If anyone needs a plumber I cannot recommend Pilot Plumbing and Drain enough!I called them out for a second opinion; they priced the job fairly and were able to come back same day to complete the job. Andy, the owner came to quote us and he was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He provided us with the quote and was able to get us scheduled the same day.Chris was the plumber that came out with another gentleman, unfortunately I did not catch his name but they were both very polite, efficient, and professional. They came in, got to work and completed the jobs quickly. They did not leave a big mess and the whole process was a great experience.I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone in need of a plumber.

After discovering a leak under my kitchen sink, Pilot was recommended to me by another plumber who wasn’t available. Zack from Pilot came to my home that day and assessed the problem. It was determined that my faucet was leaking and needed to be replaced. After discussing my options with Zack, I was also convinced my water heater was overdue for replacement. I was offered a very fair price on both replacements. Today, a team from pilot, Jesse and Nate, came and did a great job on both projects. They were quick and did a nice job of cleaning up when they were done. I would highly recommend Pilot and this team for your plumbing needs.

I called and spoke with Nate late in the day who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didnt have an emergency, so I scheduled service which was provided the very next day! Not only was my expected service within the time slot scheduled, Brandon called to let me know he was on his way and arrived in 15 minutes. Went to the website for an estimate, not 5 minutes later did someone call to make sure it wasnt an emergency that needed their immediate attention. Came out the next morning, accessed the situation, gave me options and great explanation of the issues. Corey came out promptly, as scheduled, went over all the details, and even made sure our cats were safe and secured during the repair. Corey and his crew worked all day to make sure the repair was done and even went above and beyond to call the city to see if they could get a street sweeper out as my water main and flowed mud into the street. When my long-term sewer line issues resurfaced, Pilot Plumbing came to my rescue! Andy was quick to realize than the issue was in the back yard, not the front yard, saving me about $11,000. In spite of a weather delay, the job was done in a day, with a minimum of water shut-off. Chris and Jesse have done good work for me, and my plumbing is much improved thanks to Pilot. I recommend them highly!

If youre anxious, frustrated, or just need help with a plumbing emergency - Id highly recommend Pilot Plumbing.My hot water heater randomly gave out, water all over the garage and after watching a bunch of YouTube videos, I was prepared for the worst. Sure enough, my entire water heater needed to be replaced after its 20 year life.When I called, the professional on the phone was exceptionally professional and helped me get scheduled quickly and easily - they were able to visit the next day, so I was thrilled. They sent photos of the technicians and updates for my scheduling window and when they were on their way.Judah showed up first, he let me know the tank was shot. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, gave me an overview of all my options, and helped me make the best decision for my situation and budget. He let me know everything could be replaced same-day, and a team could be on-site within hours.Reed, Carlos, and Cal helped with the replacement. All very professional, they were very quick and made the installation process easy. They even made sure to get all the air out of the pipes after they finished and left the area better than they found it.Couldnt recommend Pilot enough. Couple years ago (9/2021) we hired Pilot Plumbing for both a waterline repair as well as a water heater replacement.We were very happy how everything took place -from scheduling to getting us various bid options as well as getting the actual work done .While we replaced our old water heater we also considered to install a whole house water filtration system. We decided to invest in the system as it is said to work as a conditioner for the hard water and removes any chlorine making our appliances, and especially our water heater last longer.2 years later we decided to do a service call to check on filters as well as the water heater. We were able to schedule an appointment with Sophie,who answered promptly,and got us scheduled the same week. Andrey ,our technician , was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with the initial purchase and upgrade ,as well as the follow up from Pilot Plumbing.(We live in Vancouver Washington,Felida area.)

I had a good experience with Pilot, the first time I have ever called a plumber in my entire life! I requested a quote for two new hose bibs. As a courtesy, the tech also inspected other areas of my house; toilets, interior faucets, water heater and piping, which I appreciated. They were able to complete everything in one afternoon. Replacing the hose bibs and I also had them flush my hot water heater (I had forgotten that I should be doing this on a yearly basis) and the crew gave me tips for preventive maintenance.Andrey, Nick and John were friendly, professional and respectful. I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Pilot Plumbing & Drain - when the winter storm left me without water and a massive leak the folks at Pilot were quick to get me assistance!Id had another company fall through with less than 30 min notice on their show time (even though theyd confirmed at the time of call-in) and I immediately called Pilot and their dispatcher, Sophie, was quick to calmly find me a solution and rearrange a schedule to get a tech out to me within 2 hours! And when the tech was on the way I got a text with tracking so I would know exactly when he was due to arrive. The tech, Andrey, was quick, polite, honest and was able to find me a solution that works not just now but in the future. Service was fantastic and I will be highly recommending the company for anyone needing plumbing service, emergency or otherwise!Really great company to work with!

