    A couple of years ago Merit diagnosed and repaired our sewer drainage problems very quickly and professionally. We then had them line our pipes, which was also completed very efficiently and professionally. In February, 2023, we had another plumbing backup issue, so we again called Merit and they promptly responded and diagnosed the problem. Chris and Mike are very professional, fair and honest to work with. Merit did not charge us for the recent problem, because it was related to the previous issue. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Not only were they able to get a tech out on the same day but they were able to provide a quick quote. Once the quote was approved the fix only took a few hours to be completed.They were even able to get the repair completed in a way that allowed us to open our business and function as normal with no disruption. Not everyone wants to work at 5 am but they were so nice to arrange that for us! Merit always comes through for us.

    This is a quality outfit and Im so glad I chose to use them! What started with a busted connection - in old plumbing under the kitchen sink - turned a three hour tankless water heater installation into six hours - I felt so bad! But the boys stayed diligent and patient and . . . nice. Mike kept with his estimate, despite the cost of new parts and labor hours - integrity like that is unusual. They were a delight to work with and are now my plumbing choice for all kinds of work!

    Merit Plumbing is amazing. I never knew I could love a plumbing company. Until my house needed someone good - like real good. They needed to replace EVERY SINGLE PIPE coming AND going from my house. Yes. A big, huge job. Mike and his guys went above and beyond. They made my life easier (I don’t even know how that’s possible because plumbing issues suck). We have had ZERO issues and they were the best price BY FAR of the people we contacted. I want everyone to know that Mike (and Merit Plumbing) is the best. I couldn’t recommend more. I have many stories of the great ways these guys went above and beyond (one of which is that he fed and watered my chickens without me asking), but there is not enough room to write it all. Just take my word and know that you won’t regret using Merit. They’re the absolute best.

I already had every reason to believe they could be counted on to do an excellent job, based on the testimonies of others. They did not disappoint me either. Thank you so much Mike, Sam, Javier, and crew for responding to my difficult plumbing situation on such short notice. I had not one, but two, massive leaks well beneath my flooring and concrete. Merit Plumbing did a THOROUGH job in correctly tracking down and properly fixing the problems. I mean thorough!! Outstanding professional work by skilled people that know what they are doing and get the job done. As a customer, its such a good feeling.     I had 3 different plumbing companies come to my home to address a leaking bathroom shower. They all failed to fix the problem and suggested that I instead start a very costly shower remodel. I called Merit Plumbing and spoke to Donnie. He said that he would be willing to look at my problem. He showed up on the day scheduled and was able to accomplish what the 3 plumbers before him could not. He was fast and efficient and the price was amazing. I would highly recommend this company and Donnie Waite for any plumbing need.

    I needed to have a plumbing issue resolved in my bathroom tub/shower. I spent over $700 fixing the issue in the past to. I avail. They were able to go in from the front and do minimal damage to the existing vintage tile work. Javier and a Rafael worked quickly and efficiently to replace the unit. The quote was reasonable. They were amazing. And I got my receipt emailed to me within minutes of payment. I have another property in the valley and will only use Merit for my plumbing needs from now on.

    Merit plumbing showed up on time for a second estimate regarding a clogged sewer line. They were professional and though, made sure that was indeed the problem. When it was time to replace it there was a delay. They were transparent and kept me up to date. As a nice gestor they also reset my toilet (which the first company left for me to reset), and made sure it was flowing as it should. They didnt leave until it was correct. Side note, I called them back to help with a piece of chicken wire that was lodged in my pipe and they were able to retrieve it !! The owner even stopped by to introduce himself and to make sure I was happy. Amazing service and so kind!! Thank you Merit Plumbing !!

    Merit Plumbing was able to diagnose problems related to an incorrectly installed septic system. Dig up and correct the system. Also, they re-installed a couple of toilets. One of the toilets was sitting on cement that had overrode so it couldnt be tightened down. They were able to fix the cement and reinstall the toilet. They were polite, efficient, skilled and reasonable in rates. I would highly recommend them!

    I have mentioned that I need Merit to come as soon as they can, since my garbage disposal is leaking, I knew I needed one replace right away. Although we were scheduled on Wednesday but Merit called us on Monday when they have someone available and see if they can come and help. They came in and out within an hour and fixed the problem.     Rodney Stephens was a great plumber. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue immediately and charged a fair price. We have other properties in the valley and will only use Merit from now on. The office returned calls and were expedient.     I use Merit Plumbing Services for my residential and commercial plumbing needs. I am a property investor/manager in the greater Phoenix area, so I always have plumbing needs. Ended up going with running pex through my attic. They were affordable and added a water heater and pressure regulator for free. Due to code restrictions and our unwillingness to agree to the much larger job required to complete the repair to our laundry drain, we did not have the work done.     We met Mike when we thought we had a leak during construction. We call him out to redo some plumbing that was done poorly and not to code with a new bathtub installation. He had to dig up our slab and put in the proper plumbing. They were thorough, professional and clean. Then on a Saturday morning we woke up to a small flood in two rooms. I called him at 8 in the morning and he came out within the hour. He always answers the phone and returns calls.     They came on short notice, stayed until they figured out what the problem was (we didn’t know if it was a pool pipe or the irrigation main line that was leaking) and gave us a detailed quote. I appreciated that they suggested we upgrade our irrigation system rather than sinking money into a failing system. Since they don’t do the irrigation, they were losing money by telling me that. However, because of their honesty, timeliness and professionalism, I definitely know who I’ll be calling the next time we need a plumber.

    Javier/Raja/Chris came out to reroute plumbing lines and a gas line that was hit in the backyard while installing a pool. They had to dig a 3 trench about 25 feet and rehook everything up.     We hired Merit Plumbing to install a new water softener system, under sink RO water filtration and a new gas hot water heater. After getting several quotes, we chose Merit due to the tech, Donnie, solutions. The were the only company to offer to run softeners loop lines under our front sidewalk. Every other company said the lines needed to be run overhead, which would have required us to paint them. Additionally they rebuilt front PRV and spigot. We greatly appreciated the way they cleaned up each day. It was like they were never there. I cant recommend Merit Plumbing highly enough.

    I had a mystery leak that was intermittent; the source of it was not clear. Mike came out with leak locating equipment and found where it was originating from.     Merit plumbing did work on our house in 2016 to do an entire re-plumbing of our water lines after a hot water line was leaking under our slab. They worked quickly to understand our concerns and gave us various options when it came to running water lines, water softeners and water heater size.There were minor issues that came up like pipes that were moving and a small leak(that was unrelated to the work they did). In all cases, David with Merit plumbing came out to resolve the issues.I would be happy to have them do work again should it be needed.

    Got 4 bids on a Navien top of the line tankless water heater and Merit beat the other 3 by $700, $1700 & $2000. That is NOT a misprint.
