    Phenomenal communication, friendly service and job well done. Brian was a pleasure to have at our house for most the day and went out of the way to immediately introduce himself to our anxious pups to put them at ease before he dove right into getting the work done.     I had a great experience with Service Pro Plumbing. They responded quickly and truly saved the day! We had multiple water main leaks near the mainline, and Mack, our technician, was both knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensured that my yard looked as neat as possible, even after having to dig up a portion of it. Iā€™m grateful to Mack and the entire Service Pro Plumbing team for their excellent work!     My dishwasher had a water pipe leak and we needed it fixed as soon as possible as it had caused damage to the floor. Called these guys up and lets just say they took care of us! Jesse and Kyle showed up very nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and informative. They even helped us and referred us to another company to take a look at our floors and get a jump start on the claim process in efforts to prevent further possible damage and get our floors taken care of asap.     Amazing service and best price in Vancouver. The estimate for our issues was around $1100 dollars but ended up costing significantly less. They sent over Brian B. and both times he came he was incredibly polite and got right to work - it was over before I knew it!     Kyle did a great job replacing my water valves for our washing machine. He made sure to put on shoe covers when entering and cleaned up the space after the work was done. As a new home owner I appreciated him taking the time to show me where to shut off water to my own in case there ever is an emergency.     Jesse at service pro plumbing is amazing. We had a situation that Jesse had never seen before and he was able to help us figure out exactly what it was.Our old water softener had broken a screen and distribute silicon beads throughout our entire house and so we had no water whatsoever.So after a few hours of flushing and changing parts we were finally with water again.Jesse was very knowledgeable and considerate even when my dogs kept bugging him.Im very pleased at how fast and reasonable this company is and would definitley recommend them.This was my first time having to call a plumber and to have them come out the same day and early even definitley made my experience a pleasurable one considering the issuse.

    The tech was knowledgeable and thorough. The dispatch was wonderful and helpful, even sympathetic in my issue. I think the price was ridiculously high but I doubt it would have been much cheaper anywhere else. I was also bummed that apparently the timing of my appointment started at ā€œdispatchā€ which cost me almost an additional hour ($250!!!) just for the tech to drive to me. Iā€™m still giving four stars because even though it took two trips and over $1600, the job got done and I am not confident that I could have done it myself.

    Eric was very communicative about the installation of my new sink, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He was very nice and informed me that I have a one year warranty on all parts he installed, even though I purchased the sink myself.     Thank you for responding quickly and professionally explaining and diagnosing our situation. We snaked, plungged and used CLR. It was definitely beyond us. We learned where our drain cap is and that it cant be easily accessed. The toilet was pulled and our stubborn clog was removed. This took place all before some of the other places we called even got back to us. I would definitely recommend Service Pro Plumbing Inc. Thanks again.

    First off, Mack and Brian did a fantastic job installing a pressure reducing valve in my home. They were respectful, quick, and thorough with their job. The valve works perfectly, no leaks, and now my home has nominal pressure. They are why I gave Service Pro Plumbing five stars.It would have been one fewer star otherwise. The initial call to Service Pro was good and responsive, and they were able to schedule my job within two days. Great. However, my appointment was supposed to be the first of the day and after two hours of waiting for a plumber to arrive I had to call to see what the issue was. Apparently there was an emergency that they had to respond to, which is understandable, but there was zero proactive communication about it. They did eventually prioritize getting someone out hours later the same day, they were kind throughout the whole process, and then gave a credit as an apology for the mistake so I do consider it handled with care.The only other concern I had was their initial pricing structure. I was originally told the plumbers would show up for a $79 non-refundable assessment for the job before giving me an actual price (this fee would be applied to the job if I accept). I understand their time is valuable, but to bid this job a rough estimate is expected. I was finally able to have the dispatcher call a plumber for a ballpark price range and that is why I accepted them for the job. In the end, their pricing was very fair, but it would be nice to know that in advance without having to press the issue. In the end, I would be happy to have Service Pro Plumbing back for any future plumbing needs.

    Iā€™ve been having a leak in my basement off and on for a long time. Previous plumbers were never capable of finding the source of the water damage. The office got me set up with an appointment in less than 24hrs. Brian came out and within two hours not only diagnosed the problem, offered some options, went to the store and got the appropriate parts, returned and replaced my shower-head and mount, so that water would not spill over the edge of my bathtub anymore. I am so grateful that I have found this company, I will be calling them again for all of my plumbing needs. Brian was extremely professional, very easy to communicate with, prompt and friendly. Would give 10 stars if possible. I am no longer fearful of calling a plumber because I will only call this one from here on out!