I can’t say enough good things about Pilot Plumbing! This morning my shower wouldn’t turn off, but Pilot plumbing was able to come out ON THE SAME DAY, just 3 hours later and fix it! The cost was reasonable and the plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. The plumber even taught me about my water shut off and water softener system…neither had I ever know anything about prior to the visit. This company will be my GO TO for any plumbing or water filtration needs. Great job Pilot Plumbing.

The team at Pilot provided great service for us. They were responsive, professional and kind. We had to replace our entire drainage system and they installed new a water softener system. The new water softener system has been so great for us and I recommend it to anyone in Vancouver. Their team ensured the job was done quickly and they arrived on time. They also made sure to cover floors and areas where they worked to ensure no damage occurred in areas they worked and fixed the drywall well after opening up walls. We recommend Pilot to anyone needing minor to major work. We had a clogged toilet after the repairs and the tech came out and worked to ensure that it wasn’t a result of their work (which it wasn’t) and was kind and supportive to this stressful situation. He fixed the unrelated problem and didn’t charge us. We are grateful for their work and time. Thanks Pilot team!

My son & I decided to fix a dripping shower faucet for our friend. We successfully disassembled everything the night before we called Pilot Plumbing & Drain. The next day, a Sunday, we were not able to get the valve in and were concerned that we would break the PVC pipes if we put much more stress on them. Pilot Plumbing & Drain dispatched Nick, who was quick to respond and come right over. He gave us lots of tips and advice on our own newly purchased home that we are about to occupy and fix up ourselves, including brands to buy and ones to avoid. He quickly finished up the work that we had started and inspected the pipes to make sure nothing was leaking. We were very impressed with his work, his attitude and professionalism. Our house flooded the end of June last year. Pilot Plumbing has been absolutely wonderful to work with through the process of getting the whole house re-piped, installing a water filtration system, fixing the issues caused by some subcontractors (in which they said they would have our back should the subcontractors claim they didnt do anything wrong), and installing new faucets in our new vanities. They have consistently went above and beyond the job they are there to do and have all been so friendly. I would 100% recommend these fellas for any plumping needs.

I had my hybrid water heater shut off on us a couple nights ago and the next morning I called Pilot Plumbing to help me fix the water heater. They sent a technician out who came later that day named Sean S. I had a great experience with him. He was efficient, detailed and honest. He looked up the warranty on the model which was only 2 years old and since the company wasnt currently listed as a certified specialist for Bradford White water heaters, he went the extra mile in contacting the certified plumbers who could service the warranty job to save me money. If I could give an overexceeds review to both Sean and Pilot Plumbing I would. He was a great example of customer service and honesty which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of good, honest plumbers. If I had any future plumbing services, I would call them due to my positive experience. I had an outside faucet knob break on Sunday (yesterday) and couldnt turn the water off. My house had no shut off valve that would solely turn that faucet off so I had to shut off the water to my house, cap the faucet, then turn the house water back on (or leave the hose hooked up as another way to stop the water). It wasnt an emergency but several other businesses I called wouldnt be able to come out even for just an inspection for 10 days to 2 weeks. I always like to get stuff fixed sooner rather than later and found Pilot Plumbing who originally said they could be out to my place on Tuesday but also said they possibly could have someone out today if another job was finished up and there was still time. Less than hour after I had scheduled the appt I got a call back saying someone could come out today, Monday and I said Great! The technician, Sean, was very professional and personable. He checked out several issues I had elsewhere and provided quotes for each. After I made a decision on what to fix he got after it and took the time to ensure there were no leaks at any of the points where he had done work. Very nice guy and good at what he does. Will certainly use this company again for my next plumbing project!

