Elias was polite, detailed, and provided excellent suggestions to make my remodeling project more customized to my liking. We agreed on a contract to install a new onyx shower, carry out demolition work on a faux wood wall, and to set up plumbing for a new soaker tub. Raymond, the carpenter, was undoubtedly an expert in his field. He was hardworking, conscientious, tidy, and well-organized. I would strongly recommend Raymond for any carpentry needs. A young man named Jake was in charge of plumbing, and he provided polite, speedy, and efficient service. I would also highly recommend Jake for your plumbing needs. I plan to share my overwhelmingly positive experience with Carlos & Sons Plumbing, along with before and after pictures of my shower, on social media and with my family and friends. Just waiting for the glass walls to be installed next by their third-party contractor. I hope the management at Carlos & Sons Plumbing recognizes these three young men for their outstanding service. Customer Service these days for many companies has been lackluster, so when you have excellent employees, make sure you let them know.

After struggling with the issue for a couple of days, I decided to search for some plumbing services online. Thats when I came across Carlos & Sons Plumbing in Waco, not far from my home. When I called, the owner picked up and told me he had already sent his team home for the day. However, he promised to call someone to come out and assess the situation. I didnt have to wait long before Raymond, a plumber from the company, showed up. He promptly unclogged both sinks and even took the time to clean them afterwards. My water pressure regulator was failing and required a replacement, but it was completely concealed by drywall thanks to the contractor who finished my basement. Elias approached the task methodically. He entered my home, took measurements, and even listened to the water flowing through the pipes in the wall. Once he had an idea of where my regulator might be, he made a small cut in the wall and inserted a long cord with a tiny camera on the end, just like a surgeon might use. And sure enough, he located the regulator. I was a bundle of nerves during the whole process, but Eliass calm demeanor and positive attitude gave me the confidence to trust him. We chose to not only mend the faulty shut-off valve but also to overhaul the entire system, beginning at the water meter. Raymond explained the process thoroughly, instilling in us confidence about the comprehensive upgrade. The new setup included a fresh line from the meter, a new house shut-off, a complete repipe, a new water heater, water filtration, and new hose bibs throughout the property. Raymond even connected a water line to our refrigerator, enabling us to make ice! Given the magnitude of the task, there were some inevitable hiccups. We observed a minor leak in the shower and an issue with the water temperature not getting cold. However, Elias swiftly rectified these issues, fixing the leak and installing new shower hardware to resolve the temperature issue. Raymond installed a new water heater for me and did an exceptional, professional job. The installation was tidy and neat, and the price was very reasonable. It was undoubtedly a 5-star experience. Fast forward to when I had an unexpected cold shower one morning! The system monitor showed a flammable vapor sensor fault. I promptly called the plumber who came early in the afternoon. With a quick part replacement and a bit of guidance on how to avoid such issues in the future, Elias was on his way. He was friendly and clearly skilled. Yet another 5-star experience. I would recommend this plumber without any hesitation.

Im not sure why i even attempted to solve my plumbing problems by myself. when it finally dawned on me that our septic tanks needed pumping, i quickly reached out to a renowned plumbing service. within just a few hours, elias was at my home in waco with a cost estimate and a few hours later, my tanks were already being serviced. the speed of service, affordable rates, and professionalism were astounding. it was amazing how quickly my day went from being awful to just fine. raymond was the key person who arrived promptly at my house and coordinated everything. i would suggest this plumbing service to anyone without hesitation and am grateful that raymond was there to assist me.
