    I am very pleased with the the prompt service I received. Mike was pleasant and professional. I love my new bathroom faucets he replaced. My only suggestion is they should wear protective covers over their boots especially this time of year. Mike did ask if he needed to take his shoes off and I told him not to worry about it. He had to go in and out several times so I didn’t want him to have to take his shoes on and off. His boots left some scuff marks on the bathroom floor and he used a new towel I had in the bathroom to clean up some water mess. Not a big deal though, I should have had other towels in there for him. I would definitely use them for future plumbing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Before contacting Go With The Flow Plumbing, we contacted another company and got a quick reply. But there was no news after that, so we contacted Go With The Flow instead. Not only did we get a quick reply, but they also came to my house to repair the blocked water pipe within a few minutes. The entire repair took less than an afternoon to complete. I am very satisfied with their service and will definitely ask them for help again if needed in the future.

    Make sure to reach out to these people if you have any issues! They responded quickly (within 20 minutes) and we had somebody out at our store within a few hours to take a look.     Excellent from start to finish. Yesterday evening we had a pipe burst between our main line and home out on the side yard. Flooded completely and was not stop. Called around 9pm and was able to schedule an appt for the next day early afternoon. The guys arrived and got to work. They identified the problem site, fixed it, and ensured our water was working properly before leaving. All in all less than 3 hours from start to finish and we no longer have a river in our backyard.     I am the General Manager at Ihop and after calling 7 different plumbing companies. Go with the flow plumbing not only answered. But, showed up quickly. Communication was amazing. Texted me when my technician was in route. As well as when my tech was arriving. My technician was kind, smart, helpful. All around saved the day/night.. Very professional. Very happy with my service. Very fair on pricing even tho it was an after hours call. So I knew the price was gonna be up there. However, it was very, VERY fair! Absolutely happy with this company.     I highly recommend Go With the Flow Plumbing. I had a tub overflow drain that had completely corroded and leaked into a downstairs bathroom. The bid I got from a competitor was 2-3x more expensive and they wanted to go through my dry wall. Go With the Flow spent a little extra time to figure out how to solve the problem without going through the drywall. Did I also mention they were a much better value! I paid a reasonable price for great work and exceptional customer service. Communicating with Joe was a pleasure. They are going to be my Go to for plumbing needs in the Vancouver area!

    Great service! We were desperate to get our burst pipe fixed after the winter storm. 2 other companies rescheduled last minute, and I was seriously about to burst.     Right from the get go, Mike was very responsive. He was very informative and gave me everything up front and didnt try to beat around the bush (which I appreciate). He let me know what was up and gave me realistic options. He fixed my shower right then and there, whole thing took less than 30 minutes. The price was fair and at what I expected and didnt try to sell me on anything. He actually told me to disconnect my front hose so my pipes dont burst/leak during the winter! 10/10 would recommend!

    Super fast response time! Called at 11 AM, plumber Mike arrived at 3:00. He told us what we needed, what we could do ourselves and replaced the leaking water valve to the toilet.     Alex came to check under our house to see if there was any sewage leak. He found no leak, took pictures, and said there was no bad smell under the house. He did note a bad smell outside the house, and said it was more like a dead animal smell. There are a lot of feral cats in our neighborhood. We were very pleased with this company. We have used them a couple of times before and will use them again.

    We had Mike out to fix our toilet which was leaking. It was replaced only 3 years ago, so we were surprised when we saw moisture on the floor at its base. Once Mike pulled the toilet, he realized why it was an issue. The prior plumbing company had done a poor job installing. He fixed the problem, and cleaned up after himself. He did an additional fix while there as he noticed the valve on the wall was leaking also. He pointed it out and asked if I’d like him to replace it. I did not feel pressured to, but appreciated him catching that.I also appreciated that they were able to give me a quote over the phone, and that was precisely what I was charged. (In addition the secondary fix, of course.) I appreciated the competitive pricing, quick response, and easy going nature.

    I live in a guest house that is new construction and the last thing I expected was a leak under my sink. A fitting to my electric water heater started leaking all over my floor. I cleaned up the mess and starting looking for plumbers. After calling three separate plumbers who didnt answer, I found Go With The Flow Plumbing and saw how incredible their ratings were and gave them a call. They answered right away and said they could be out to my house in a timely manner. Upon arrival, he was extremely personable and transparent with what he thought the issue was and the things he was going to do to fix the leak. This leak wasnt a standard leak and provided a lot of challenge but within an hour, the water had stopped leaking and everything was good to go. I cannot express enough how thankful I am with Go with the Flow Plumbing and the plumber they sent out to fix my leak. (I believe his name was Joe) Thank you Joe and everyone else at Go With The Flow Plumbing! I hope I wont be needing any more plumbing services anytime soon but if I do, Go With The Flow Plumbing will be my first and only company that Ill need to call.

Another local plumbing company said maybe Tuesday.Hes here in 9 minutes. Searches around in the dark to find the sewer line where the clog was. Previous owner of the house had it underneath inches of grass and shrubbery.Joe has it fixed with no hesitation.     I had a water heater replaced by Go With The Flow Plumbing. The work was performed quickly and professionally. I was originally considering a tankless installation, and while other competitors were unable to do the installation for a week or more, Go With The Flow was ready to install either a tankless or a standard water heater on the next business day. I did eventually end up choosing a standard water heater with a tank, and Go With the Flow also had the best pricing. Highly recommended.
