    Ive used Apple Plumbing for years and have always been happy with their work. The techs are knowledgeable and friendly. Today, Grant helped with the final plumbing stages of a remodel project Im trying to wrap up. In addition to the requested work, he also checked a few other things in my home to make sure it was working at peak efficiency.

    I noticed the water pressure in my house had been decreasing. I called Apple Plumbing because they are the best! Grant came out and trouble shot the problem until he found the most likely cause. He gave me a fair cost estimate, and advised me to first have the city check the meter and main line before I spend the money on a repair I may not need. This is an honest company.     Love Apple Plumbing. Have had marginal plumbers for years in carefree. Apple has nice people, efficient people, competent people. Brandon did a great job replacing 11 supply lines and installing a Moen automatic water shutoff valve, after my house was flooded by a burst pipe. Will use again.

    Just had Grant out to fix our water heater. He provided excellent customer service - went above and beyond for us - really explained what was going on and how and why itā€™s repaired for the long term. I also liked that we get a text with a photo of the repairman when heā€™s on his way over. I also appreciate that this is a family run company. Will use again and recommend to friend!

    Apple is the best. Fast, efficient and so knowledgeable. We have a tankless and it can be fussy at times. Grant always takes great care of us and the water heater. Because of the style water heater sometimes it takes awhile to diagnose. Grant is patient and works it all out and we feel the prices are fair. We recommend Apple to all our friends.

    We had a serious plumbing issue late one afternoon just before the Holidays. Damon and JR came that evening and again at 7:00am the next morning to complete the job. I canā€™t say enough how wonderful they were in dealing with our issue. I have used Apple Plumbing for years- everything from replacing toilets to hot water heaters. They are truly first-rate.

    I have been using Apple Plumbing for my Comercial Plumbing needs for years. This past week we had something came up after normal operating hours and instead placing an emergency call or waiting until the next day for service. I called one of those big name 24hr plumbers that claims to unclog any drain for 79.99.The other guys quoted me $79.00 over the phone to clear a clog. Long story short, I ended up with $235.00 less in my bank account and a drain that was barley draining. The tech from the other guys wanted me to approve a $900.00 charge to hydro-jet the line. I instead did what I should have done originally and called out Apple Plumbing. I explaing what had happen to my Apple tech, Mitch and he was able to get the drain working like new with in 1 hour of him arriving on sight. I did not end up getting the line hydro-jetted and spent a fraction of the nearly $1,000.00 the other guys quoted to. Needless to say next time I will pay the fees associated with an emergency call or wait until Apple Plumbing can make it out.

    We needed to transfer and install our water softener system to our new residence then found out that the house hadnā€™t been plumbed properly. Our technician Grant was able to problem solve and figured out the best way to get it done properly and efficiently. He stayed all day to get it done. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! He was awesome.

    We had an unfortunate incident where one of our children pulled on the water hose and cracked the copper pipe nearly flush against the wall. This meant I had to shut off water to the entire house. Not the best when youve got 4 children who absolutely need to bathe every day. Not to mention our COVID-inspired hand washing routine.I gave Apple Plumbing a call and spoke with Haley, who was very kind and completely understanding of the urgency we faced. With the water off, I was hoping they could send someone out by the next day. Instead, someone was at my house within the hour to assess the damage. Once they determined what was needed, my pipe was repaired in record time. From the time I called to when the job was finished was probably barely 2 hours total.So thankful for their prompt response and consideration of our emergency. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality at reasonable rates.

    Apple Plumbing Services is nothing short of a god send. I contacted Apple Plumbing after having a odd feeling about another plumber I had hired and worked with for a sewer line which collapsed. Apple Plumbing came right out and confirmed my suspicions and literally hand held me through every single detail of the job and their findings. Some of the work they found to have been completed correctly and they advised me of this. But the work which was not done correctly was explained to me in laymans terms included a color coded diagram! Yes, a diagram! I was losing sleep over this disaster in my rental home and they were able to repair the problem at a fraction of a price and have assisted me obtain the information needed to rectify the situation with the first provider who was already paid an exorbitant fee. I would not trust ANY OTHER plumber or drain company ever to come to my home. They are fair and conscientious and are reasonably priced...everyone deserves to make a living and a fair living at that, but this company prides themselves on excellent work for a fair price. Joni and Randy, and the entire staff including the hand crew, have been nothing short of fantastic! Highly highly recommend them!

    The team at Apple Plumbing is incredible. We have had Apple out a couple of times, and both times they have been extremely professional, and most importantly, I felt comfortable with each person in my home, (as a petite female home on my own). Most recently, our sink wasnt draining, and the team trouble shot what was going on with a couple of scopes, and diagnostics. Not only did they clear out the drain/pipes, but they also recommended we remove the garbage disposal, which we were not using otherwise because our pipes just cannot handle it. We did, and this means that we now have extra space under the sink for storage, and little particles of food arent falling through unintentionally, likely causing some of the blockage in the first place. Its been months since they have been here, and we have not had the sink back up since -it has been an ongoing issue beforehand, so I feel certain that this was not just a bandaid fix, but that its properly, professionally fixed. I absolutely recommend Apple.

    Today was our first experience with Apple Plumbing Services and we are sure to use them again. They called to ask if Grant could arrive early which worked great for us. Grant handled proactive maintenance of our hot water heater, checked all the hot & cold water valves in our home, found a vacation valve behind our water softener which we didnā€™t know existed, and he walked me through everything he was doing. In addition, Grant was able to talk with me about our old water softener, offer information on several new models and then he sent the information to me to review for future use. It was a delightful interaction, Grant is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and I look forward to seeing him again when the need arises.

