I recently had a fantastic experience with Metro Plumbing when they repaired my water heater. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. They responded quickly to my call and scheduled the repair sooner than I expected. Not only were they prompt, but their pricing was also more affordable compared to other companies I reached out to. Clint was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job efficiently and I couldnt be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend Metro Plumbing for anyone in need of reliable and reasonably priced plumbing services!

We called Metro Plumbing when we had a leak under our house. It was a mess, but they were able to locate the leak quickly and provide us an estimate to replace all the water lines, since all of our lines were old and needed replacement. The estimate cost was in between 2 others that I had collected.When we chose Metro, Cody and Armand both came out and began right away to replace everything. I mentioned to them that I had dropped my wedding ring down the drain about 2 weeks prior, asking them if they thought it could be located. They both said there was a chance and that they would definitely keep an eye out for it when replacing the bathroom plumbing. About an hour in, they found my ring! I was SO surprised, but extremely thankful! They both worked efficiently and answered all my questions about what they were doing each day, and they were happy to show me all the things they had completed. The house was a mess after (we had other contractors there also), but Cody and Armand picked up all their trash and debris from all the areas they had worked. My only desire is that they would have worn boot covers coming in/out of the house and crawlspaces, but I know not all companies provide those or require their people to wear them. There just was some dirt/mud from all the back and forth.All in all, we are very grateful for their time and efforts and will use them again for any future plumbing work. We have used 3 plumbers in our home and these guys were hands down the best! We highly recommend Metro to anyone with plumbing needs

Cody did a great job! After work tonight we noticed water running down our neighbors driveway and it was coming from our yard! Metro quickly dispatched Cody and he was able to find the break in the supply line right away. Discovery to fixed in 3 hours. Can’t ask for better service than that!

Metro Plumbing has been an efficient, effective solution to my plumbing emergencies and needs. I only use Clint and his crew.Edit…Craig, one of Clint’s employees, has rescued the plumbing situation again. We appreciate Metro plumbing!New note: 2024 has been a plumbing adventure at this abode, to say the least. This chapter began when the city of Waco contacted us to suggest we had a water leak. After diligent investigating, Craig found the leak, in the concrete foundation poured in the ‘90’s. A plan to repair this difficult leak was made that did not include breaking into concrete but rerouting older piping. This was not an easy job! Craig and Armand did a wonderful job in a difficult situation. We are extremely grateful to Metro Plumbing!

After taking four bids, we ended up with Metro plumbing to convert our wood burning fireplace to propane. They were responsive, prompt, and the young men who did the work were so polite, communicative, and they left things as clean as when they started. It took nearly three days to complete, so it was a big job, and we are now enjoying a beautiful gas fueled fire right now!

Found out today from the city that I have had a leak for DAYS….called Metro and they sent Anthony within an hour to dig in the mud and find the issue (poor thing!), then Craig and Armon came less than an hour later and in less than 4 hours from the call from the city, my leak is repaired and I have water again!!! Amazing service! Everyone else said they couldnt make it out till monday and it is wednesday.. before thanksgiving! They were able to send joseph out within a couple of hours and he did an amazing job finding the problem and then fixing it. Now everything is flowing the way it should and no more flooding kitchen sink! Will definitely use them again! Great service!

Great service!! First time using them, and they were able to get us in the same day! We had a leak on a water spicket on the front of our house and they were able to get us in the same day. Super nice technician! He was able to save our water hose thankfully and did a great job not taking huge chunks of brick out of our house to fix the problem. I would totally recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again!!

Great experience so far.Called Metro plumbing first thing at 8:30am. I’ve been having issues with back flow and drainage in my house. I was told by another plumbing company that I needed a water clean out installed. I called and asked “Clint” for a second opinion and bid on the job.They had a technician out to my home within 2hrs to diagnose and confirm my issues. Job is scheduled to be done asap which I’m so grateful for. Very prompt, respectful and reasonable (financially) services. Hopefully another great review coming post the job being done, but thus far I highly recommend these guys!

Called Metro late Thursday evening with what I thought was a Blocked sewer line and let them know it was urgent! They were able to get someone over first thing in the morning Friday! The gentleman’s name was Clint and he was a pleasure, he quickly diagnosed the real issue (a leak not a stoppage in the drain line) and promptly rectified the problem. He also cleared a nagging draining issue in one of our bathrooms they we had been battling for months. The service was excellent and at a fair price! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is need of plumbing services. They are easy to get in contact with and arrived precisely when they advised us of our appointment time. I needed a natural gas line extended, a gas jet installed in my den and a natural gas fireplace heater set up there. After being stood up and/or ghosted by several other local plumbers and plumbing companies, I called Metro. Wish Id called them first! Within 24 hours, Clint was there giving me an estimate. He came promised Id have someone there for a service call two days later. Sure enough, right on time, Dillon came by and hooked up my heater. Both men were extremely polite and professional. I was even more amazed that my bill came in under the estimate, and was just a fraction of what another plumbing company was going to charge. Dillon said Metro doesnt charge commissions (said thats what runs peoples bills up so high) and I was charged only for the time he spent and for the parts he needed. He knew what he was doing, explained how it worked, and made sure I knew how to operate my new gas heater. Now, even if the electricity goes out, I will have heat in my home. Metro Plumbing is my new go-to place for plumbing! Thanks, guys!

Very happy with Metro Plumbimg. Firstly, the person answering the phone was very nice and helpful. She had some out to the house within the hour.. Charles was here quickly did a great job. He was very professional and thorough. He came in, got done what needed to be done and offered suggestions for the future. Even though it was 30 degrees and raining he never complained or had issue with the outside work. We will definitely use them in the future.
