Had an amazing experience with Christian at Cascade Clean Water! After our water pipes started to literally screech, I called several places to get a diagnosis and work done. Christian was prompt with a response back and set me up with an appointment the same day. He came out and within minutes, diagnosed my problem, ran to the store to purchase the necessary supplies, and was back to make the repairs. He replaced a faulty water pressure valve as well as our overfull water heater extension tank quickly, and we are now back to having quiet pipes with a better flow. His friendliness, knowledge, skill and pricing were also greatly appreciated.I highly recommend Cascade Clean Water and will be calling on Christian for any future plumbing needs. Thank you!

Great experience! I was replacing my water heater and ran into a problem I couldnt fix. I called Christian and he was at my house the same afternoon to get me up and running. He walked me through the potential problems then started testing each solution, starting with the least expensive first. He provided same-day service, that was friendly and efficient, Ill definitely call again!

My grandmother had a plumbing issue with her bathroom. We had called some other company first and boy was that a mistake! Not only did we get charged, but they didn’t fix the problem. When we called back they said they wouldn’t be able to help us for over 2 weeks, which for an elderly person with mobility issues we couldn’t wait that long to have an accessible toilet for her.Luckily I found Cascade Clean Water online and gave them a call. They were able to come assess the problem in less than 30 minutes, and came back the very next day with the supplies they needed to fix it. The folks who helped us were so professional and incredibly kind. Beyond grateful for how they took care of my family like it was their own.I know they have earned every 5 star review they have and honestly I’d leave an 8 star review if I could.Don’t make my mistake, CALL CASCADE CLEAN WATER FIRST!!!

Christian was quick to reach out and listen to my issue of a leak in a section of plumbing underneath my house. He was detailed and transparent with me, and gave a very good quote once he gathered as much information as he could. He was able to come out the same day. His work wasnt just quick, it was detailed and directly intentional to the issue. This isnt the first time Ive had to have a plumber come out to my house but this was the best experience. I’d give Christian 10 stars if I could! He went above and beyond to replace our leaking water heater, answered all of our questions, diagnosed and repaired a failed pressure control valve (the likely culprit behind the leak), and took the extra time to confirm the new unit works exactly as it should. Less than 24 hours after we discovered the issue, we are back in business with a fancy new unit and renewed peace of mind - all thanks to Christian!

Christian was wonderful and rushed to grab the necessary parts from a hardware store before it closed to help me during a late night repair. I really appreciate how quickly he was able to help and fix the issue and take that additional stress off my shoulders already. Christian came to our place for a difficult sink replacement within 24 hours of requesting his services (despite his busy schedule, and living an hour away). He then went above and beyond to ensure the finished product was functional, and even went out to go get additional parts at 7pm right before the store closed to ensure everything was absolutely perfect. Beyond that, he was extremely kind, thoughtful and professional. To top it off his prices are very fair—You can tell he takes pride in his work. Anyone needing plumbing services would be lucky to secure Christian!

If I can give a 6 star to Christian, I would.We just had him working on the dripping shower at our place today. Chris came 15 minutes early, got to work. The job got complicated due to corrosion pipe so he has to ended up cutting into the wall and replacing the whole unit. It takes 3 times more time extra and I was stressed out since the pipe is broken. He instructed us to get new parts and stayed as long as needed to get the job done and our shower to work. His rate is super reasonable considering how much extra work he has to put in. I would definitely ask for Christian for any future projects we have. I think we found our great plumber contact to work with from now.Thanks so much Chris for your help!
