My toilet was making gurgling sounds. We used a 3ft snake. When this failed, we call Root Ranger they sent Ian out to our house. He was very professional. He told us exactly what he was going to do. He reassured us that using his 6ft snake would only coast 47.00. While he was doing that he took great care as not to scratch the bowel. Unfortunately it didnt work, with process of elimination and his evident knowledge of Glacier bay toilets where prone to these problems. When he removed the toilet it was obvious there was a problem with the pipe. It has to be flushed with a powerful jet hose. We decided to move forward with recommendation. The crud that came out of the pipes made it again very obvious there was a problem, and Ian knew what to do. The whole team was professional and polite as they had to go through the house to make sure the water wasnt coming up through the whole in the bathroom. If I ever have another issue I definitely will call Rooter Ranger and ask for Ian.

I would highly recommend Rooter Ranger for your underground plumbing needs. We had a leak outdoors under our driveway and we’re very nervous about it. Roger Pena was our guy on the job and he was amazing. Not only did he put our fears to rest but answered all our questions and was so professional. He had to dig a trench right across the front yard to install pipe and when it was all done you could not tell it even looked better than before. Thank you so much Roger!

Ramon could not do the job because the crawl space was too small and too hot. He also seemed unsure about the job. We contacted supervisor Gabe with our concerns. Martin was sent to replace Ramon. He was here in less than an hour. Martin was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he needed to do. He got right to work and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Martin was very professional and went above and beyond to insure the job was done correctly.

Was having a slow to clogged drain issue with my kitchen sink. The Rooter Ranger guys came very quickly to get the problem solved. From Cody who checked the issue, and let me know that the problem was the 50+ year main drain sagging badly under the house, to Gab setting everything up with the work, and estimate. Then sending in the AAA team of Martin, and Tyler to get the new laid out, and installed all in a days work. I couldnt be more happier with the outcome. The whole team was kind, friendly, and are highly trained skilled tradesmen in a very demanding field. Im already recommending them to other residents in community. Great work guys.

My bathroom facet had lost all pressure for some reason. While driving to work, I had just happened to hear a commercial for Rooter Ranger offering a special for a plumbing evaluation. I called to schedule and appointment, and within 45 minutes, a gentlemen named Jason from Rooter Ranger was here. He looked at the sink and within minutes, he determined that it was just the filter on the facet. With a few twists of a wrench, it was fixed. He shook my hand, told me to have a good weekend, and said “this one is on the house. Please remember us for next time.”What an unexpected and great experience. I will call Rooter Ranger next time and ask for Jason!

I called Rooter Ranger to replace my garbage disposal. I needed to have it replace within 2 days as I was headed out of town. My technician was Deven was scheduled to come out the next day. He was very prompt and on time. He evaluated my issue because it wasnt apparent where my leak was because it only leaked when I had a full sink of water and then released the plug. He went to purchase a 3/4 HP garbage disposal then returned and installed it. He was very neat and didnt leave a mess. THANK YOU Deven. I will definitely use them again.

Rooter Ranger was probably the promptest plumber I have ever done business with. The office staff was excellent, the technician (Connor) was polite and thorough and answered all my questions, and gave me a good idea of my options and what each one would entail. They also gave me same day service on a Sunday with no upcharge. While I know that may not always be possible I feel very lucky.This is my first experience with the company and I think its safe to say Ill be going back. My old favorite plumber has retired and its nice to see a big company that operates with the same sorts of values that my old plumber did.Also, the work was done promptly with no extra hidden fees and the site was clean when it was complete. Jose is an expert in his trade. When it was determined by Matt and Luciano (supervisor) that the drain pipe from the kitchen to the main sewer line needed to be replaced they called Jose. Jose arrived, performed a complete assessment of the situation, measured the length of the drain line, and determined the required parts. He then left to acquire parts. Upon returning he immediately began his process. He was very diligent in replacing and testing the new drain. He also thoroughly cleaned his work areas. It was a pleasure having him do the work. I had my homes entire sewage system re-piped all the way to the city sewer line. A SUPER SCARY prospect when youre presented with this as the solution to the erosion of your 60 year old cast iron pipes! Watching someone ripping up your floors and foundation, digging 7 foot holes to the main sewage lines in the my backyard, tunneling feet under the ground and foundation, cutting massive holes in the brick exterior walls was more than I thought I could handle (and I dont ever want to have to do it again)!!BUT Ramon did amazing work! With only a little assistance, he practically single-handedly, delivered all this work as promised. It was on-time, with done with great care and attention to detail, quality and code. I still cant believe the amount of back-breaking work he did in order to install all new piping in my house, His favorite phrase (which he said often) was Im not going to do it if I cant do it right! Got my drain opened on day one. Realized there are additional problems at the main line. Will deal with them in the future.