She guided me as much as she could on steps to take before she could schedule a technician to come out the next morning. Then promptly scheduled an appointment for me first thing. Our technician was Andy. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and handy. As a first time home buyer I’m learning a lot along the way.. and Andy made me feel like I was in great hands. Not only did he fix our problem but he walked me through exactly what he was doing in a way that made sense. (It’s all new for me!) Discovered a water main leak on my property and quickly needed a quote and repair because my water bill was rising quickly. Sam from HD came out to assess, informed me of the issues and gave me two possible solutions. Their rates were acceptable and I was able to schedule the repairs for 2 days later (a best case scenario). Sam returned to perform the repairs himself, he was knowledgeable about the repairs and ran a new water service from the meter into my house. HD also took care of city permits associated with the repairs and provided quality materials along with updates throughout the day on their progress. I’ve got running water again so I am very pleased with the results.

One of the best, professional service experiences ever! Sam came to our house the same day we called thinking we had a massive leak as water was dripping from our ceiling. He wore a mask, and respected social distancing. He spent a lot of time trying to diagnose and replicate the issue, keeping me informed all the way. I approved him to cut a hole in our ceiling to investigate further, but he went above and beyond and asked to talk to our daughter since her shower is upstairs. Turns out, it was 100% user error, and we concluded no leak. His patience and persistence saved us a lot of money and hassle. He ended up allowing us to apply the service fee to replace our old water heater expansion tank. He even gave me tips on how to do a few smaller projects on my own. HD Plumbing Services is a great company to do business with. While in the process of selling our house, a leak within a wall in one of our bathrooms was discovered. Needless to say, we needed answers and to get this fixed quickly. HD Plumbing was able to have get us on their schedule within two days and when an earlier appointment opened up, they called to ask if they could come a day early. They were exceptionally thorough in the exploratory/diagnostic work they needed to do, found the issue, and took care of it right then.A plumber is not someone you ever want to NEED in your house, right? It means there is an issue. But I cannot say enough about how the service we received from Sam D. and Daniel G. They helped us understand the situation, what else needed to be done to get the bathroom back in order (remediation, build back, etc.), and provided a referral to a trusted company to help us get things moving forward as quickly as possible.I am treating their business card like gold. And while I hope I never have to; I will definitely utilize them again in the future if the need arises. While HD Plumbing Services seemed very reasonably priced, the peace of mind they delivered was priceless.

Andy was so great to work with. During our kitchen remodel, we wanted to install a pot filler over the stove. He was able to do all the rough plumbing in the crawl space so quickly! Then after our tile was done, and when I was ready to get the faucet installed, he gave me some great advice and I was able to do it myself, saving me money. I had HD Plumbing out twice. First to fix our water main a water main that had burst. They were able to come out and quickly fix the leak. But soon after, I realized there were other leaks, and HD helped us figure out a plan to entirely replace the 350 main. They showed up as promised, and skillfully installed the new pipe running up a rocky hill, and then bored under our cement to make the connection to the house. They got the water back on the same day. Previously we had experienced poor water pressure, but now, the water pressure is perfect. Both jobs they did were done at the costs estimated, which were very reasonable. The whole crew was very polite and freindly. Great Job!

We had Sam out before new years to install a garbage disposal and connect the piping for our new sink. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easily got the project done.We ended up having an issue with the sanitary sewer pipe outside our house and had him back in mid January to replace a section of old concrete pipe that had totally clogged up with roots. He showed up on time, got the pipe replaced, and walked us through all the steps before and after he completed the work.Super friendly and knowledgeable, and it was always easy to reach them for questions or scheduling. Very responsive - the office returned my request for information within a couple hours and set up a visit within the same week. I originally planned to only get a quote for service and book later, but the quote was very reasonable (midpoint between other quotes I had gotten) so I chose to have them continue with the service call. Sam D. and apprentice Daniel G. were courteous, efficient, and informative - answering all my questions and showing me some maintenance tasks I could do myself if I ever wanted to. Made recommendations for repairs to some worn/rusty parts and other improvements we could do to extend the life of the water heater and house fixtures. I also appreciated the company’s email/text updates confirming the visit and informing me of who would be coming to my house. The follow-up invoice and quotes for improvements were well detailed and promptly emailed. I recommend HD Plumbing Services!

