We had a pipe break that caused water to fill into our crawls space. Mike from Mr. Rooter was dispatched out to help diagnose and fix the problem. From the moment Mike walked through our door we knew we were in good hands. Mike is a journeyman plumber and really knew what he was doing and talking about. He explained everything every step of the way and gave us clear options for how we wanted to handle to situation. Although Mike was unable to locate the leak, he referred us to a few companies that could do the job and ensured us he could fix it once it was located. That’s not so say that he didn’t try to locate it, because he sure put in a lot of effort digging up spot in our backyard that he suspected was close to the pipe break. Turns out he was about a foot or so away from finding it, but it was under our concrete patio. After having a leak detection company out, Mike returned to complete the job. Mike had already held a spot for us for the following day so it was easy to get him back out to our house. We were his first job of the day and he came ready to tackle the job. He had to cut into the concrete and tried his best to preserve the designer patio we have. Unfortunately he had to jack hammer the spot he cut out, but it was done so without damaging or removing a large portion of our patio. He found it, repaired it and had us all closed up by the end of the day. Mr. Rooter is lucky to have such a knowledgeable, kind, efficient, hardworking employee in Mike. He made this experience not so bad considering the circumstances. The pricing was fair, the work was great quality and we enjoyed having Mike at our home.

I had my washing machine go out (of course, right near Christmas) I attempted to do some repairs on my own. I got to the point where I could not go further without help. I called Mr Rooter. They were able to squeeze me in, not only same day but the Technician Colby L was so kind, knowledgeable and extra helpful with removing the extra stuff I had. He put everything back and was very quick and efficient. Highly recommend and a big thanks to Colby for being so reassuring and kind.

We have an older house. We had a plugged drain back up into a sink. Alex Vargas from Mr. Plumber called to confirm appointment and showed on time. Alex is great! He asks questions, listens, shares ideas about potential issues, then he set up the equipment and ran the line with camera. He explained what the camera was showing and shared the difference the hydro presure treatment can make in removing the 50 years of accumulation in these drains. Alex is very professional, and he took the time to explain and answer questions from myself and my 11 yr old grandson. After several passes in the line, when he was finished with the hydro, the drain looked really clean in the camera views and handled all the water we sent down. When I need plumbing services again, Ill be asking for Alex! Smart, experienced, personable, timely and efficient.

Alex was my technician for this job. He was super professional and did his due diligence. Originally came out to remedy a slow drain. While doing his troubleshooting he noticed some other issues with related drain lines and suggested fixes for those to get things up to code and prevent highly probably issues in the future. Since budget allowed, he was able to take care of not just the original ask, but those additional issues discovered. Alex is a fantastic technician and representative of this company. Would use their services again.

Mr Colby Leonard of Mr Rooter gave me excellent customer service today. I had a floor drain that was clogged and he was very comprehensive in his diagnosis of the problem. He seemed to be knowledgeable in his understanding of all matters plumbing, and gave several solutions, at different price ranges, being sure to clearly describe the risks and benefits of each. He was very personable and polite, and even thought I ultimately decided to try fixing this myself first, he didnt seem put off by this in the least. If my home fix doesnt resolve this problem, I will be calling this company back for service.

He tvd the sewer line with his camera, found the blockage, and used his jetter to clear the blockage. I first met him about 10 days earlier because he did a plumbing investigation/repair at my daughters’ house. My husband and I were so impressed, we asked our daughters for Mr Sondergaard’s contact info when we found a leak under our kitchen sink. The dispatch team at Mr Rooter was great about getting Mr Sondergaard out to look at the leak on short notice and keeping us informed about his ETA He was very personable, thorough, and treated our home with great care. Happily, the matter was resolved that very afternoon.o Due to our high level of satisfaction, we will be calling again and will gladly refer others to Mr Rooter and, specifically, Mr Sondergaard.

