Austin, the owner, runs a great crew from his office staff being kind and quick to get back to ya to the fast and efficient technicians that show up on time. They installed a hot/cold water bib inside my garage for a pressure washer setup Im installing. I highly recommend calling and seeing if they can help you with your plumbing needs.

Hi there I had a plumbing emergency thought I could do it myself! ....wrong so I called my plumber and Austin responded right away he fit me in his already planned out day which was awesome! He was very understanding and polite and absolutely no judgement from him on me trying to tackle the job on my own....He fixed my pluming problem leaving no mess behind. Also Austin was very upfront about what I needed to be fixed and did not pressure me into any extras or additional upgrades. That was great! I will definitely recommend him and the company to all my friends and anyone in need of plumbing issues or needs! :)

Fantastic team! We have had the pleasure of having this team rescue us from a few failed diy attempts, they always treated us and our home with the upmost respect. Most recently we reached out for an urgent hot water tank replacement and they responded right away and got us taken care of the next day. I will always call them first! Austin from My Plumber LLC was awesome. We hired him to 3 years ago to fix a plumbing pressure issue in our house, and he came in right away after we called since it was an emergency. Everything is fixed, and we havent had any problems since then.We hired him again two weeks ago to fix the plumbing in our rental for the new dishwasher installation.He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and punctual. Everything is ready to go 30 mins after he arrived. The cherry on top, his rate is very reasonable.I called plumbers all over Portland. None of them could make it within a week, and the rates were extremely high. Austin really cares about solving problems for his customers and goes above and beyond to help people out.

I dont leave reviews often. Austin and team from My Plumber deserve this praise and the time it takes to write it up! He was prompt and clear on all communication, professional and punctual. He repaired my water main line in 4 hours with very little of property disturbed. His pricing was similar to other quotes. The piece of mind I have now after such a big repair is my biggest element of gratitude from this company. I highly recommend!

I have several rentals and I have had Austin on my properties at least 10 times. Austin has taken 3 very challenging jobs that would have frustrated most, but he has such a wonderfully pleasant demeanor that nothing bothers him. Also Austin is very competitive with his pricing. I will continue to call My Plumber for all my plumbing needs.
