What a fantastic plumber. Mike is such a amazing person to work with. We had a hybrid water heater installed, a leak diagnosed and fixed, valves replaced in multiple spots, and an outside spigot replaced.Mike has a wealth of experience and is very efficient. His rates and quality are top notch. Great old fashioned service I would recommend to anyone.

I recently had Mike from Park Place Plumbing out to remove all the old galvanized pipe from my 1950s home and replace it with PEX pipe as well as replace the main supply line from the street. Mike was extremely professional and the quality of work performed was excellent. Mike was on time every day and explained everything that he would be doing as well as made some other recommendations for repairs that should be done while we had the walls opened up. I thought Mikes price was very fair considering the level of work done. I will definitely be recommending Park Place Plumbing to others and would not hesitate to work with Mike again.

We have used Mike literally like 10 times (because we own multiple houses) over four years. He is our go to person and awesome. He can be hard to schedule, is a one man show, but an expert and looking out for the customer at every turn. He is alway responsive and on time. He also charges resonabily. We will be using him in the future and appreciate his input and work. Thanks Mike!

Park Place Plumbing did an amazing job. They were professional, reasonable and honest. We had an emergency leak repair that involved four units. Mike was able to temporarily fix the problem until he could arrange for a permanent fix. I will definitely use Park Place again for any plumbing needs that may arise.

Very prompt and honest. When issues arose they walked me through my options and made sure I understood. They got the job done in the time frame dispute coming across issues. They also fixed additional issues without being asked or charged (my bathroom sink was broken and now it works!) I cannot recommend them enough. I will be rehiring for all future work! I recently used Park Place Plumbing and it was the best experience I’ve had with a plumbing company in a long time. Mike was a true professional. Mike made sure I understood everything that was going on and my options to resolve my problem. I have had a lot of bad experiences with plumbers in the past and Mike was the opposite, he was great! He was clean, thorough, patient, and because I understood what he was doing, ( because he took so much time making sure I understood) I felt the price I paid for his services was more than fair. I cannot say enough good things about Mike, and Park place Plumbing. I will be using him for all of my plumbing needs from now on and I suggest you do the same.

Mike was top notch from the get-go. We found him through our home warranty company who ended up flaking on us but Mike came through. He was efficient, professional, very knowledgeable and skilled. Mike got us a new water heater, was very neat and tidy and totally competent. He arrived on time, communicated well and got the job done right. I highly recommend Mike with Park Place Plumbing. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly while replacing the old galvanized pipes in my home and installing a new water heater. I could not be more happy with the work they did, they also did a FREE crawl space inspection which was unexpected. Mike the owner did the repairs, he was early to job, got the job done in less time then I thought and charged a good price. I will be using Park Place again for any and all plumbing needs. I needed prompt help with a clogged drain, and Mike was so responsive and accommodating! He was thorough in clearing the drain and then testing it to confirm it was taken care of. He cleaned up the area around the sink very well.Overall a fantastic experience, and I already scheduled him to address a different issue with my dishwasher!

I can’t say enough nice things about Mike. He was right on time and took the time to help us get acquainted with our new house and its plumbing. We asked him a myriad of questions and, while he could have told us he needed to fix all of our issues, he instead gave us great advice as to what we could do ourselves, what could wait, and what other options we had. Mike is now the first and only plumber I will call.

Mike arrived first thing in the morning, fixed the tub drain with better parts, and replaced some other old pipes between the ceiling and the floor. Well sleep better knowing its all up to date! Mike was great, he showed up right when he said he would, which was within a few hours of calling him. He even adjusted his bid down when we realized that the existing plumbing inside my wall was not going to work with the original repair plan we had intended. His truck is stocked to work with everything from high end professional plumbing to rushed amateur outdated Home Depot supplies. I prefer to do things myself but it’s definitely worth it to call Mike for the amount of time and effort I saved.
