Our Septic tank started backing up, and ended up that our dry well was toast! Due to proximity to city sewer, we were not allowed to repair the septic issue and were forced to connect to the city.This is a daunting, scary, long process. However, this team took care of EVERYTHING.I had over 10 different companies come out, make suggestions, give prices, and mostly give me a timeline. They all were trying so hard to get us to sign a contract and kept telling me “it will only take two weeks…”. I knew in my gut that there was no way that something that requires so much city planning was going to be that quick.Alfredo was the FIRST AND ONLY person that calmly, politely, and thoroughly explained the process. He was HONEST. The first thing he said was that sadly, due to the process with the city, this would not be a quick venture. That honesty sold me. He was truthful with me about what to expect instead of trying to be a snake-oil salesman to get me just to sign a contract. His demeanor was calm, reassuring, and professional. He went the extra mile to weekly check on us and the engineers did their work with the city. They talked us through every step, and never left us in the dark.Once the work began it was QUICK, efficient, tidy, informative, and stress free. They worked with me and my schedule, my wild dogs. I can’t say enough good things. They answered any weird question I had. The communication was spot on. At the end of everyday I knew what to expect for the next.If you have to have a large investment like this, and you feel like people are trying to just take your money, do yourself a favor and call this crew.

I had took a chance when our septic backed up and called Macho Contracting. I had a septic backing up into our home when we had alot of guests from out of town over. They answered my call and came right over!! I was so relieved because we were set to leave the next day. The Owner himself came out and took a look and assured me it would get fixed ASAP!! And they stuck by their word! That was a few months ago, then fast forward to a week ago we had a pump not working, again they came out, fixed it and in record time. The Amazing Customer Service and Dedication these guys have is really cool!! I will always call them if anything comes up!! They are now servicing our system as it should be yearly. Very Grateful!!

I cant say enough good things about Macho Contracting. We had a different company commit to doing our required ADEQ septic inspection, but that company ended up backing out based on the hill/rocky mountain terrain of the septic location on the property. So, I called Macho and they came out the same day to do an assessment, provided an estimate, and started work promptly at the beginning of the following week. The necessary work and inspection were successfully completed with very minimal impact to the natural landscape on the property which was appreciated. Communication was outstanding leading up to the work, during the work, and after it was completed for the inspection reporting documents. Huge thanks to Alfredo, Robby, and the whole Macho team!

I needed my sewer connection validated, and the 2 gentleman that showed up were fantastic! Ultimately the scope wasn’t able to go past a particular joint in our pipe, but Danny and Robby busted out every tool and idea they could to to see what was going on. I could tell they went the extra mile for me, and I am confident they do that on a regular basis for any of their customers. Excellent experience. I highly recommend them.

We had a lift line break in our driveway and Robbie and the crew did an amazing job, identifying where the leak was coming from, exposing the pipe, fixing it and diagnosing what happened to cause the failure.They completed the job in record time -the pipe was 6’ below the surface, and left the site clean and remarkably unscathed.I use Macho for all of our lift pumps and sanitation equipment maintenance and repairHighly recommended

We had the best plumbing experience with Macho! The owner, Alfredo is super responsive (responded to our emergency call on a Sunday evening) and promptly came out the next day to provide an estimate for replacement of our hot water heater.He took his time and measured the (very tight) space before providing the estimate. I had other plumbers in my garage trying to sell me hot water heaters AND service plans after just glancing at the space. When asked if a new heater would fit I was told probably not and then they tried to convince me to go with a 40 gallon tank (same price though!) because that would fit. Lazy!Alfredo took his time and ended up recommending one brand over another due to its dimensions. He also promptly and clearly answered my follow-up questions over email. The price was fair too! It was actually $50 more expensive than the best quote we received (which ended up being SO worth it!) but I had a gut feeling that Alfredo was a honest guy and would do good work and I didnt feel pressured like I did with the other plumbers, so we went with him.We were VERY happy we did. He and his crew are so responsive, arrived on-time, worked well and quick but didnt rush or cut corners. They took the time to show my husband certain things so he knows how to do them in the future and noticed a block in our air handler (right next to the hot water heater) and fixed that for us free of charge! Apparently Alfredo use to do HVAC work. Wow. Clearly a very talented guy and a good guy too!

I am really grateful for Macho Contracting. From top to bottom they are professionals. Very knowledgeable and great communication. Im a first time homeowner in Scottsdale and have a septic system that needed some attention. I knew I needed something done quickly, but didnt know exactly what needed to be done. And I was on a tight budget. I called Macho and spoke with Tabitha and she knew exactly what the issue was and scheduled to have a crew come out in a few short days. She also worked with me to make sure the repairs were within my budget. Despite this being a small job compared to what they normally do, they treated this job with the same sense of urgency as any job. In my experience that is rare, they were just happy to help regardless of the size of the job. Robby, Danny and Alexis came to perform the work and they are all very skilled, knowledgeable and efficient. They explained their findings and the proposed work to be done and got it done quickly. Great experience from start to finish. I needed a septic inspection and certification for the sale of my home. They were able to get me on the schedule within a week. My tank is situated in an area where I have landscaping and the techs, Robby Brooks and Daykota Varner, were very careful not to damage any of it. When they were finished they took extra care to make sure it was in the same condition as when they started. Alfredo, the owner, took the time to explain the process to me and I immediately knew that he really cares for his clients.I highly recommend Macho Contracting and wouldnt hesitate to use them again in the future.

Over the last seven years Macho has done huge and small projects here: entire new septic system for one, major culvert/drainage system upgrade for the most recent. Also repairing burst pipes under slab, installing new toilet and new water heater---its an old house, theyve done seven years of All the Water-Related Things. Alfredo and the whole team are *outstanding*: smart, thoughtful, skillful--theyve come up with several ingenious solutions to tricky problems--and they are SO NICE, they are great at explaining whats going on, they leave the site ship-shape in every way. Wow! Came home after a 2 week trip to find our sewer pump had stopped working. I live in a remote area and was amazed when Alfredo responded in just a few hours.
