I was looking for a water heater supplyline that was 1 in. VS 3/4 inch. No one seemed to have one. I called them and even though they did not have one, Chris found 6 of them and told me exactly where to go and what isle they were on. I could not believe how helpful they were. I sure would call them again for any type if plumbing repair. Also, it was late on Saturday afternoon. I was impressed.

I originally called Overall Plumbing last week because I was unable to connect my new faucet to the old connections.The 2 guys who showed up could not have been more honest or tried harder to take care of my issue.In fact, they found a connecter piece on their truck, that I had not been able to find, and installed the faucet.Again, let’s face it, they could have ignored the found piece and simply suggested a big change out, and I would have had to agree.Fact is, they placed the found part, and even it did not fit perfectly, but it worked.Well, over the weekend I noticed a wet spot on a paper towel I had placed underneath, and called again for help.The same crew came back today and investigated the issue, and said, “I don’t see a leak in the connection, just a spot from the top of the sink where water leaked”See, a second time where they could have suggested just about anything, and I would have had to agree.We all know most of us are at the mercy of our plumbers, mechanics, A/C and electricians in most cases.Overall Plumber could not have been better, and I feel blessed to have had a friend recommend them.Take it from me, someone not gifted with the gift of repair, this company was absolutely perfect.

There are not enough positive things to say about Chris, his crew, and office staff. He has done major jobs ( complete switch from septic to city) and smaller jobs ( installation of on demand hot water heater). He is knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual. This last job was an emergency. Everything was stopped up and overflowing. He was able to get us back up and running in no time. So empathetic and completely trustworthy!! Have been using them since 2016ish and every single time him and his crew have been absolutely amazing! I will never call anyone else. You shouldnt either, you wont be disappointed! HES THE BEST.

Discovered we had a propane leak and these folks came out promptly and helped us with our problem. Our house was built almost 30 years ago (my dad was the original plumber) and a few things needed to be updated as well as identifying the leak. They worked diligently to get our propane going again and were very professional and fair with the cost. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

“Overall” sent a plumber at 6PM on Friday of a holiday weekend. It wasn’t freezing (yet) but I broke a pipe inside the wall of my garage while trying to remove a hose attached to a patio faucet. The location was a disaster but Saint (the Plumber) made sure everything was safe, water was off, and he returned Sunday to get it capped off and the water turned back on. Surprise! Monday morning my main sewer drain line backed up into the bathtub- that’s always a memorable event. Drizzling rain, thirty-five degrees on a holiday morning, Saint & a helper wrestled with the clogged drain - from the roof of the house! - and got it cleared out and draining freely again. And while they were there for the drain, they managed to remove enough old, brittle, splitting PVC pipe in the garage wall to fix the original break and install a new faucet for the patio. Price? More than reasonable for the man hours and holiday emergency and weather and difficulties involved with working on old homes. “Overall” sent help right when I needed it. Everybody else I called either didn’t respond or couldn’t come until Monday anyway, by which time these guys had everything repaired and cleaned up, and were on their way. Many, MANY thanks to The Overall Plumber.UPDATE: I’ve had so much trouble with that 30 y.o. PVC I decided to bite the bullet and get the house re-piped with pex. Over All Plumbing sent out three plumbing wizards who got everything installed in a short day, and even cleaned up some ‘creative installation’ from the work 30 years ago. Not only am I very happy with the work, the price was almost $2K lower than the bid from my prior plumbing company. The team was experienced, courteous, thorough, tidy, and left everything clean when they left. Great work! Will definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience and an extremely great price. We had to have an old, broken up concrete sewer line removed and replaced but the kicker is that another company completed a separate section and laid new sewer line on top of our broken concrete line rather than just replacing it at the time. The overall plumber said that they might have to charge extra if they found something unusual but they held true to their extremely low bid. Id hire them again and theyll be my go to plumber from now on.

Have been using Chris (The Plumber) for the past 5 years and he and his crew do outstanding work, on time, and for a reasonable price. He has our complete trust and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a company that will be there on time, (actually a few minutes early and if they are delayed will give you a call and advise when they will be there) are dedicated to doing it right and advising you of any discrepancies they notice, and boy, do they clean up after themselves! They wont clean your whole house though. Actually, I would rate them 6 stars and 3 thumbs up! Jeff and Chris son are top notch, too, if Chris cant make it, Jeff has lots of experience (13 years) and can handle difficult repairs in tight spaces. Fantastic team!

