Austin was the gentleman that showed up and fixed our hot water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Easy to talk to and explained exactly what he thought the issue was and how the process worked. Austin let me know I’m welcome to call him or text him if we have any further problems in the future with our tankless hot water heater. I highly recommend this company for many reasons. They drove all the way out to Stevenson Washington from Vancouver WA to service our hot water heater.

Hi my name is ArtWe own an Adult care home in Gresham OR .In 2021 we where required to install a Fire sprinkle system. I contacted at least 6 companies that had word FIRE in their Logo for an estimate some didnt show up some said they do only new construction our house is considered RETRO because its finished ...Somebody recommend RPI I wasnt sure because the word Fire is not in their Logo 😀 but I called them anyway because we where running out of time All the good stuff started to happen ....Frank was on time ,gave us a reasonable price and put us on schedule....All the questions I had would contacted Maggie at the office..When time came Ryan and his team did a wery good job, they are PRO (I am a General Contractor I build houses and can tell when people are PRO or not) ...in couple days Ryan the owner called the inspector and passed,,Thank to everyone of you guys who worked at this project and didnt mention your name..I definitely recommend to anyone and come back for more business...despise that that in their Logo doesnt say FIRE..😃....Us a company wish you guys the best..P.S.We started our business and is running successfully...THANKS ART..

We placed a call with RPI Plumbing and Ogdon was quick to respond the same day as our call and had our hot water heater replaced in short order. He even placed a follow up call a few days later to check and make sure every thing was working as it should. Great service. We would use them again if their was a plumbing issue (which of course we hope there is not).
