    Eric and the other employee were polite and knowledgeable! They reseated our wobbly (broken bolt) toilet and replaced all the worn out materials underneath (wax ring and more) It was also crooked before and now it is installed correctly, it is sturdy and straight and not running water!     Eric with True Plumbing did an incredible job with very little notice! Called to get an appt the night before to install a faucet for our new kitchen countertop sink, along with connecting the disposal and dishwasher. It was completed before noon the next day!

    Had a kitchen sink bathroom split drain that was clogged and needed to get snaked. Nick and Seth were quick and friendly and explained the process thoroughly gave some great tips on keeping the drain free in the future.I had a pipe crack and noticed a leak in the basement after they left. True plumbing came through and responded quickly and was fair Tyler gave me a call personally and made everything right and I can’t complain. Don’t call Roto Rooter I’m giving True Plumbing S tier.     Eric with True Plumbing called to see if he could come by earlier than scheduled and that was much appreciated as we were without running water. I had a burst pipe flooding my entry hall and bathroom. True plumbing discovered a burst in the hose bib and repaired and replaced the pipe and bib for a reasonable price. I won’t hesitate to call them again when they need arises.

    I called True Plumbing at 9am on a Monday and was able to get someone in the same day for a dead water heater. Nick and his partner were friendly and knowledgeable. It was something I may have been able to do myself but was nervous about a very slight natural gas smell. Nick was able to identify the issue from the furnace a foot from my heater and resolved it, then got my water heater working again. I really appreciated their help and expertise.

    I called True Plumbing after inheriting the problem of dealing with a family members residence after they had moved out. There was an entire laundry list of plumbing needs, including the rebuilding of the kitchen sink, installation of a new dishwasher, installation of a new garbage disposal, installation of a new bathroom faucet, rebuilding of two toilets, and more. Nick and Jason did an excellent job of addressing all of the needs, all in one day. I have dealt with a lot of different contractors throughout my personal and professional life, and it was nice to finally find a plumbing service that I can trust. Highly recommend 10 out of 10!

    I called True Plumbing for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did. They quoted me at half the price as the first plumber I called, and all the other “issues” with our water were not actually as bad as I was led to believe.     I called True Plumbing for a plumbing emergency on a Saturday. Nick was there in an hour. He was professional, friendly and showed me a few plumbing tricks to keep my plumbing flowing and in good working order. When I shared that I was planning on a complete bathroom remodel, he said they do that too. He measured my bathroom and I had a competitive bid before he left. There was no Ill get back to you. I will call True Plumbing when Im ready to remodel.

    Wow, what a pleasure to deal with such a knowledgeable plumbing company. They ANSWERED the phone (unlike the other companies) and came out the very next day. Nick was an amazing plumber but what an ambassador for True Plumbing. Nick has seen it all and truly appreciates the company he works for and it shows in the first few minutesof meeting him.He walked our rather unusual problem over asking me thorough questions along the way. It was obvious that he is an expert in his field and I honestly asked him where they come in price wise after receivingthe quote and he replied We are in the middle mostly, not the cheapest and not the most expensive. We are absolutely the best for the price and we do not have a lot of time to be messing around with jobs that we are not suited for (which arent many) so weve become the best at what we do so it is more streamlined to better serve.And that is exactly what they did.     Eric was very nice and professional. He took the time to listen to what I had to say about the issue,then went right into trouble shooting. He wasnt able to fix the problem because I needed parts that he wasnt able to get right away. But he did refer me to another company that they work with who can help me further. I also want to mention the person who talked to me when I first called the main office. She was very nice and did her best to get help on the same day. And I live in LaCenter, wich may be further than they usually go. But they came out anyway and with no charge! Thank you again True Plumbing. I would definitely recommend.

    Nick came out within a couple hours of my call (I was able to turn off our water before called in, so no extreme emergency. )Being as it was after hours he didnt have everything with him to complete all the work. He was able to isolate the problem area, so we had access to all our water services except the one shower, but even that only until he was able to return the next day with the right parts.Efficient, courteous, and respectful, all at the originally quoted price, thats how our experience was with Nick and True Plumbing.Definitely do recommend 👌

When I called to set an appointment I was greeted by a very friendly, respectful voice. My friend suggested I request Eric. He showed up right on time! He listened to my issues and concerns, then got right to work. He resolved my plumbing issue and took the time to explain what the problem was. Eric was professional, friendly & helpful.     This is a family owned and ran business. I needed help with a problem at my house asap… I explained my problem over the phone to the owner’s wife, who answered the phone. Since the matter was so urgent, the owner himself called me back and explained to me exactly how to take care of it, so I did not end up with a major problem flooding my whole house!     I called this morning and they sent a tech in the afternoon. Arrived right in the middle of the time slot. Eric was able to fix the garden hydrant leak in less than an hour. The hydrant has been there for almost 30 yrs and pretty rusty, difficult to open it up. Eric was able to fix it with a simple repair kit. The job was previously quoted by another plumber for a total replacement which will cost thousands. I am happy that Eric fixes the problem at much lower cost, and mostly importantly with minimal main water off. I am putting True Plumbing on my contact list.