The customer service over the phone was kind, understanding, and very straightforward on how they work and price upfront. The visit and understanding of the problem were free. My service personnel was named Dayton. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He educated me on certain things related to my service call. Now, I knew these things he told me, but it was nice knowing that he took the time to help the consumer. Now thats true service! Thank you, Dayton!And finally, the fact that they are on call 24hrs. I called The Plumber to have new water and sewer lines brought in to my hobby shop from the street (over 300 feet of underground). The dispatcher quickly got me in contact with Chris who is the the owner of the company. At my request, Chris met me promptly the following day for a site visit. Chris is very knowledgeable and professional. We agreed to a price and time frame for work completion on a handshake at the end of the site visit. I had a formal quote in my email inbox within 2 hours. As luck would have it, they were able to start a week early on my project. The project went off without a hitch. The Plumber handled all city permitting and setting up the final city inspection. This company has excellent communication throughout the job process. The service provided was above and beyond my expectations. I will 100% recommend The Plumber to family and friends. I am a very happy customer. This job took place in Hitchcock, Texas.

I can not recommend this company enough! My grandfathers pipes burst over the snow storm. He is 93 years old and has been without water like many people in our community. After other companies put us on weeks long waiting list which I completely understand is due to the situation we are all in we decided to try Overall Plumbing. We contacted them to come out and inspect and fix the pipes. My grandfather has dialysis 3 days a week and had a very limited time and day he would be home to meet them. Although, they were extremely busy they made time to adjust their schedule to come out on the day of the week that best worked for him. This caused them I am sure to have a very long day they. They were kind, respectful, and made my grandfather feel at ease. I want to thank them for their hard work and service to our community. This was a great experience. My wife and I were waiting at home for a different company to come by my next door neighbors house. Chris done the work on my neighbors house. Once he was done I asked if he could look at my issue. I told him it would be a simple repair, because I seen where the leak was, and had already removed the sheet rock. He came over and gave me a price, and done the repair. When the repair was complete, he turned the water back on and we still heard a leak. He stayed more than three hours climbing in and out of the attic, and doing repairs. He said he would not leave until we had water to the house. He got water to the house except for the kitchen sink, which they are scheduled to come back and repair next week. I offered to give him extra for the extra time, but he would not except it. He said he gave me a quote. Thank you so much for the work and making a bad experience much more pleasant. The company that I called still has not called me back. If I could I would give the overall plumber 7 stars. I would highly recommend this company.

We have had a hard time finding a good, reliable plumber, but we have now found one in The Plumber! Chris and Phillip came out two days before Christmas to repair a leak in our kitchen sink. They were professional, courteous, wore masks, showed up in the time window we were given, and did the repairs quickly and neatly. They looked above and beyond the small area they were there repairing and even identified a different mistake that the builders had made when installing the garbage disposal and fixed it. They also asked if there was anything else we wanted them to check while there. The price was very reasonable, and you can bet we will be using them from now on!

I must say that my experience with using “The Plumber” was over the top. When I called for an appointment the receptionist was very well spoken, polite and was able to get me an appointment within my schedule. I was given a 2 hour waiting time but the plumber did call ahead of time to let me know when he would be on his way. That gave me ample time to leave work and meet him at my home. Once Edward reviewed the plumbing tasks I needed, he carefully explained what was going on and how he would fix the issues at hand. He gave me a fair quote on the spot and was able to repair everything I asked for that same afternoon. I was having issues with my sewage lines being clogged all the time so I called The Plumber. Kathy was very nice on the phone and put me on the next availability. Chris the master plumber spent time figuring out what the best solution would be for my problem. We discovered the sewage was still on a septic system and opted to bypass that and route the sewage lines to the city sewage. Every time Ive interacted with Chris and his crew they have been very professional always going above and beyond. Chris is good honest people and does right by his customers. I have dealt with quite a few plumbers in the Galveston county area for past projects but Chris has always stood out as a genuinely good and honest person that is just interested in doing quality work. Do your due diligence and shop around, but I am confident you wont be disappointed with Chris and his crew.

I have used them twice now. The first was for a complete re-pipe of my house. They were extremely efficient and professional, and I was so impressed with how honest they were with what work needed to be done. After they had left we discovered a leak in the master bath (because the water pressure was so much better), and called them to come and look at it. They were very honest and told us that while parts are hard to find right now it would be very difficult to fix. They did patch it the best they could, and did not charge us for coming out or the patch. I will absolutely call them when I am ready to redo my bathroom, and will use them for any other plumbing issues I have.

Chris and his crew were great! Chris evaluated our situation from the freeze in February and because of the extent of broken pipes in our home in Galveston, we had to have a repipe. There were too many broken areas of pipe. His crew came out the following week and re-piped out whole house. They were professional and did in extremely great job. We had been having a blockage with our outgoing sewage line that I was able to clear after snaking it but needed to be sure I didnt have a broken pipe. Chris came out to my home to put a camera in the line and it took him about 20 minutes to diagnose no breaks. He also found the location of an old cleanout that had been buried because of the up-to-date, quality equipment that he uses in the field. This will keep from having to pull the toilet in the future if any other issues.Chris is a great guy and very knowledgeable in his craft. I would not hesitate to call him again for any of my plumbing needs and I will always recommend him.

