    Place is good they do good work. At least Brandon did. Needed a quick pipe fix. Had to be soldered. Took less than two hours. My problem with it is that they charged $10 trip charge for a customer 7 minutes away, and a $20 charge for the gas used to solder a single copper pipe cap. Job was done good but I dont feel those things should be an extra charge. It feels sneaky.

    Ive been using these guys for years and top-to-bottom, side-to-side theyre real professionals. Theyre all great but Ken but has to my house multiple times and does a great job. Hes thorough, by the book, and has finished every job in under the quoted time. I highly recommend this company.

    I requested a service call on a Wednesday and was scheduled for a plumber to come to my location at 8 AM the next morning by a friendly employee in the Scheduling Department. Plumber Nick arrived minutes before the scheduled visit and was able to assess the situation and give a quote for the approximate number of hours that it would take to complete the project. He completed the project within the estimated time and did everything satisfactorily. Nick has good communication skills and should be considered a highly valuable employee.The project was to replace a Febco Pressure Vacuum Breaker (PCB) on my irrigation system. My concern that may help other customers was that I was charged $148.15 for the PCB. Sprinkler World sells the exact same unit for $70.RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FUTURE CUSTOMER: Get a written quote with approximate charges for parts and if the $25 TRIP CHARGE can be waived if job is started immediately.

    Forest rocks and rolls, called me minutes after I phoned saying I was not an emergency and was told to expect a call the next day. He gave me a realistic quote based on my telephone, no knowledge information, was so right on the quote, and told us to bag and hold damaged stuff and make an insurance claim ( I really didnt think of that)! Go Scottsdale Plumbing! I am recommending to everyone who asks! This is the plumber to call when your close friend/family member can no longer do it!

    12. I thought our plumbing problems would be expensive and complicated to fix, but the plumber spotted the issues quickly, fixed them fast. It works again! He covered the shoes every time he entered inside, explained everything to me thoroughly and got along with our annoying dog, who I love a lot. I will use this company again if needing a plumber ever !

    Brandon provided an exceptional service for us March 19, 2019. Scottsdale Plumbing has an exceptional plumber with Brandon.Our washing machine drain stopped up late March 18, and Scottsdale Plumbing sent Brandon early the next morning to fix our problem. He did by using 3 different sizes of mechanized snakes until he was able to reach the problem.... tree roots in drain, some 60 feet in. It was really tough pulling out snake as it had grabbed the roots. A job well done by Brandon and Scottsdale Plumbing.

    First, I had a competitor come out that refused to quote me over the phone or even give me their hourly rate, upon their arrival, they wanted over $400!!! For a clogged bathroom sink! I told the guy to get lost. He must have thought I was stupid and tried to tell me every other company would charge the same...I then called Scottsdale Plumbing. Forrest showed up on time, he was respectful and honest and was in and out in 30 minutes for less than half the price I was originally quoted by their competitor.

    Noticed a little water under the water heater. Knew it was gonna be a bad day. WRONG! Called Scottsdale Plumbing and though we needed to replace the heater it was not as bad as I feared. They fixed it fast despite working around hoarderish garage storage. Now we have more hot water than before, more than enough after the wife and kids are done. Its even hotter - 6th star?

    I can’t express how impressed I actually was with the plumber from this company as an individual. It surely is a delight to meet somebody in this industry with such interpersonal skills and top skills in the trade, since so many lack the basic courtesies these days and offer shoddy workmanship. I felt completely comfy having your plumber in my house, which isn’t something I feel about the trades people always.

    I have had the best customer service from them. They went out of their way to get the part I needed to replace a faulty pressure regulator valve. They also helped me troubleshoot hot water issues I was having with my newly purchased home.

    Excellent install from Technician Nick who did a stellar job replacing an old water heater. Easy to work with and made sure install was done correctly.     Steve inside the store is an amazing guy! Great customer service and is friendly. The showroom inside the store is gorgeous! Helped me with all my parts and always seemed glad to help.I was referred by another business I use and I am glad!