Andy was great! He has integrity and a willingness to go the extra mile for his customers. We had a difficult situation that at first seemed as if we would be left holding the bag which to be honest didnt feel the best. There are those times that things are not always as they seem and sometimes timing is just not either parties side. At the end of the day (literally) Andy AND Home Depot pulled through to accommodate the action needed to ensure a proper product and install could be delivered to us. Andy not only fit us in to take a look at our failing water heater, but picked up one we purchased, and when the install could not be finished due to faulty equipment he CAME BACK well after normal business hours to ensure the job was done to OUR satisfaction. HD Plumbing Services seems like a well-run company. They showed up on time, were friendly, communicated clearly, and got the job done quickly. They replaced my hot water heater with Bradford White RG250T6N. This appliance is available at a retail price of $690 online with free shipping. It took about 1.5 hours to remove the old h/w heater and install the new one. The price charged was $2,100 which seems a bit expensive. However, I never shopped the competition...so maybe thats reasonable/competitive. One thing that did surprise me is that a company sticker was not attached to the h/w heater. 10 years from now when the unit needs servicing, I likely wont remember who installed it.

We had a main line water line break in our 82 yr-old home and the galvanized piping was shot. We got a quote for a new main line that was on par with expectations and then started to ponder what refitting the entire house might look like. Andy worked up some scenarios and I was rather blown away by how reasonable the estimate was.Needless to say we took the deal. More-enticing still was Andy’s (the owner) estimation that they could do it all in a day. Where do I sign says I?An hour later inspectors are by to check the things and two hours later the crew descended. True to his word, Andy and his team hammered out the complete refit of my home, including a new main line, in 6hrs total. It was left cleaner than when they arrived and (believe this) the only remnants of their visit (aside from some fancy new piping) were two small holes in one closet. I’ll say that again... only two small holes in one closet.Andy was onsite and led his team, got in there and worked hard to get the work done and done right. Could not recommend these people more highly... you can’t go wrong with this team for any project, small or tall.Just had a shower... it was glorious.

Added comments below worth reading. 8/3/20Honest, fast, reliable, friendly and clean!Had a Sump pump problem. I called a couple other co. and they were booked out a week. We had sewage coming up from a drain couldn’t really wait. HD came right on time next morning. Diagnosed the problem gave me the cost right there upfront and most impressively cleaned up the mess. I didn’t expect that at all. Sam and Zane were my plumbers. Very nice and professional!!! Oh and when this happened before the other co. quoted $3,000. to just clean up “the toxic waste”.Follow up: Next day. Sam and Zane were out today ( next business day 3 hours earlier than quoted 10 to 2 ) to finalize problem. They gave me good and bad alternative. Fix Sump pump or replace if unable to. They fixed it!!!!! Charging me half the cost. They could have easily told me it needed to be replaced and charged the full amount, I would have had no clue. This is the kind of service that you hope for but rarely see anymore. I still can’t believe the other co. wanted 3k to 5k to replace Sump pump and clean out. (No other choice) HD under $500!!!! If I could give more stars I would! My husband and I came home to our hot water heater out after a trip late on Saturday night. We tried to fix it ourselves but needed professional help. A different plumber company came on Monday walked in and said they dont deal with electric rankles water heaters and couldnt do anything for us that day. We ended up calling HD plumbing and they came the same night, worked with the parts we had and problem solved to replace our water heater with a new one in a very unusual space that may have deterred many others. I am so beyond grateful Andy and his team were quick to respond, upfront with costs, and extremely genuine people to talk to. Sam arrived as scheduled and with all the tools and equipment he needed for the job. Our master bath toilet had been clogging since we purchased the house and we had already had other local plumbers out to try to resolve this reoccurring issue. Sam ran a camera into the clog then followed with a snake and eventually removed the mass that had been the source of the problem. It was obvious this material had been there for many years and had only been relocated by the previous plumbers. Once removed he ran the camera again to show a clean drain pipe with no obstructions.I would highly recommend HD Plumbing Service for any work you have. Hated my stainless 2 bowl kitchen sink in my new home. Replaced with a single bowl composite granite sink purchased from Lowes and a new faucet recommended by Sam Dienes, our plumber. This is the 2nd time we’ve hired HD Plumbing. The 1st time was for a major bathroom remodel and we were very happy with the work they did and the professionalism of the crew.We recently hired them again for a minor bathroom remodel which included the installation of a sink faucet, a new toilet, and new shower system and surround on an existing bathtub. After working thru some delays, Sam & his crew were able to complete the job. We are happy with all of the installed components, but we did not expect as much drywall damage as there is, and as a result, we’ve had to hire a drywall company to make repairs at an extra cost.In the future when hire HD Plumbing to work, we will definitely get more info up front before the work begins.

