OMG These guys are awesome. They came out promptly to service my boiler (screwed up by prev plumbers) and fixed FOUR ISSUES which had rendered the heating system basically not functional. They finessed one big issue without fuss and replaced or fixed 3 other issues with parts on their truck. Efficient, fairly priced and cute (hehe). I recommend them highly - esp as 3 other plumbers were responsible for - or had overlooked all of the problems. Bless Robert and Ignacio for their wonderful service to me. I heartily recommend these wonderful dudes.

Robert, the owner, and Ignacio were just here to repair our gas fireplace insert. They did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. They also did another diagnostic and repair on another fireplace insert, making the remote control work for the first time in 9 years. They also checked a direct vent gas heater and pointed to the evidence that it needs to be replaced. We are very satisfied with the work they did and the reasonable price they charged.

They we’re very professional when making the repair to my heating system. Very quick service and because I had a brand new pump on hand they did not charge me for the removal and replacement service. They did the install quickly. My system is off warranty so I did not expect to receive the service free. I was very appreciative of them.

What kind, knowledgable people. I was having issues with my hot water as well as my heat from mini-splits and they were so incredibly helpful and thorough. They immediately had a number of ideas about what was going on when I explained it, were able to explain what they were doing as they went, and solved the problem quickly. And again, were so kind and respectful of my space and time. Highly highly recommend.

Plumber was great. He showed up on time and was able to get my heater fixed and working. All it need was a sensor. Had another company come out and say I needed a new heater, luckily it got a second opinion. Highly recommend you to use company they are very good.

My wife called these guys two days ago (on a Saturday) with an emergency leak -- more like a firehose in the kitchen, but I digress -- and SFEP was very responsive, gave some advice over the phone and promptly showed up about an hour later. Now, having averted a complete disaster, and then proceeding to install a dishwasher (and not at all a standard install) during the same unscheduled visit, I am convinced that Fernando is the best plumber in the country -- I wouldnt think about using another company for all things plumbing and hearing in the future for any reason whatsoever. Thanks SFEP, you guys are hands-down the best in the business!PS - If you find some guy on a youtube video telling you its easy, no matter what IT is... Call these guys instead... Trust me. Ask me how I know?

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about Fernando and Jesus! I called Santa Fe Express Drain and Plumbing, as our mainline plumbing was backed up. Others said they could come on Friday which, as you know, is an issue when your plumbing is not working. But this great company and these two great men were at my house in less than an hour of my call. Plumbing companies in the past have really stuck it to us. Not this company. They solved the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. We now know where to go for our plumbing needs in the future. Thank you!!

I have been a landlord for over 30 years and from time to time plumbing problems come up at my rentals. By the far the most vexing is a sewer back up. I have tried many plumbing firms over the years but only Santa Fe Express Plumbing & Drain always shows up in a timely manner when a tenant has a backed up toilet/sewer line and they always do a good job.

Robert Martinez, apparently the/an owner, came out to my house on an emergency basis, two days before Thanksgiving, on less than a day notice, to fix my Burnham Series II boiler, which had stopping heating my house in consistent below-freezing early-morning weather. The problem turned out to be just the pilot light, which he re-lit; and he did some other small services, all for less than $140, including tax.I had been using Road Runner out of Albuquerque, but they couldnt get to my house for more than ten days! Fortunately, I found a reference to Robert in some old notes on my computer from 2015. He was thoroughly honest, prompt, courteous, professional and helpful—one of those good local *independent* contractors who are getting increasingly rare these days. Best of all, he picked up the phone in person, by the third ring. From now on, he will be my first call for plumbing and heating.

These guys are The Silver Lining, but awfully expensiveStrange to say, but Im glad the first plumber arrived, took one look at the High Efficiency Dual Flush Toilet I ordered and said, This is not a normal Toilet. This is not going to work.Luckily I then called Santa Fe Express Plumbers. I told them thered been a plumber before them whod said the toilet wasnt normal, wouldnt fit, and would have to be sent back. I REALLY hoped they could install it, and held my breath.They said, No problem. Ignacio said, Ive installed over a hundred of these in new construction.There were several obstacles, like the water valve for the inlet line having the wrong orientation for this particular commode. But, No problem. Ignacio got all the water in the house turned off, disassembled and cut the pipe, put a ninety degree bit in, and it was perfect.Because the toilet is one piece its cumbersome to say the least. It required holes being drilled in my tile floor so that it could be secured. Again, No Problem. These guys had the most wonderful, can do attitude. I just wish their price hadnt gone from $45/hr to $90/hr... which was each. And Robert didnt really do much other than watch.
