    I broke a toliet trying to replace a seat. Chris answered my quote for a replacement almost immediately..even on Thanksgiving day. He had a tech out to me as soon as it was convenient for me.     We moved into a house that didn’t have a utility sink in the laundry room. Tom came in and installed the drain and supply line from and to the sink. He cut through the sheet rock and after he was done, he put the sheet rock back. All that had to be done was tape and mud. Easy peasy! Would definitely recommend this company.

    Wonderful experience with Flush King Plumbing. I called on a Sunday and spoke with the owner who was extremely pleasant. We scheduled an appointment for first thing the next day. The phone call was followed up by an email and a text confirming time , date, location, as well as the technician’s name. The technician texted the next morning that he was en route. He showed promptly at the arranged appointment time. He was extremely nice, neat and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. The charges for the repairs were in line with the phone quote.The whole experience was an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend Flush King Plumbing. 10 out of 10!

    Tom investigated a water leak that was dripping through one of the ceiling lights in the kitchen. He was able to identify the source of the leak quickly and did minimal invasive work to get it fixed. He was also very informative and worked with me every step of the way to ensure that the problem was solved permanently without costing a fortune. I highly recommend Tom and will be requesting his services next time, but hopefully not too soon!

    Today I had an exceptionally pleasing experience with Flush King Plumbing Company. The scope of work included purchase and installation of a whole house water conditioning system as well as an irrigation repair. Prior to the installation appointment, I price shopped several major water treatment vendors so I was aware of price and quality. They had been previously recommended for fair pricing options. The installation appointment started at 8:00 and was completed by 12:30 by a cordial gentleman,Tom, who was informative and efficient. The price was very reasonable and installation was stressless. It was a nice surprise to experience excellence and quality service and I will call Flush King for future plumbing needs.

    We requested some plumbing service late in the afternoon due to a reoccurring issue with the main line getting clogged. Not only did everyone communicate so effectively, but our technician, Shawn, did an amazing job answering all of our questions. His thorough explanations and report helped us understand what needed to be done to ensure this issue could be permanently resolved. His expertise and knowledge are definitely greatly appreciated! As for the pricing, I do appreciate how upfront the process was. I had called around a few other places that day and they, unfortunately, couldn’t give me a rough estimate. Flush King Plumbing, on the other hand, did and it is definitely one of the reasons we chose them. Overall, I would definitely recommend Flush King Plumbing!

    I honestly can’t say how great this company is.Tom was my tech & he was so incredible. From his communication to his arrival times , and his WROK WAS OUTSTANDING! Not to mention he’s just an overall great guy! They really helped me in an emergency and got the job done quick! I called 4 other Plumbers and no one could locate my issue. Tom was able to locate and fix the issue in less than 3 hrs! I would highly recommend for all plumbing services !

    While we never like to have plumbing issues at the house, these guys are great. We’ve used them for a couple of major issues as well as a few minor repairs.     Chris & Shawn did a great job taking care of my clogged lines and went above and beyond attaching a handle for my filter in my septic tank. Shawn (very respectful, good guy) did a jet flush and made sure everything was draining properly before leaving. Only (small) issue is the jet flush is expensive and I didn’t have time to compare costs with competitors. But overall we are happy and would use them again.

    I highly recommend Flush King! We wanted to replace our 10-year old conventional water heater with a hybrid heat pump water heater. This is a new kind of water heater, they are expensive but highly energy efficient, and you can get federal tax credits up to $2,000, and a $500 rebate from SRP. But because they are kind of new, not many installers have experience with their installation. I obtained quotes from several installers. I was shocked to receive estimates ranging from $5,000 to $7,500! Its as if the installers are adding how much we get back in tax credits and rebates to their service. Flush King was the last installer I called, after checking their Yelp reviews. Chris confirmed that they had installed more than 30 of these appliances and answered all my questions. He also gave me the option to bring my own appliance, which I ordered from Home Depot. Even before I factored in the tax credit+rebate, the Flush King quotes was the lowest, by far, of all the quotes I was given. After subtracting the tax credits and rebate, the cost to me was lower than the cost of installing a conventional water heater! Rich arrived on time for the installation, and installed it smoothly, and without any fuss. Thank you for your professionalism, Flush King :)

    Found this Vendor on Yelp and from start to finish they were awesome & very service oriented. Chris in the office quickly got me a bid and within a day of making appt Rich was at the house doing the installation. He arrived a few minutes early than appt time (unheard of in the trades) and quickly & efficiently got to work. Done with job in specified time frame and we were very happy. Trained me on how to easily drain the hot water tank twice per year to maintain equipment health. Great experience and will use again.