HD Plumbing did an amazing job, they came out because my backyard facet had a leak and I had to turn it very hard to stop it from leaking… I tried fixing it myself, but came to realize there was a lot more involved then expected. I decided to call HD plumbing they came out, looked at both facets and found all of the leaks, gave me a quote and fixed both facets within an hour and a half. They had to cut through drywall and re-installed it after cutting into it, and they soldered some piping underneath out kitchen sink. If I were to try an figure out what to do and repeat what they did; it would have probably taken a few days of research, but that is why you hire experts.The pricing was fair based on the expertise and the precision handy work that was involved, they also quoted an amazing filtration system that we will most likely invest in down the road that makes all of our tap drinkable and taste fresh.They also mentioned that our bathrooms and sinks have the plastic push and pull water stoppers which are apparently hazardous if they were ever to burst, and said they are pretty easy to do yourself and gave a quote for replacing all 16 valves.Since we are Dave Ramsey fans we paid for everything upfront, but during emergency HD plumbing apparently offers financing for plumbing for those who don’t have the cash upfront. Thank you HD Plumbing for you expert work, we will be using you in the future!

The explained every aspect of the work and labor cost before the work began. It was within the original cost estimate range. Very reasonable. They explained the system. They were neat and everything was cleaned up nicely. They are my plumbers of choice in the future too.

My water softener died and leaked water all over. HD Plumbing came out (on time) to bid on replacing it, but suggested a home filtration system that cost less up front, doesn’t require salt, and the filters are easy to change.They arrived to install the filters on time and did a fantastic, professional job.Two days later, the expansion tank on the water heater went bad and created a back-pressure situation that caused an o-ring on one of the filters to fail. HD Plumbing not only replaced the filter under warranty, but set up an appointment to come out and replace the expansion tank and the pressure regulator for our main water line to the house.The expansion tank and pressure regulator were installed, adjusted, and the technician explained everything to me. He even mounted the new regulator in the garage so it won’t need to be dug up in the front yard if it needs replacement again. Thoughtful!!

First off Ive never dealt with a company that is so about there consumers 2nd The customer service was awesome. Anyone I talked to was professional and polite.Our appointment was for 1-2 window, I got a message that they were running a little longer on a job. They sent a prompt saying Our plumber, who was sam was on the waySam was pretty awesome he asked us questions, he used a tablet, which took pictures and videotech Which showed us that apparently there was a slow leak that we didnt know about and it had gone all through the floor in the carpet in the wall.Hd actually had a company come out to see where the water damage was they took a moisture reading was able to show me what the damage was and how much water was there talk about class.So to Sam at Hd and the guys over at Robinson you guys are just awesome, you definitely made my day and I had to go to work today as well you still were able to get it all done and explain everything to me so thank you very much.

Christmas Eve Emergency! We woke up to a flooded house on Christmas eve. I got the water turned off but needed a plumber. Andy braved the bad roads and came out that evening. He found the broken water pipe and capped it off so that we could turn our water back on.He was so nice and knew what he was doing! We will have him back to finish the job when its time.

I reached out to Andy around 9:45 pm -- he walked me through an emergency fix (including what to buy at Home Depot before they closed) and then replaced the pipe another day shortly after. His willingness to be there for me that night, when no other plumber was responding to my calls, was extremely reassuring. He also worked with my home warranty company, and made sure I had what I needed for reimbursement. I highly recommend HD Plumbing!

Andy at HD Mechanical is my plumber. My go-to expert when I have plumbing issues. My home is 40 years old and has developed issues over time. Andy replaced my kitchen sink, faucet, garbage disposal as well as replacing some of the plumbing under the sink that was leaking. He also replaced all of my bathroom faucets. Most recently, we discovered we had a leak behind the wall that was dripping into a soffit in the finished basement. We didnt have any idea where the leak was originating. Andy found and fixed the issue with minimal impact on the drywall. Andy is professional, friendly, and very skilled. It is wonderful to know I can call him when I have an issue with confidence that he will be able to fix the issue with quality work.

We needed a plumber ASAP when a basic home toilet repair became an emergency when it turned out our whole home shut off… didn’t fully work. Cut to the whole “water pouring from the light fixtures” situation. Chris was prompt, professional, very wonderfully kind to our meddling four year old and intensely friendly dog, and best of all- fast and good. Within 2 hours of his arrival, we had multiple new valves that actually work, and for a more reasonable price than I expected given the circumstances.
