    Today we had several small plumbing issues attended to that were giving me a giant pain in the neck! Mr. Dylan Mitchell took care of those for us. He was very knowledgeable and extremely conscientious about his work. He helped me save a few bucks by advising me what to get on my own. The price overall was not cheap, however, the high quality of work performed today will save us money later. We will definitely use this company again.Thank you LP for the military discount and thank you Dylan for the great work!If you need a plumber, please consider Lochridge Priest!

    There was a small issue with the Christmas weekend’s after hours dispatching. But bursts pipes waits for no one. That being said the technicians were great. They out first thing to evaluate the situation. The pricing was upfront and transparent but changed as discoveries were made. Some in my favor. Overall great results. I would definitely recommend them to others

    I cant even begin to tell you how happy we were with the service provided by Bobby and his apprentice. They were punctual. They kept me informed of their arrival and the status of where the repairs were at. They explained everything. This is the best service we have had since moving into the house 9 years ago.     I went searching for a hvac tech, and after seeing your companys reviews and high rating, I knew I had to call. The lady who answered my call has very cheerful and eager to help. Setting an appointment for a diagnosis was easy and painless. Best part is the diagnosis was free. Next day service was definitely a plus. Brian Jordan, the tech, called beforehand and was punctual with his timing. He was extremely knowledgeable with a great personality to back it up. Couldnt ask for better service. Highly recommend and they will always be my go to from now on.

    Great experience from start to finish. Lockridge preist is an extremely professional company. It’s hard to find a company that has consistency and makes the attempts to reach out without you having to constantly hunt them down which seems to be the norm today. They were extremely proactive, constantly informing me of the process, and then they sent out an experienced crew. The lead crew member was named Kenneth. He was on time and professional and efficient, More importantly, extremely experienced. The job was done in a timely manner, and I am especially happy with how neat and clean they were. Everything is working great!

    For Heating Unit PM:LP team is great about preventive maintenance. Highly satisfied with their courteous and professional manner. Hunter was my technician and he made it a point to go the extra mile and make sure my systems were operating efficiently. Very satisfied.Brian from LP came out to my residence within hours of my call. Very good customer service and solid company/solid products.Update: Richard and his install team came in and did a very good job. Very courteous and professional.     Lacey Wachsman performed a seasonal service check-up on the full system that Lochridge-Priest installed in 2023. Everything was okay, but thought I ought to do some preventive maintenance on the system to protect my investment. Lacy was polite and thorough, clearly explaining the various parts of the system as she worked her was through the unit. Ill be requesting her as my service tech the next time I call Lochridge-Priest. Thank you!

    For one I truly appreciate them coming and doing same day service. My repair man was David and he was awesome. He made me aware of whats wrong and walked me through his steps and was very honest and didnt try to dig in my pockets.     Rudy came the day he was scheduled even though it was after 5 and I had really figured he was not coming. He is very professional and courteous and I prefer to have Rudy every time I call for service of any kind. When Rudy is who comes, I never have to worry if the job will be done correctly.     He was extremely helpful in explaining the issues with my system and ensuring I understood what was happening. Additionally, he took the time to educate me about the benefits of LED lights and the oxidizer, which can help maintain a clean system and reduce illness in the home.

    Had a very good experience with this company, they were able to come out 1 day out, offered new client free diagnostics check which is awesome, and I knew I needed a new HVAC system was praying it was something else though, but there pricing was not good they had a fall special going on. Was able to get it scheduled next day as well so total they got it looked at and new system set up very fast. Crew was fast and professional.

    Joe was very professional and helpful with advice from the beginning to the end. He was also very quick in getting our issue resolved so we could get our water back on. Just in time for Thanksgiving. I was worried it would be a multi day thing and parts availability, but he was able to get everything needed (he only had to get one part, I think and was gone and back in no time at all) and still get the job done. Im sure our job was a small one in comparison to other jobs that could be considered multi day, but Id trust him and this company again with my plumbing. Thank you Joe! Great job!

