My water heater was leaking, so I called Collins Commercial Services. Eric came over the same day to look at it and stop the leak until he could pick up a new water heater the next day. Collins Commercial Services significantly exceeded my expectation! I first met Brian near the Plumber Supply store in Chandler and he took a look at my photos and told how to do this job, gave some other advices. Next morning, I called the office and invited Brian to do the job and the appointment was scheduled. The scheduling process took just a few minutes. Brian came as expected and fixed the broken, disconnected pipe very quickly and professionally. There was a serious complication because it was a sewer line going from the kitchen into the concrete base of the house and some extra work was required to get access to this pipe. Brian had all required tools and was able to fix everything as promised. I will recommend him to all my friends and family members and will definitely invite Brian if I have any issues in the future. Brian H. was dispatched by our home warranty service to check out our non-functioning garbage disposal. He identified that it had a natural death and needed replacement. He complied with the information requests of the warranty company, including pictures. He received the authorization and in less than one week the new unit was installed. He was punctual, courteous, friendly, quick, and surprisingly neat. He left absolutely no mess for us to clean up. I would highly recommend Collins and especially Brian.

Collins Commercial was the company our home warranty provided for us. We had a major leak under the sink on Saturday night during cleanup. Unfortunately we knew that it wouldnt get fixed until Monday, we hoped. Well Tuesday had to be the day and it was ok. We were told between 8 AM & noon someone would arrived. We received a call @11 AM by Eric and he showed in 15 minutes as he said. He determined that the disposal was almost ready to fall from the sink which was the problem. He took it down, resealed the neck and hooked up the plumbing again, it obviously wasnt installed correctly a few years back when the previous owner had it replaced. THANK YOU ERIC!!! Very courteous, cleaned up after himself and was gone. Im a happy customer. Thanks again Eric...................

One of the best plumbing services I have had! Eric called and said he was on his way and would be there in 10 min. Even though I asked for a 30 minute call due to rush hour, etc., he immediately said I can wait for you or if you dont mind I will go to my next job and come back your way. I agreed but he was still able to come over within the time frame even after moving one person ahead! Super nice...asked questions...and went to work. He explained everything he was doing as I checked in on him from time to time to see if he needed anything. Less than an hour later, job finished, drain running well and life is better. Eric was super nice and left absolutely no mess behind! Bravo!

I have had great experience over the years as Collins Commercial Services has done work for my home warranty program. This was my first experience with calling them direct. My water heater was about to die and I had house guests. The front end customer service - particulaly the ability to answer questions about water heaters was excellent.Plumber - Eric - called me as he was picking up parts to confirm our appointment - arrived within 5 minutes of the appointed time and got to work. He was clean, professional, knew what he was doing and i felt completely comfortable letting him operate - the work appears to have been well done. I was working from home and he did not disturb at all.He showed me the controls and paper work - I understood all. I would use Collins again and would definitely ask for Eric.

Very professional and he fixed everything quickly and I now dont have a wet shower all day anymore. He also took time to talk to my dog ( who loved him by the way) and gave her a pet. I had a clogged sink and the water wouldnt drain. I called my Home Warranty co. who called Collins last night. Collins called me before 9:30am to schedule an appointment. The tech was scheduled to come between 11:00 am and 3:00pm. Brian arrived at 11:00!! He fixed the clog, tested the disposal and the dishwasher to ensure everything was working properly. He was efficient and polite.Having worked with several plumbers over the past year, I found Collins to be the best. I wish I knew about them sooner

Collins Commercial is a top-notch company. By far, the best plumbers we have ever used. We have used Collins multiple times in our home for plumbing issues. Most recently we had them out to diagnose and fix a water leak in our kitchen. Collins got me scheduled for a same-day appointment. Justin and Lewis came out on time, quickly got to work, figured out the issue and fixed it. Every Collins crew we have had in our home has come looking professional, they always use boot covers and gloves. They also clean up and put everything back the way they found it. We will never use anyone else.

Unclogged one of our toilets on 3 different occasions. Had to remove toilet each time but was successful each time. The tech told us we must have a problem in the sewer piping and the current toilet we have does not have the flushing power to work properly. On the next service call for same problem, he talked to our Home Warranty company to get a new toilet with more flushing power approved. Bought the new toilet, installed it, took away old one, and new one has worked great since!! Good communication from office and tech and very nice to work with. Highly recommended!!