Chris The Plumber came to my home to assess a water leak. Unfortunately, I noticed water dripping from my garage ceiling. Chris knew right away it was leaking pipes from an upstairs bathroom. While at my home, he did a thorough check. I had a couple leaky bathroom sink faucets, sinks with slow drains and runny toilets. My home is 21 years old and knew it was time for a few updates. Thanks to Chris and his team, they replaced pipes to stop the leak before additional damage was done. While there, his team was able to care of my other plumbing issues (leaky bathroom faucets, slow sink drainage, running toilets, water pressure and water leaks). Very honest company. Ran into a problem trying to replace drywall in my restroom. Had 2 different plumbing companies come out and both were trying to charge 1500 plus to re route an existing line to my toilet. We called The Plumber because we were having sewer problems. We had old pipes that needed to be replaced. Chris the owner came over after hours to look at the job. His crew was out that same week. The job was a lot more than they or I anticipated. His crew worked all day and into the evening to get to completed in one day as promised. While, they were here his crew was extremely thoughtful and considerate. We have a small dog so they would shut the gate when they would leave and enter our yard. They had to dig up a shrub and remove my flower bed edge bricks. When they left I noticed they replanted my shrub and put my bricks back in place. Their bid fair and under what I had been quoted by others. The crew was on time, friendly and answered any questions I had. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to everyone. It was a pleasure doing business with such a great and honest company.

Chris and his team have done two major projects on our home - one was a major remodel of our master bedroom suite, which included rerouting of drain lines for the new layout and adding in a free standing bathtub. While our primary contractor walked off the job leaving it half complete, Chris team helped us wrap up the project with the new contractor with no push back or issues.After the remodel, we had Chris crew come back and finish re-piping our 51 year old home - this included removal of two 40 gallon water heaters from the attic, and replacing them with a new tank-less heater. In addition to the re-pipe, we had them replace the in-sink disposal, kitchen sink faucet, and adjust the height of the faucet/knobs for the guest bathroom shower/tub. All of this work was completed in 2 days, with little disturbance to our daily lives (two children under age 2 & I work from home), and his crew thoroughly cleaned up after the project. His company does not have a Sheetrock crew to repair any spots where they need to cut into the wall, but they do cover any openings with plastic panels until you can repair it.I would highly recommend The Plumber for your plumber work or whole home re-pipe. Pricing was excellent (not too high or too cheap), and work is carried out quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Easiest quoting of the re-pipe I received from at least 6 different companies.

Had home warranty send a different plumbing company (Mr. Rooter) out to fix our clogged sink issue, they came out ran the auger and pulled back some tree roots only worked for about 1 minute then started quoting me on a job to replace the pipes in that bathroom. They didnt even run a camera into the pipe to see what was broken or to diagnose anything just found some roots and immediately quit the job and said the home warranty wouldnt cover anything dealing with tree roots (which they wont AHS home warranty is terrible). The Plumber came out here fixed my issue and charged me the same amount that I wouldve paid for the home warranty to come out here and not even fix the clog. Overall great service and will use them for every future issue when the warranty runs out.

I had a sewer back up from my toilet. My boyfriend and I cleaned the bathroom for 3 hours till 3am. I called ARS rescue rooter and they came out at 8am. They said it would be 69 to clean the main line. They had a “special” going on. When the guy got here he tried for maybe 10 minutes then said they would have to break ground and repair the line because of roots. He told me it was going to be 5500!!!! I told him no. Then he said well if you want a temporary fix we can use a jet but in a couple of months it will go back to the same thing. That service would be 584. We ended up paying him the 69 for nothing and he left. I called around About 10 places for quotes for the jet service the guy said would be a temp fix. The cheapest quote I got was 425 but not till the next day. I called “The Plumber” and he told me that these companies will come out and do that because they make commission even if it is something you don’t need. He came out with just a snake which is what the first guy was supposed to use and within 45 minutes it was fixed!!!! It only costed a couple hundred. He was VERY knowledgeable and explained everything. They even came out the SAME day. I highly recommend if you don’t want to overpay for work you don’t need.

So a late night water heater blows as water comes into the kitchen area from the attic. Early morning call was made and able to get me scheduled within an hour. Removed and replaced my water heater from the attic, replaced worn piping and ensured their work was complete all before leaving, which took just a little more than an hour. Talk about fast and efficient with an upfront cost provided. This absolutely is MY PLUMBER!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! You will not be disappointed! A++++