Very expensive for a simple clog drain. Basic service to clear our clog (washer access - not main clean out) was $450. Ouch. Took them about an hour from drive up to drive out. Very professional technician. In this instance we picked great service in a timely manner. Another company was able to install a new water heater for us, but Mr. Rooter was one of the most responsive and helpful plumbing companies we contacted in this emergency. I have used them in the past for other repairs and highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Mr. Jim M. And Mr. jerry H. Showed up on time for a drain cleaning. I explained that I had already ran a snake down the kitchen sink drain and still had a blockage. They asked me quite a few questions and came to the conclusion that I should let them do a jet spray clean out. They proceeded with that plan and ran a camera to show me the big clump of grease they were dealing with. Within a couple of hours they were putting the camera back in and showing me a clean run of pipe all the way to the main. I had a great experience from start to finish. I discovered very early Monday morning that I had a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink. I tried to fix it but realized it was beyond my skill set. I had an appointment with Sergey from Mr. Electric that morning and had mentioned the leak. He asked me if I needed a plumber and then recommended Mr. Rooter. I called them explained what my problem was and they said theyd call me back. Within 30 minutes I received a call back with a time for the plumber to arrive. My plumber was Brian Buelt who explained what the problem was, which evidently when the house was built in 1986, they installed the pipes/drain traps in the wrong sequence with some extra parts! He explained how he was going to fix it and then got to work. Having an expert who knew what they were doing was awesome!! Brian also checked my hot water heater and cleaned up the mess from the repair. He was friendly, knowledgeable and I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for your plumbing needs. My water heater started leaking and I called Mr. Rooter on a Friday afternoon. They were able to send a tech (Kevin) out Saturday morning. The assessment was that the water heater had to be replaced (it was 21 years old and badly corroded) and Kevin got this done in a few hours on the same day. There was virtually no down time. Very happy with the experience. Highly recommend.

Our water was backing up into the tub. When i explained my situation they seemed very sensitive the our situation. Within a hour a technician called me. Within a total time of less than 2 hours their technician was here. He crawled under the house, walked around the property and explained what he saw. The technician explained that from what he had seen the sewer line within 5-10 ft from the house may be restricted and he would need to bring in equipment to verify. He gave me an estimate free of charge. He next brought in his equipment hooked everything up and called me in to the bathroom. He had inserted a camera into the plumbing and showed me a live view of roots that had grown into the sewer line at the rear of the house. He gave me an estimate for the service and i agreed. He was in and done within less that 90 minutes and all was well. The total time from my first call and finished was less than 3 hours. Mr. Rooter was an incredible company to work with. We had a blocked sewer drain that lead to a pretty unpleasant late night discovery. First thing the next morning, I called Mr. Rooter for an emergency appointment. From my conversation with their receptionist Rebel (who was absolutely wonderful) to the technician completing service, everything was fixed (and cleaned!) within an hour and a half. Our technician Jeremy was professional, friendly, COVID safe, and very knowledgeable. When all was said and done, our worry about the sewage drain had completely evaporated, and Jeremy left us with some “keep these on your radar” repairs to begin budgeting for so we don’t run into an emergency like this again. Also, they were really affordable for a last minute emergency. Highly recommend!

Called Mr. Rooter because the sink in the laundry room was backing up. They got a tech out within an hour of my call. He was polite did a quick assessment and gave me a quote. He worked on it for about an hour and unfortunately was unable to clear the clog. He advised me about the possible reasons for the blockage and the options moving forward. They also provided a quote if I wanted to go to the next step.I was frustrated that they were unable to clear my drain, and I believe the tech recognized that. A few days later I got a call from the district manager to discuss the issue. He went out of his way to provide great customer service.At the end of the day not all clogs can be cleared, but you couldn’t ask for better customer service!!

Call several plumbers and get some quotes, but then do yourself a favor and just hire these guys. Not a paid spokes person.

Weve hired these folks a couple of times. Once to fix a leaky kitchen sink drain which was not a major job but we live in an old house and I might have been able to fix it myself but wanted it professionally done to make sure it was 100% right. The 2nd time was to install a new hose bib on the front of our 1935 house. This required tapping into the main water line, drilling through the foundation wall in the basement and tying in and testing the new line. The plumber, Mike, also capped off a couple of old pipes for me to boot (not on the original ticket) on an old concrete sink because we are going to get a new sink installed and the cold water faucet was leaking. In both instances the work was meticulously explained and we even got an ad hoc inspection of our existing pipes telling us things about our houses plumbing system we would probably have never found out about ourselves. And if you want to get into the technical details (I am a very very fact-based information kinda guy) they will take all the time you need to discuss the work with you. Will definitely hire them again for future plumbing needs.

I rarely need to hire a plumber, so I wasnt sure what to expect and was happy that everything went so smoothly.