    From beginning to end, I cant emphasize how great our experience was. One of our toilets had increasing issues with slow flush/refilling that could temporarily be fixed with the plunger, but would be in the same bad shape within a few days. I called Flush King, expecting someone could come out in a week or Id get charged some ridiculous emergency fee if we wanted service sooner. Business owner Chris took my call and offered to have someone out to us within hours ON THE SAME DAY FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. He was reassuring and *so* patient with me fumbling over trying to explain what was wrong.The professional that showed up to our house (Tom) is *the* nicest, most patient person on the planet. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand, was upfront on our price/labor options and there were no hard sells on services we didnt need. He was knowledgeable, friendly and organized. He worked quietly (my husband and I both work from home and didnt hear a peep) and went above and beyond to make sure everything was spic-and-span clean when he left. This guy is darn good human being and sincerely likes the business/owner he works for which we all know is hard to find these days.Thank you, Tom, for removing A TREE from our toilet and installing our beloved new throne.     A small hiccup, but overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Flush King and Anthony, the service technician! Nothing less than 5 star, for sure! When speaking to scheduling, I was asked if 7am was too early. I replied no, not at all! The gal said Rich would be at our house between 7:00am-7:30am. The automated message came through saying the tech would be there between 7am-9am, so I was a bit confused on the actual ETA. The tech, Anthony, arrived at 8:30am. He was very friendly, very informative, and explained what he was doing. He flushed our tankless water heater. Thank you Anthony for the great service and customer care! Again, we highly recommend Anthony. We will definitely recommend Flush King to our family and friends!

    Flush Kings was able to address a leak that I had in my front yard main water pipe. They were able to provide a high level assessment of the issue just by my description and came out within a few hours to confirm and give me a quote. The job was big and the quote was very fair and they got to work the very next morning. Within 4 hours, they replaced the entire main water piping without any damage to the landscaping, driveway, or plants. They were even able to repair a leak in the irrigation line they discovered after the main water issue was resolved. They were very helpful to address this issue in a timely manor and great to work with!

    Flush King is a Great Company. I had a bad leak and I called them at 4:00 in afternoon and they were there next morning at 8:00.Stress Reliever!     The work was great, came on time and the installer was courteous. My only issue was with the pricing. I understand the after hours additional pay, which was expected. I talked to Chris and he explained the crazy rising cost in materials, labor and insurance. But it looked like they doubled the labor on installing a new gate valve and hose bib at one location.

    I chose to give Flush King a call because of the great reviews on Google, and they did not disappoint! I called Chris early on a Saturday morning to schedule a water heater replacement and he had someone out to my house in less than 1.5 hours. Rich was super kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. He called me right away to discuss the options and help answer any questions, then showed up shortly after and knocked the job out in under 2 hours — leaving no trace of behind!     Thank you Flush King for unclogging my sink. I had a 20 snake to try and unclog myself, but didnt work so I called in a professional and Flush King came through. Fixed the clog, checked my other inline sinks and toilet to be sure it wasnt affecting anything else and proceeded to make the fix in the mainline. While he was at it, he also replaced gaskets that were old and leaking as well. Got it done with professionalism and speed. Didnt leave a mess and was very cordial while in my home.     A water heater failed at my rental property in Glendale Arizona. I contacted Flush King on a Friday 10/25/25 at 11:30am. Chris answered my call and listened to my situation. He advised me that he could have a technician available within 60-90 minutes to evaluate and replace the water heater if necessary. He provided me with a quote for the replacement.I accepted the quote and he assigned Larry to my situation. Larry arrived at the rental property within 90 minutes, evaluated the issue, and advised me of everything that would be required, and replaced the water heater and ball valve.I called other companies and had to leave a message on voicemail or the company would have to come out and inspect the water heater prior to provided a quote or replacement.My tenant was upset and had been without hot water for a day, prior to contacting me. I had to move fast and Flush King provided an amazing response!I am very happy and satisfied with the response and service that Flush King provided!!I would definitely utilize Flush King in the future!     Flush King provided fast service to me twice in one week. I had guests in town and the toilet broke/wouldnt flush, so I was very much in need of an urgent response. FK was the first business that responded to me, the first business that was able to come out, and provided efficient repair of both toilet and tub at a very fair price. For the second call, my water heater went out and needed to be replaced. FK also repaired that very quickly and fairly assessed the damage and fees. Tom was my technician both times and he was great! So kind, explained everything to be clearly, and told me about maintenance requirements. FK exceeded my expectations - they were great and will be my main plumbing provider going forward.

    The main waterline to the house broke for a second time and was flooding the backyard. It was Saturday and my wife was in the hospital. When it rains it pours. 3 plumbers replied but only Flush King Plumbers replied with a visit to the house in 45minutes. They proposed 2 options both to be completed that day. I chose a full replacement of the underground pvc. Well they finished in half a day with the best copper installation I have ever seen and I didnt have to be home or change my schedule for them. Profesional, courteous, prompt and affordable. Guaranteed for 20 years!

    Had a hot water line slab leak and the company I originally had to do the repair was dragging its feet not returning my calls or to even make appointment to do the job. So I decided to look somewhere else. Can across Flush king plumbing on web search and had good reviews on Yelp. I filled out a request form on thier website and within 15-30 mins was sent an email. I called spoke to Chris. He was very friendly and I explained my situation and that have been without hot water almost 3 weeks. He said he could have someone out in 90 mins. 15 mins later received a call from Rich and he said he be heading out shortly. 30 so minutes later received a text stating hes on the way. When Rich arrived introduced himself and I explained the problem and showed him the area. He checked it out told me what they could do and how. I asked how soon they could start and he said we can start right now. He made a few calls and started getting things ready. Another employee showed up and they both got right to work. Short time later another employee showed up and they all worked together and got the job done in a few hours. The original plumber told me they would have to tear up my floors and bust up the concrete to make this repair. Rich explained they wouldnt need to do that they could run PEX piping through the walls. But instead they wound up using copper piping and did an awesome professional job. What he actually found out is the reason my master toilet wasnt flushing is because it was never vented by the originalDel Webb manufacturer of the home. He snake it.
