Cypress B Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. Chris and his staff came out and replaced my water heater and replaced some gate valves for ball valves. They were very punctual, communicated well, and did a great job.Overall, i found them to be professional and have confidence in the work that they provided. Thanks guys.

Chris did a terrific job installing a tankless water heater and boiler for my parents. The job was done on schedule, and with quality workmanship. Chris was patient with all of our questions and concerns. The price was reasonable compared to other plumbers in town, with no nickel-and-diming for things we didn’t need. Would recommend!

Chris was available the same day to come inspect the problem and gave me a quote (Monday at 5:30pm). He scheduled his work for the same week and he brought another worker with him. They were both super knowledgeable with excellent customer service. My furnace was at least a couple of decades old and he adapted all the needed ducts and parts to make it up to code. He an his team were really flexible in terms of time as well. I really appreciate his professionalism, he was on time every time and always communicating if anything changed. I cant not express how much I recommend his company. It is hard to find good quality services for affordable prices in Santa Fe but he sure has all the good qualities you want in your contractor. A+++ type of business.

Chris at Cypress Plumbing and Heating is the best plumber I have ever seen in my 35 years in Santa Fe. He has repaired a main line blowout in our front yard, installed a water softener, replaced the plumbing in several sinks and fixed leaking toilets. Always on time and his work is exceptional and prices are very reasonable. Stays in touch by text, comes back the same day if needed. I will never call any other plumber - hes amazing!

My experiences with Chris is that he is down-to-earth, reasonable, reliable, professional, easy to communicate with and service oriented. I had obtained other local estimates for replacement of a heating system with the addition of a cooling system. His estimate was the best and he never attempted to upsell me while still offering me options.

Our heating system stopped working on a Saturday, and on Monday at 8 AM I called Cypress B as a new customer and left a message. Chris Blea called me back in 6 minutes and said he would take a look that afternoon (we live in a rural area 15 miles from town - so at least an extra 30 mile roundtrip for him). He arrived an hour early, diagnosed the problem and ordered a part. The next morning he texted that the part would arrive Thursday and he would come at 4:30 to install it. On Thursday he arrived early (how many plumbers arrive early twice!), fixed it and texted when all was finished, and included pictures of an additional problem he found and fixed. Chris responsiveness, communication, promptness, honesty and skill are all the attributes of a perfect professional. We cant imagine that anyone could have done a better job, and we are so glad that we called Cypress B Plumbing.

Outstanding work, professional, always on-time and fair pricing. Highly Recommended! Our boiler broke apart on New Years Day and Chris was at our house first thing the next morning. Within just a couple of days he had our heat restored with a new high efficiency system. No one ever likes to spend money on this type of expense, but I feel like the system will be long lasting and ultimately save money on fuel costs. Thanks for doing great work Chris - you are our go-to plumber!

The gas went out in our house this week due to a frozen gas meter. I called Chris Blea at Cypress B Plumbing. Chris Blea is a SUPERSTAR! I called him when our heat went out and he answered his phone and showed up earlier than promised. He was detailed, responsive, knowledgeable, and took care of the problem with no delay. His price was extremely reasonable and Id give him 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend Chris for all your plumbing needs!