    David is very pleasant and courteous. I had a different company out earlier and they misdiagnosed the issue after working on it for quite a while. David took about 10 minutes to figure out the problem. I will use this company again and hope it is David I get. David continued to follow up as the system kept having different issues.     This company is amazing and our tech Rudy went above and beyond for us. We were told by another company we would need to replace our entire unit, which we could not afford at this time. I was referred to Lochridge Priest by a patient of mine and I am so thankful I called. They came out right away and checked everything from top to bottom. Turned out we do not need to replace our entire unit! Our tech did an outstanding job and we are extremely pleased with his services. We definitely recommend this company!!!!

    So my house was damaged during the storm. I had a heck of time trying to get someone to come give me a estimate for the work that needed to be done. But I was so lucky to have found Lochridge Priest they helped me through the process and when I had my appointment they had an opening the day before and called to ask if they could come take a look. They sent Mr. Bobby McLean to take a look he was the nicest person and explained everything and went the extra mile, I was very happy with him. Mr. Bobby took the time and checked everything to make sure it was included in the estimate and then when I called for the work to be done , he was the one they sent out. I am so glad that Mr. Bobby was the one who did the work on my house, he is through and very straight forward. So I know I got quality work done.Thank you Lochridge Priest and Mr Bobby McLean.

    Goodness - the technician (Brian Jordan) I had today (September 3, 2024) was - on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best - an 11!!! I asked him a plethora of questions, and he was very patient with me. He was knowledgeable, kind, considerate, empathetic...everything you would want an employee to be. I got some bad news on my old a/c unit, which has lasted me faithfully for a very long time. Brian went over all of my options with me (and *never* sales-pressured me in any way). He helped me devise an a/c game plan for the months ahead, and I asked him if he could personally take care of me on the future visits, and he agreed to. My bill today was a good bit of money, but his customer service made it *much* more palatable. Thank you so much, Brian. We was informed about our units, the tests and provided pictures of the systems backing the explanations of services he provided. David was respectful and friendly to talk to.     David was involved in the installation of our new 5T and 3T HVAC systems in our house. He was outstanding in his attention to detail and following up on every task that was required to set our house up! He tirelessly trouble shot connectivity issues with the 5T to establish connectivity with the thermostat which took over three hours and spent six hours (two days) trouble shooting several issues with the 3T system. Every issue was resolved, and it speaks to his intent to accomplish every task assigned to him to the highest of standards.     Isaac was my service technician.Communication was very good. He was on time and was able to come by the same afternoon. 👏He was very professional and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. He found a leak in the condenser coil and it needed replacement. Isaac gave me many options and decent prices for the repairs. We choose to band-aid the situation for now and just fill it with refrigerant to be able to budget and plan the repairs. No trip charge for the first visit/diagnosis and reasonable charge for the refrigerant.A very reasonable charge for a service contract, for the future, sounded very attractive. Overall, a very pleasant experience 😊 and looking forward to doing business with Isaac and the company he represents, in the future. 👍

    First off I want to say that the techs and managers are very nice, professional and will go through explaining multiple aspects to the projects involved. However one star is taken because the front desk staff during normal operating hours (except Grace) have a terrible attitude and even went so far as to tell me that the company wouldn’t provide the diagnostic data on how my HVAC system was not functioning (required for insurance). Thankfully I had Rudy and David to help sort the issue. That being said it is a great company so I wanted to provide some constructive feedback.

    Hunter was great. He arrived on time and quickly organized the work ( I have 3 systems). He took care of everything including putting some cleaning fluid in the ac drains. When he found a problem with the fan starting capacitors he came and showed me the readings on the meter that spelled future trouble. He was terrific.

    Preston did a wonderful job of reviewing options for us after moving into a home with aging infrastructure including two hot water heaters estimated at 20+ years old, one of which was not functioning. We reviewed tactical fix of failed unit as well as options for replacement with inline units. We landed on a strategy to replace both units with tanks, bringing the installations up to current code.Preston and the installation team ran into several challenges yet persevered working over 12 hours on site, well into the night. I was impressed with the professionalism & courtesy displayed and appreciate knowing we will not have to worry about hot water for awhile and will trust Preston and this team with any future plumbing issues.

