Eric repaired a front faucet that had been leaking on our home that was built in 1978.I must say that he is a total pro that knows what he is doing. He showed up when he said he would. Did better than expected work, cleaned up after himself and did it in a timely manner.We have a home insurance that covers these type of repairs but the plumber they sent out said that he had to come back out then get a separate contractor to do separate repairs. When dispatch was asked clarification they could not answer.So my wife and I decided to contact White Oak. During my phone conversation with Eric he answered every question without hesitation. He was able to get the job done within a couple of days of that phone call. It was worth the extra money to have home do the job right.We will recommend him to anyone who asks about plumbing.Thanks again Eric👍

I was lucky to find that Eric had an opening the day after I called to repair the diverter valve in my tub. During the repair, he noticed that previous work had actually left some damage on the copper pipe that could have caused issues with creating a tight seal. Eric managed to make some slight adjustments to how he installed everything, which left me with a beautiful new spout and the knowledge that everything was installed correctly.While he was at my house, I found that he had enough availability to also replace the hose bibb in the back of my house that had been causing me issues for years. Instead of cutting into my siding, he suggested adding an access panel inside of the house to do the work, which is hardly noticeable.Eric brings the skills and experience to a job to ensure that the work he does is high quality. Id use him again in a heartbeat.

Had a leak on my water heater at the inlet against a shark bite. Eric responded to the emergency the same day! Repiped the inlet and relocated the surge tank. It looks extremely professional. By far one of the best plumbers Ive come across. Eric is super knowledgable and very quick to respond. I had an urgent situation and he was able to come out same day. Not only did he fix the main issue but he was even to squeeze in fixing another issue we had with our tub and check our water hose bibs to make sure there were no issues that could cause problems in the future. I will definitely be contacting White Oak again for my plumbing needs!

Eric with White Oak Plumbing was a dream to work with and I absolutely will be using this company again! He exudes professionalism through his excellent communication and plumbing expertise. He was able to troubleshoot my problem when I described it over the phone, which made the fix when he got to my house incredibly quick and efficient. I own an Airbnb so time and courtesy are of the essence to not disturb my guest(s). He accommodated an appropriate time that worked for the guest and she was really happy with the result and repair work that needed to happen once completed. He comes recommended to anyone else looking for plumbing services in the area!

In the past, I had a bad experience with a plumber. So, when I noticed my toilet was leaking, I hesitated to call another plumber. I started the repair myself. But, I got to a point where I knew I should call a pro because the repair was above my pay grade. (lol) It appeared that there were hairline cracks in the flange.I read some great reviews about Eric and after talking to him, I felt I was dealing with someone of integrity, knowledge, and skill. He knew how to deal with the hairline cracks without charging me for a new flange. He also guaranteed his work (parts and labor) for a year.Im very pleased with his work, integrity, and price. I highly recommend Eric of White Oak Plumbing.

We hired White Oak Plumbing to replace the main line to our home. Eric showed up when he said he would, was priced competitively, did excellent work, and left my front yard looking good considering what they had to do in order to fix the leak.
