogged sewer line which they quickly repaired but also used a camera to show me my cast iron sewer lines which were basically beyond repair.With their consultation I arranged to have water and sewer lines replaced. They were extremely sensitive to our comfort during this extreme overhaul of house plumbing. I didnt think such professionalism existed. In all, Ive had a great positive experience and will be a continuing customer of Mr. Rooter from now on!