    Called for service and immediately got a person who was polite and offered a same day service appointment “to follow”. Two hours later got a text that David was on his way. David called and said he was 30 minutes out. He arrived as indicated and seemed confident and professional. Within an hour and a half he solved the problem, gave a thorough explanation, and presented the invoice. Would definitely recommend this service.

After having a horrible cat accident to the death of my mother a few weeks ago when I couldnt get the heat going and air to stop he came over on a Saturday morning and did laugh at the mistake I made.. after talking to him I will be changing my membership from another company to this one and will be making all my up grades with you.. give that young man a HUGE raise!

    Its never fun when your AC quits in July, but fast response and professional work by the technicians due a lot to ease the pain. I really appreciate the images that were captured on the tablet. They were great in showing me what I needed to know to continue with the maintenance and I didnt have to climb up in the attic when the heat index is 105. The techs also were able to answer all my questions clearly so I knew what they were doing. Wouldnt hesitate to hire these guys again.

    This is my first experience with this company and I’m sold! I received same day service and Hunter was excellent! He came earlier than expected and discovered our issue was simply that our contractor never turned the gas on. He also fixed an issue with our stove hood vent that we didn’t know had collapsed-also due to contractor. Hunter took pictures which we will pass along.

    Bobby and Kyler were very professional and quick to get to work on the issue. They found the problem provided recommendation and all done in less than an hour. Also, gave me some recommendations on my outside fuse box. Really appreciated the honesty. Shows the company and the people they hire have integrity. That means a LOT in these days.     Miguel Malacara was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the valve on our tankless Waterheater and replaced the outside faucet. We are very pleased with the job he did. Looks brand new. We highly recommend Miguel and Lochridge Priest for all your plumbing problems.

    December 18, 2024Tyler Glass was very timely in arriving at my home to install a pressure relief valve. He did the installation in less time than I expected and left the area clean and tidy.I would recommend Tyler and Lochridgepriest Home Services to anyone.Bill Bland——————Dylan and Tyler did a wonderful and professional job figuring out where my sewer line was blocked outside of my kitchen.As soon as remembered a clean out port that had been covered over they had my line unblocked within 5 minutes 🤗They also did a great job tightening the kitchen faucet assembly and discovered that the water pressure to my house was way too high!!??Dylan & Tyler looked at my city water meter, then recommended a Pressure Reduction Valve to prohibit my water pipes from bursting. They will be sending me quote for that work.Dylan will also have an estimator provide me with a quote for converting my garage storage room into a Half Bath.So, all went well and at a reasonable price, especially since I signed up for Lochridge’s yearly maintenance plan😃Bill Bland______________Dylan Mitchell was very helpful using a camera to determine the size of my wastewater drain pipe size which provided him with the evidence that I could not install a half bath in my garage storage room 😟He consulted with David, Lochridge’s owner to give me an alternative half bath quote by an exterior wall.     I highly recommend Lochridge Priest and more specifically the engineer, Bobby! Firstly, as first time customers we were waved the $99.99 inspection fee. Which was such a blessing since we are having other costly issues to pay for due to the tornado earlier this year. Bobby came to our house due to our circuit breaker shutting off our dishwasher and also our microwave every few hours. He was very helpful and honest in his work! He was thorough in explaining what he thinks could be causing the problems and the next steps. I cannot recommend Bobby and Lochridge Priest enough 🙏

    David Mc continues to work on our defective HVAC unit (not purchased thru LP).. now need new motor (Nov 2024).. guess we got a lemon from TH&A. New air handler purchase for TH&A Aug 2023. Lemon!! David comes out any time we have issues and works hard to fix them. This is newest review 12/3/24..David McLean came out and assessed situation within a few hours after my call. Provided a solution to correct issue (which had caused water damage to several areas in my house). He returned on Saturday to install the pump and take care of the situation so (hopefully) will not occur again. Very pleased with David and the Lockridge Priest staff I spoke with to coordinate David’s appointment with us. He is now on speed dial for our HVAC maintenance and service calls. Happy customer!