    I had the most wonderful experience with a new plumbing service! Kale was sent to find out why I was using 225 gallons per day when I normally only use 50. He not only found a leak in my toilet, but a connection under my sink, as well as a connection at my pool. Crystal Falls is my Pool Service and they will correct that problem. everything else was done, neatly, completely, and there is not anything left behind for me to clean up. He is a very personable gentleman as well. If I ever need to call again, Iā€™ll request kale. I hope you have an experience as good as mine. Kudos Kale!

    We learned about Apple Plumbing from positive reviews on Nextdoor and used them to repair a toilet (replaced the flushing mechanism) about six months ago, which I thought was expensive but done correctly and quickly. Recently we were questioning the efficiency of our on-demand water heater installed 3 years ago by a different plumber (it was taking a long time for the water to get hot at one of the furthest faucets, which they had installed a navicerc device to assist with this) so we called them out to check their work and they installed a new navicerc unit but it didnā€™t really resolve the issue. We also had this other plumber check out an issue with a shower valve not properly mixing the temperature and they identified it as a bad cartridge that they could change out but would need to do at another time when they had the part, so I scheduled it with them but the plumber had to cancel due to a personal appointment. Since the navicerc replacement didnā€™t solve the other issue, we decided to call Apple Plumbing to look at the shower valve. Brandon was able to identify the issue and replace the cartridge and solve that issue (which was what the other plumber said it needed). I also asked Brandon if he could look into the issue with the on-demand water heater, he immediately identified that there was an option to configure the plumbing at the heater to recirculate the water, which was not something the original installer identified at the original installation or when they installed a new navicerc unit that didnā€™t solve anything. I scheduled the work with Apple Plumbing and this solved the issue of the water taking a long time to get hot at the furthest faucet from the water heater.In addition to having confidence that Apple Plumbing knows their business, they are well organized, great communication, they wear shoe covers in the house, are respectful of property, and overall operate professionally. Even though they seem to be on the higher end of the cost spectrum, it is worth it to have confidence theyā€™re doing what is necessary and doing it right.

    My Mother was finding earth worms in her toilet. Damon was dispatched to her home to determine what was causing the worms to show up in her toilet. Damon investigated the situation thoroughly and could not find any entry points for the worms. He tightened the flange and recommended she use the toilet more often or at least flush it often. There have been no worm sightings since Damonā€™s visit. Apple plumbing is the best.

    I have been using Apple Plumbing for years now. I called for service on a leaking water heater. They were able to send someone out on the same day. They provided a 3 hour window and texted me when the technician was on the way. The tech that arrived (forgot his name) remembered that he provided service at our home in the past. He was excellent in offering me different options and was able to determine the replacement would be covered by warranty. I ended up paying for labor, but grateful for the great service. I am not aware of how Apples rates compare to other plumbing companies, but have been very happy with their service and professionalism.

    I just had Ted from Apple Plumbing come out to install the utility sink in laundry room. The supply lines had caps soldered on, which I couldnā€™t remove, and I wanted to make sure the drain was properly installed. Ted did an excellent job, and he was punctual with the scheduled time slot. The scheduling process with the office from the start was very easy. I was able to get the service set up promptly, and it was good to know they provide a free estimate before I had an option to continue with the service or not. I would definitely use Apple Plumbing next time I need a plumbing service, and I recommend this place.

    A different contractor was here and accidentally broke a pipe. Apple Plumbing was able to come to my house the same day and fixed the leak within an hour. He fixed a 6 year old problem on a tankless hot water heater and then stayed and fixed my other two plumbing issues, RO system and loose handle on bathroom fixture.     There isnt a price high enough for peace of mind. Apple Plumbing came to my rescue two years ago for a major issue after two other plumbing companies performed unsatisfactory work.     I was referred to Apple Plumbing by a framer who was told that they do good business. I contacted Apple Plumbing and the following day Randy came over to look at my project. In my case, I needed a plumber to undo all of the horrible mistakes my general contractors plumber had done to my house. First and foremost, Randy listened to exactly what I wanted and my time frame to get the work done. The quote I received was very reasonable and fair considering the amount of work that needed to be done and compared to other plumbers that provided me significantly higher quotes. When the work started, Randy and his crew were timely and it was obvious from the moment they stepped into my home they knew what they were doing and they treated my home as a place where someone lives, and not just a project. All of the work performed was excellent and it was obvious that each of the crew members takes pride in their work.     Dustin from Apple Plumbing repaired six angle stops, replaced a toilet fill valve, and repaired a leak under a bathroom sink. Another plumbing company had just attempted to repair the leak under the bathroom sink, but did it incorrectly and it continued to leak. Dustin did a great job and I was pleased with the service he provided. The office staff - Jasmine and Jamie- were great to work with well.

    Tim came out yesterday and had a tricky install of our dishwasher, ice maker and sink. He stuck with the job and got it all done. No leaks or drips. You cant see the hose lines.     I found Apple Plumbing on some website that has reviews on businesses (cant remember the name). They had a high rating then and they still do now. It was 10 years ago that I found Apple Plumbing and theyve worked on leaks, repaired sewer systems, installed garbage disposals, etc. at 2 different houses.
