We had an issue with one toilet in a new build house. I made one text to Dan Brimhall and he was very responsive. He came out the next day and fixed the problem in that visit. It is always nice when an appointment is set that they notify you when they are on their way. Everyone has busy schedules and being informed made the repair that much easier for me. Thank you!

They came out to give us a quote today and were absolutely amazing! For starters, they were able to come out even though we called last minute very close to closing time, and when they were running a little behind they gave us a courtesy call (a very considerate act Ive rarely seen from other companies) Secondly, even though our plumbing couldnt be fixed today (because of us, not them) our technician found a way for us to at least have running water until we could have them come back in a few days. He made sure everything was done safely, we understood everything, and was very kind and considerate of there being elderly people in the house. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism and genuine consideration for their customers.

Highly recommend 1 800 Plumber Air! Garrett has been out a good amount of times to help with my shower plumbing, which was a bit of a headache but he solved all issues and did a great job. He just came out today because someone swapped the hot and cold water hoses on my washer and dryer and I wasn’t able to get back there to do it myself. They did it for free since I’m an existing customer. They are always on top of things and nice and professional. I will be using them for my upcoming work and all future! Been a huge help solving headaches!

My father in laws water heater went out in the middle of winter. 1-800 Plumber was not the vendor that originally installed the heater but they came out right away and gave him a quote for a repair. The part that was needed was under warranty from the original installer so it was going to take over 2 weeks to get the repair done. I called 1-800 plumber and spoke to a wonderfully helpful person named Mckaylee (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and she was able to make arrangements to get the repair done the next day. She was so kind and helpful and really went the extra mile to get the schedule moved up. Its so nice to know there are still decent human beings out there who are willing to put in the extra effort when it counts. Thank you McKaylee and 1-800 Plumber. This means the world to my family.

The technician, Garrett Stephens, was courteous and punctual. After an issue with Rheem tech support on Saturday (closed on weekends and Rheem should get a 1 star for that), he was at the house at 8AM Monday. He arranged for the the warranty replacement control valve to be shipped overnight. I called Garrett on Tuesday when the part arrived. He was here within an hour to install. Im very satisfied with the service.

This company is very prompt, efficient, and they get the job done! Their scheduling receptionist is also very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!The first time I used them was to install a new toilet which I had purchased. Since that installation, no issues with the new toilet.The second time, I called 1-800 Plumber & Air of Scottsdale was immediately after a small piece of plastic was accidentally flushed down one of my toilets causing a water blockage. This occurred right before a major holiday, Thanksgiving, when it is super hard to find a plumber to come out. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to get on the schedule. The same dynamic plumber dual, a father and son team, arrived the next day. Problem solved and plastic out! I also had them repair a leaky knob on a sink faucet. Kudos to you Rodney and Garrett!!

Our attempt at a morning shower revealed that our water heater wasnt working. After repeated breaker tripping we contacted 1-800-Plumber and spoke with Joleigh. Within a short period of time we were contacted by Rod and he explained that he wouldnt be able to get to us until this afternoon. Rod and Garrett showed up by 4:30 and had a new hot water heater installed and working by 8pm. Thank you for your excellent service! I hope to not have any future problems but I know who to call. Highly recommended. So grateful to take a hot shower!

In completing our home renovation we had gone through a half dozen plumbers. We had tried the big guys like Parker & Sons, and Bumble Bee. While their quality was good, their prices were astronomical. Add to this their constant communications on scheduling, confirmation of in route, walk through the door service minimums, and repeated follow-up communications wanting surveys completed, etc. We also tried smaller, independent plumbers. Ye they feel short on service, show up late or not at all, questionable quality, and still with huge prices. Fast forward to our most recent experience with Rod, accompanied by his apprentice son, representing 1800Plumber. There were a giant gulp of restored service integrity, timeliness, knowledgeable and professional plumbers, and all at reasonable prices. As an architect and GC, my highest recommendations to 1800Plumber with Rodney.

Our AC went out 3 days after returning from a road trip to visit my grandfather and wifes family. We dont have great credit and couldnt qualify for a loan to get the new unit. They found a way to get us a new unit thru alternative ways of obtaining a loan. A week later and we have AC....every other company ive ever had come by threw their hands up when we couldnt qualify using our credit. Great company, great staff, I would reccomend them to anyone!

They were absolutely fantastic. Our kitchen sink was backing up and they came to the rescue within hours. I couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to come and fix the problem. The service was extremely professional and Eric was very knowledgeable. They also followed very safe precautions due to Covid, like a mask and gloves at all times, and even disinfected the entire area when they were done. I think they left the kitchen sink area cleaner than when they got there. Thank you so much!

Sewer system went out at my house, they came over and repaired it right away for a very reasonable price. Overall the service was excellent and very punctual. Other companies had wait times of 3 weeks but they came during the holidays, which was a great relief to me and my family.

Our water heater conked out unexpectedly and leaked onto the floor in two rooms. I called a friend who had used 1-800-Plumber + Air to find out if he was happy with their work. He told me that they were great and very responsive.Within 30 minutes of calling I received a call back and within the next 20 minutes Garrett showed up. Honestly I was surprised to see someone so soon. He came in and had a new water heater replaced within a couple of hours. Garrett was wonderful, knew what he was doing and got it done! He is a very hard worker and an asset to the company. We had him come back out the following day to fix some of the shut off valves under the sink as they had corroded. So happy my friend recommended this company and I couldnt be more pleased with their service.
