Crew with integrity! I’m not a customer of Cornerstone Plumbing, but I had a great experience with their crew while they were installing a gas line for my neighbor today. During the work, a few of my Christmas lights along the curb were accidentally broken as they maneuvered equipment.The crew apologized several times and offered to have their manager replace the lights. I declined since I had spares, but I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and effort to make things right.This level of integrity speaks volumes, and based on this interaction alone, I’d absolutely recommend them.

We can’t say enough good things about this company. They have saved us a number of times at both our house and business. Always professional and honest about the work that needs to be done.Every person we have had the pleasure of dealing with has been knowledgeable about the work being performed and willing to explain everything and how long it would take. Some of them had to give up countless hours on Christmas Eve to help thaw frozen pipes so we could open our business and for that we will be forever thankful.Highly recommend to get the job done right the first time at a fair price.

These guys were good. Real respectful and knowledgeable in what they were doing. Jason and Chris took their time and did a good job about keeping us through the loop of what was going on, what they were having to do and their next steps. We told them we had a budget and between the owner and the plumbers they were very understanding and really worked with us. The reason I give a 4 star instead of 5 because the first plumber that came out gave us the wrong information but the owner handled that quickly and asked for a second chance and they beyond exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend them!!

I had multiple plumbing issues that needed to be fixed as soon as possible and they were able to schedule me for the very next day!! The plumber they sent was John Solis, not only was he extremely nice and professional. But he was also great under pressure. I would definitely have them do work for me again, especially if they send John Solis.

Matt and Cornerstone Plumbing was the backbone of my upgrade. His team was great and professional. Upgraded my electric system and fuse box to prepare for Complete install of Electric Stove, Air conditioner, and all the cables. Everything went very well. He also plan or book appointments to make sure power would be off or they could do everything. Great Job and We are very happy with the Complete Services. Thank you

I had some sewer issues and they came out and fixed my issue within a few hours. Very good customer service and their techs are very good and helpful. They do whatever needs to be done to help their customers. I would highly recommend cornerstone for any needs you may have. They are the best of the best

I have had half a dozen plumbers out in the last two years fixing an old home we purchased, and have been unimpressed with all of them but Cornerstone. Cornerstone has been true to their pricing, has not BSd me on needed work, took the time to help map the ridiculous drain routes installed before we purchased the home, and gave me recommendations for maintenance to avoid having to call anyone out again in the future. They also did everything in the rain, so kudos for that. Overall I am thrilled with the service provided and will be happy to tell people about it.

I am an old, retired nurse and moved to Waco in March, 2017, Another plumbing company worked in the crawl space of my home replacing water lines and gas lines ~March 1 to 17, 2017. They missed the leaking gas line to the furnace and on Jan 21, 2020 the leak was found by an Atmos Energy contractor. I tried to deal with the first company. Instead, I got the run around then, they saw my gas leak and offered to do the work for free. AH! This was a warning and a big cover up. 11 days without gas.Cornerstone was recommended and they came solved the problem and now, i have heat, hot water and I am so grateful! Thank you Jason, Weston, Ben, Jason and Melvin. I am hiring you for future projects.So grateful and so blessed. jjs

Atmos energy came out today to replace my meter. They told me I had a natural gas leak and needed a plumber. I called every plumber in town in a panic and Cornerstone was the only that could come out in the next couple days. Not only that, they ended up coming today and fixed the leak within 2 hours! I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs again! Thanks!
