Omnia plumbing is really a great company . Mike is absolutely professional, skilled and most importantly caring . My hubby and I redid our bathroom and we wanted to find a plumber that could handle the task ahead . Let me tell you this was not a small job . Mike was great and very easy to work with. He was at our home sometimes the whole day and was so professional and kind . My husband is a contractor so we are familiar with the trades . and they are not always easy to deal with . Omnia Plumbing is the only plumber to work with in the Valley. We woke up one morning realizing our floor was quite warm. After troubleshooting and googling, we realized we likely had a slab leak. We called Mike via a referral from a friend and WOW - he was out asap, transparent in pricing, and offered different ways to handle the problem (we had just renovated and didnt want to tear out the floors). The solution we went with wasnt the easiest, but Mike and his team were total pros. On top of that, Mike introduced us to a stucco repair and made sure we got fair pricing since were new to the area.If youre reading this view in need of a plumber, call Mike now.

Oct. 2024Mike has helped us with three more projects in the last few months -- a leaking shower valve, a failed and leaking water heater, and replacing some leaking hose bibs. He is prompt, friendly, and only use the highest grade of professional components.In August we found our electric water heater had failed and was leaking. We call Mike, talked, sent him pictures, and within a few hours he arrived and installed a new water heater, connection tubing, and cutoff valve. Quick and professional! After completion, we found out that he and family were flying out that evening for a long, special family vacation. He solved our problem before departing. Impressive customer service!---------------------2023After seeking several quotes to establish a home water shut-off with a separate irrigation system shut-off, we decided to use Omnia Plumbing. Not only was he easy to reach and responsive, we met to preview that project and the replacement of under-sink valves that we could not close. His recommendations were better, more logical, and visually acceptable. His quote for the work was much more reasonable.The appointment was set a couple of days out. He was on time and does the work himself. He was helpful and shared knowledge and reasoning of work being done. He found and explained the problems with the original installation of the under sink valves. We discussed some projected project ideas for a later date.Mike Oka was easy to reach, easy to schedule, easy to talk with, professional, did quality work, with much more reasonable prices. He explained everything well and was half the cost of the previous quote. I had him out a few weeks ago to replace two toilets at my own home. He is fun to talk to and helps me understand what needs to be done. We ran into a pesky counter that wouldn’t allow for the height of the new toilet. He even helped my husband cut the counter so we could get our much needed new toilet. He’s a joy to work with and very fair on the price. The guys are very neat. I’ve had an amazing experience with Omnia Plumbing! They were able to schedule same day appointment to come and fix the pipe that burst! Mike showed up on time explained the process, was professional and polite. They were done so fast. Few months later, I’ve used them again to install a new water heater and water softener and it couldn’t have gone smoother! Mike is very honest and upfront on all costs, and pricing is compatible. I’d definitely not only use them, but I also recommend them to all my friends and family!

I had and emergency at 8 pm on a weekend and my family was over from out of town. My water heater pipe burst and the whole garage flooded. I called and spoke to Mike from Omnia Plumbing. He was amazing! Was very easy too talk to over the phone and explain the situation. He was able to show up right away and stop the leak. He told me everything that he is going to use for materials and step by step what he is going to do to fix it with upfront amazing price. And he did it all same night in 2 hours! Great guy and easy to talk to and very honest. I definitely recommend Omnia to anyone that needs any type plumbing issue.

We had a big issue with the toilets installed at our house and Mike helped us understand what was happening and he was able to fix the problem and install the proper toilets.
