We were struggling with a pretty terrible clog that left us unable to use any of our water for two days. After trying to fix the problem ourselves we contacted roto rooter and within two hours they sent Howard over to help us. He was knowledgeable and professional and helped get rid of the clog. He also offered a lot of helpful advice for us in the future. We are very grateful he was able to come help us on a Saturday and solve our problem so quickly.

Bill (if the name is wrong, Ill update my review) was great and timely. We only had to wait 45 minutes for him to get there by 8:45 a.m. He was quick & clean, fixing our toilet on the day of my sons 4th birthday party! Weve never had it stop up that bad and of all days! We laughed, we cried. You have to laugh in a situation like that & we cried because I found coupons on their website , after the fact. Thanks for the good service. ~ Your $hitty little friends in McGregor!

Kade and James were friendly, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to do business with. I appreciate all the work they did to unclog my kitchen sink and re-vent the pipes. Awesome job!

Howard was the tech that came out to the house did a awesome job. He walked me thru everything he was going to do and even gave me tips. I recommend everyone to give them a call if you need any plumbing.