    I have been trying to get a leak detected for MONTHS and on and off issues for years. I have had multiple companies look at the area and even paid for a company that specializes in leak detection and no one could find the problem. (The leak detection company told me it was likely water getting splashed on the floor from the shower.) Mack was so careful and thorough and found three hairline cracks in my bathtub and was able to prove that was were the leak was coming from by running water over them and using a camera to see underneath the tub. (I have access through garage.) I am so grateful to finally understand the source of this problem. He was kind, answered all of my questions, and gave me some great tips on this and some other maintenance items.

    We reached out to Service Pro Plumbing after our usual plumber failed to return our calls and messages to replace a 50-gallon water heater in Camas.Brooklyn, one of the owners, responded quickly to our online inquiry and asked thoughtful questions about our situation. She was incredibly helpful in getting us on the calendar as soon as possible.Brian, the technician, showed up on time and talked us through several options and the costs/benefits of each (tank vs. tankless).     We discovered water seeping up between our kitchen floor tiles. Found a leak under the house. Called Service Pro who originally scheduled for next morning. 30 minutes later they called back with a cancellation for the day and wanted to get the leak fixed. Eric arrived within the hour, did some investigation, and discovered our dishwasher was leaking. Showed me the part and got the part number, and even how I can fix it myself. He even recommended a place in town that sold the part.After we paid, Eric asked us if there was anything else he could do. I asked him to look at our water heater. He gave us some recommendations and did not take payment for the additional time.If we need plumbing help in the future, I will call ServicePro and specifically request Eric.

They were excellent at communicating what they were doing, showing me progress along the way, and efficient in being courteous and thorough but getting straight to work and being in and out in just a few hours. I also appreciated that they checked again after the initial assessment and saw they didnā€™t need to do all the things we originally thought and quickly removed those from the task list.     This company was amazing! We unfortunately had to replace our water heater. However, they somehow made the experience almost enjoyable. We echo all of the positive reviews. This company answers its callers promptly--no leaving messages that are never returned. They came out free of charge after we described what was going on (warned us that we were likely looking at complete replacement of the unit and gave ballpark estimates of the two main choices over the phone). They showed up the next day, hours ahead of when they said they could come. Then, they very patiently explained all of our options along with pricing. No pressure, and they made sure to let us know that no question was a silly one. The work was completed meticulously that very same day. We would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs! In a time where customer service often feels like it is nonexistent, this experience with Service Pro actually was such a breath of fresh air.

    Cory Williamson was fantastic and professional. He provided outstanding customer service by listening to our needs, discussing the problem with our water heater and finding solutions to fit our budget. With Corys wealth of knowledge based on his 17+ years of experience we decide on a complete replacement of our nearly 30 year old water heater. Cory then assisted us in finding the water heart that would best fit our needs and budget, he then picked it up from the store, uninstalled the old heater and installed the new one. Cory then walked us through the new heaters functions, proper maintenance and as a fun side project even busted open the old heater to show us how they work. Over all Cory is an amazing plumber and teacher! 5/5 stars is not nearly enough stars to give.

    Accidentally twisted the copper pipe in half while trying to take off leaky hose faucet. Called a bunch of people, and luckily got ahold of Grant. Lucky timing, hed just finished a job. Headed over, and fixed my mistake and replaced the front hose faucet at the same time. Excellent service, polite, and no after hours fee/premium. Ill be calling him next time I need a plumbers help.

THEY CAME LOOKED AT THE JOB AND WHEN I ASKED HOW MUCH TIME IT WOULD TAKE TO INSTALL THE NEW DISPOSAL I WAS TOLD A HALF HOUR. I WAS NEVER QUOTED THE SERVICE CALL PRICE. THE QUOTE WAS FOR $354.00 + TAX. I SAID NO THANK YOU. I WAS TOLD I WAS PAYING FOR THEIR TIME DRIVING. WHATEVER!, I SAID THE PRICE WAS TOO MUCH. THEY LEFT. I HAPPENED TO CALL SERVICE PRO AND EXPLAINED I NEEDED A SERVICE CALL TO INSTALL A NEW DISPOSAL AND THE OLD DISPOSAL HAD ALREADY BEEN REMOVED. I SPOKE TO GRANT WHO WAS HONEST AND FORTH COMING. HE QUOTED ME THE SERVICE CALL PRICE. HE SHOWED UP WITHIN AN HOUR AND INSTALLED THE NEW DISPOSAL. GRANT WAS INFORMATIVE, PROFESSIONAL, AND KIND. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS. COMPANY TO ANYONE I WAS SO IMPRESSED. THE PRICE TO INSTALL THE DISPOSAL WAS NEARLY HALF THE COST OF S QUOTE. FROM A HAPPY CUSTOMER TO YOU I RECOMMEND SERVICE PRO, THEY QUOTED THE PRICE UP FRONT AND NO GAMES*****FOR ANYONE HAVING PLUMBING ISSUES THEY ARE THE COMPANY TO CALL.