I’ve used Collins twice in the last couple of months. One was to repair a toilet and most recently, to fix our air conditioner. The first gentleman who came to repair the toilet was fast and professional and thorough. His name is Chris Parker. The next gentleman who came to repair our air conditioner was Jose Millan. He saw the problem and quickly fixed it and we are so grateful, being that it is in the middle of summer here! We had had Parker & Sons out the week prior and the tech they sent was really inexperienced and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the air conditioner. It took Jose about 15 minutes to figure out the problem and another 20 to fix it. Thanks so much to Collins for professional plumbers and HVAC techs!

I had a leak from my upstairs shower that I could hear dripping and see causing water damage to the ceiling downstairs.Initially, one technician was dispatched and fixed what he thought was the problem (sealing the tub spout with caulking) without even opening the ceiling to see where the leak was coming from. I told him that his fix didnt make sense to me but he assured me it would be fine. We ran the water before he left and could still hear it dripping despite his efforts. He said he would leave the ticket open so they could dispatch someone else if the problem persisted, even though we knew it would. Needless to say, he left and the leak was not fixed. (This experience gets 0 stars!)The second time around Gerardo was sent to my home. As soon as I talked to him on the phone I knew it was going to be a better experience. He came and saw what the last tech did, (also noting it didnt make sense to fix the problem) and actually fixed the leak by opening the ceiling and replacing a piece that was cracked, thus causing the leak. Gerardo was so kind and very knowledgable. He even left and went to the store to buy the missing piece and came back to finish everything up. The whole fix took only about an hour and a half or so and his customer service was fantastic!

We have been using Collins commercial services for a few years for our AC /heater seasonal tuneups. It makes us feel confident when we see the same technicians service our home season after season. When you call to schedule your appt they attempt to schedule you with a technician that is familiar with your home, for continuity of services. We just had Gabriel perform our winter heater system tuneup. His professionalism, experience and trustworthiness made us feel confident and at ease about recommended repairs. Gabriel has been maintaining our ac/heater system for over a year. He does not recommend or try to push additional services or products that are unnecessary. We have used other companys in the past that use this practice. I would definitely use Collins commercial services again for future needs especially if they employ personal like Gabriel who care about there work and customers .

We had a lot of issues: a stopped up kitchen sink, a toilet that was leaking at the base (really nasty!), a bathroom faucet that needed to be replaced because it wouldnt shut off, and a kitchen water treatment system that was leaking. Ron performed these tasks in an exemplary manner, taking his time with each task to make sure that it was dome completely and properly. He really cleaned up all of his work areas after finishing each job; they were spotless! Our bathroom sink started leaking because it was so old, so I got under there to get it taken apart and replaced. I soon realized that I couldnt break the thing free, so I had to call Collins Commercial, our go-to Plumbers for years. Brian came over to help us get our sink fixed up and it took him no time. After being asked to check something else while here, he took the time to help us figure out why our shower wasnt sending all of the water up to the shower head-most of it was just coming out of the bath tub spout and going straight down the drain. He was totally accommodating and really helped us out since I basically had a 5gal bucket collecting our sinks drainage and our feet were on fire during every shower with all of the hot water coming out of the bath faucet. Had 2 separate repaira via home warranty and I gotta say both weree done very professionally. They were always on time and I received a 3o minute heads up as to when they were headed to my home.The first repair was simple: two of the flushes were having issues and both were resolved in less than 30 minutes.The second issue was more complicated, my dishwasher stopped working. I had been getting the runaround from a company called Runyon Appliance. They first said the pump was broken and ordered the part. Took 2 weeks for just the part to arrive. Then their tech made me purchase an inlet hose. I got this as requested but on the second trip I was informed by the tech that the valve connected to the inlet doesnt close so he couldnt turn the water off and therefore could not do the work. I offered to turn the water main off but the tech from Runyon Appliance insisted I get a plumber out and repair the valve first and told me there were multiple leaks and all the work had been done wrong.So I called my home warranty and they sent out Collins Commercial services. The plumber resolved the inlet valve issue in a jippie. Informed me that there were absolutely no leaks and turning off the water main was a possible solution to get the dishwasher working and call him later to install the inlet valve. They have done an excellent job, I wish I could say the same about Runyon appliance. I am still waiting for them to fox the dishwasher, almost 5 weeks now. Hopefully they will fix it soon. I wish runyon could provide the type of service I received from Collins.
