Steven & Horatio found our troublesome water leak a few feet out from the foundation likely caused by the ground shifting in the dry weather & cracking the incoming waterline PVC pipe. They replaced the cracked PVC with more a flexible PEX section, & I had them replace the old original gate-valve shutoff with a ball valve instead.

Had a problem at home after trying to fix a water leak in our upstairs bathroom. I broke the water line off behind the wall. Called another service who couldn’t make it but recommended Central Texas Plumbing Solutions and they sent Andrew to come and repair the line. He did wonderful job and was fast and very professional. First, I rarely leave a review on anything. However, Central Texas Plumbing Solutions deserves one. We have been using their services for a number of years and they have been great. They are extremely responsive and everyone from those that answer the phones to the plumbers who come to the house are always kind, courteous and professional. They have worked on many plumbing issues for us and have always done a great job. They recently went above and beyond to find and fix a problem that was going on a few months. They worked with Property Solutions for resolution. Both of these companies are outstanding and I highly recommend them both! If you need a plumber or home repair, look no further!

After a bad experience with a local plumbing company leaving us hanging on a problem, I called Central Texas Plumbing Solutions. Edgar Hernandez showed up at our door on time and started working on the slow draining problem in our bathroom sink and installing our new vanity. He was very professional and did an exceptional job and is to be commended for his attention to detail.This company is blessed to have several very good people working for them, from the office staff to the service crew.We will call Central Texas Plumbing Solutions for any problems in the future and highly recommend them. The costs were reasonable and well worth it.

Like another poster, I rarely post a review.But, having used at least 5-6 other plumbing companies over the last 10 years, I have found the best and feel compelled to post.I have, now, used CTPS 4 times. Each time I have been positively impressed from phone call to project to billing. They are ALWAYS pleasant, responsive, and do a good job. Even on some difficult projects and, once, in the middle of the night emergency.Best of all, I have never felt “gouged” when being billed. Can’t say the same for 3 of the other companies.

My husband called Central Texas plumbing this morning to see if we could get someone out ASAP as we had an emergency back up of our sewer from the night before, the admin staff was friendly, professional, & VERY HELPFUL... & they were able to send someone out right away. Matt & Steven came out on one of our hottest days of this week on 7-19-23, they were super friendly, & EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL & we are so blessed & lucky to have found such a wonderful , professional company to take care of our plumbing needs. Today was the second time I have had these guys to the house. Today was a routine job but did require some experience when they ran into a couple of things The last time was a more sophisticated job regarding a natural gas line. I must say both times the sense was that they are real pros and knew what they were doing. We all would complain less about the charges of these things if we knew we were getting our monies worth. I know I do and so far I havent had a qualm about a thing.

I had a gas leak at my house and I called Atmos Energy to come and turn the gas off. They did a pressure check and found that the system was not holding. I originally called Roto-Rooter to come out and fix it. They charged me $400 and did not look at the gas lines under the house but only the fixtures at floor level. They said they would charge me another $400 to look under the house at the gas lines and that probably still would not fix it. They wanted to charge me $2,000 to replace the entire system. I then called Central Texas Plumbing Solutions to get a second opinion. They sent out Daniel and his helper Nathan. They were out here for one hour went under the house and found a leak. Less than an hour after that they had the leak fixed and the system was holding. They only charged me $265 to get my gas system fixed and running again. Daniel and Nathan were very professional and very good communicators that did not waste their time or mince words. They got the job done quickly and were very clear about what they were doing and why they were doing it. I cant recommend them or their company any higher. They did excellent work and saved me a ton of money. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be calling them in the future if I have any plumbing needs of any kind.

CTXPS came out to my house after nine days without water. They took their time and thoroughly explained everything. The repair wasnt that easy because almost all water pipes had been compromised. I cannot begin to tell you how they worked continously until it was repaired. The company I work for has residential and commercial properties. They have the best plumbers in Central Texas. Their focus is on quality and customer satisfaction first before how much it cost. I would highly recommend this company to handle any problems from repairs go new construction. In my opinion its the only Plumbing Company to use!!!

Very thankful for yall. I had a problem with my kitchen sink, flooding downstairs whenever I turned it on. I reported it to my realty company early in the morning and after spending 7+ hours waiting for maintenance and not receiving any help from their end, I reached out and called Central Texas Plumbing Solutions. Within 20 minutes they had Greg at my place to fix a simple crimping issue that apparently could have blown at any time if I hadnt valved it out earlier and create a real issue. He didnt charge me for his time and was excellent. So thanks again and if there is ever any more issues, Ill gladly turn to yall. Thanks!

Called early and spoke with a real person (Michelle) who was very helpful. I was put on the work list and received a call back with truck on the way within a couple of hours. Technician was courteous and professional. Leak was fixed within 2 hours. (quite difficult location). Cost me a bit, but I was in a pinch and had no water. Support your local plumber! :) I do recommend this company!

Wow, working with true professionals is a wonderful experience. From the initial estimate, where someone came out measured the footage, took notes, listened to my suggestions and came up with a plan. to the final installation was as smooth as glass. Its so nice when you can trust someone to do the job correctly in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this group. If I could give them 10 stars I would.I did find out they also have a remodeling team. So I will be calling them for additional projects.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. We had a reoccurring sewer problem, where our guest bathroom toilet would flush slowly. I called another company who sent out a guy who took the top off our septic tank, used a camera for a minute or two and said all our plumbing would need to be replaced at a cost of $12-19 THOUSAND dollars. We called Central Texas Plumbing Solutions and they used a hydro machine to clean out and smooth the inside of our sewer pipes. Problem completely solved and it cost us $ 508. We will use and recommend Central Texas Plumbing from now on.

We knew the toilet was stopped up but we had no idea how hard Ryan would have to work today.My husband has flushed a set or CAR KEYS down the toilet. Ive never seen a plumber work with so much determination using every trick in the book and then some. I finally reached inside the pipe located outside to grab the keys and pulled them out that Ryan had been pushing through the pipe a little bit at a time for the last 3 hrs. He also was so sweet,being exhausted from that ordeal, to fix our kitchen sink pipes that had been leaking for the past 5 yrs. He was awesome and would welcome him back next time we have plumbing issues.

This is our GO TO plumbing company in Waco for our personal home, rental homes, and businesses. When you call, the office staff are very personable and kind. They work with your schedule to get you in with times that work for you. When we have a leak, they are onsite within 1-2 hours. When things happen after hours, they are reasonable with their charges too. They ALWAYS show up on time, which does not go unnoticed! Their staff are knowledgeable and will work tirelessly until the job is complete. Highly recommend!

Great Service. Fast and honest. Had a small leak in the shower. We tried to diagnose the issue but couldnt solve the problem. We wanted to fix the problem before it turned into something worst. Wasnt sure if it was a plumbing or tile issue. Had even schedule two different plumbers to come out and diagnose the problem. One didnt show up and the other called 4 hours late to reschedule. I talked to Chris at Central Texas Plumbing Solutions and he promised to have someone out as quickly as possible. Sure enough Gregg called and showed up. He tested everything and when there wasnt any issues with the plumbing or the pan he looked over a couple of tile concerns and come to find out it was a small tile/grout issue that we can more than likely fixed ourselves. Central Texas Plumbing Solutions could have taken advantage but Gregg was honest and informative. Wont ever call anyone else but Central Texas Plumbing Solutions.
