We had a problem with the hot water coming out of all our faucets looking very cloudy opaque white even though the cold water came out clear. We had a broken shut-off valve replaced on our sprinkler system a day before we started noticing that the hot water was very cloudy. We thought that the sprinkler system fix might be causing the problem but we were unsure because the cold water seemed to not be affected. We called Wills Plumbing and Testing Service to help us figure out and fix this issue not knowing that the sprinkler system fix had caused dirt to enter the hot water heater. Chad, from Wills Plumbing, was very knowledgeable and went over the possible causes for the problem, one being the prior work done on the sprinkler system. He suggested to start with doing a flushing out of the hot water heater first. He did an excellent job and ended up having to flush the water heater 6 times before getting the water to run clear. We are very happy with the work Chad did to fix the problem for us and with his professionalism and knowledge to figure out what had caused the cloudy hot water.

Had a gas leak and they got right on it. The problem was due to poor work by our previous plumber many years ago, and it was a pretty big job to repair. But everything was done extremely professionally and on time, and the guys were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I felt the price was fair considering the amount of work involved. Wills Plumbing is the best! I have been using them since 2016. They have repaired multiple slab leaks in my home, in addition to installing a tankless water heater and a new water softener. They just took a week to re-route all the water pipes in my house just last month. I have worked with almost all of the plumbers at one time or another (Marc, Matt and Chad). They have all been extremely professional and thorough in their work. The office staff (Sam and Veronica) are very accommodating. This company will continue to be my plumbing company of choice.

We have been utilizing Wills plumbing and testing service for 3-4 years. Their work has included a major excavation to remove roots and install a double clean out system. Other visits done were things like faucet replacement, hot water heating maintenance, on/off faucet cartridge changes, etc. All the service personnel have been consistently courteous, knowledgeable, and competent. My new favorite plumbing company. And Nicolas Ferguson is an amazing member of it. Im blown away by the amount of thought he put into the quality of work on our water pump/pressure tank/filter system in our well house. Its just not something you seem to see anymore post Covid, so many slop jobs that people will come out and do seems to be the norm. But Nick thought through EVERY possible thing that could go wrong, and built it into our system. Bypass systems, shutoff valves, drainage options, insulation, everything. Well-secured and tidy. Its just not a level of service were used to seeing anymore, and we couldnt be happier with how seriously Wills Plumbing took our request for a bomb-proof setup. Theres no comparison when Wills sets things up with metal brackets, while another company balances booster pumps on pieces of PVC pipe.I couldnt recommend these guys any higher, best work weve had done in years. 1000% a joy to work with. I initially looked up google reviews for this company when my water heater broke down initially. Within a span of less than five days, a service call, diagnostic and installation of an entire water heater was complete. Refreshing to be straight to the point with their customers. 2023 my house had to replace both water heaters. There have been absolutely zero problems and I don’t expect there ever will be. For the yearly flush, The office called me and asked when was it convenient for ME FOR THE SERVICE. Again, prompt scheduling and the technicians were out within less than a couple of days since the scheduling. Very early arrival on a Monday morning no less. My water heater is in my attic so it was so hot and muggy. No complaints from either. They have a customer for life with me.

Tankless water heater flush was routine, it was once the water was turned back on that issues occurred. Sean tried multiple things to restore water pressure to the kitchen sink and shower head. there was sediment in the showerhead valve and some in the hot water side of the kitchen sink. After clearing it was determined that the cartridge was bad and needed to be replaced since he could get the functionality of the hot water to work. The cartridge was replaced but the faucet screw could not be placed back on the handle. Sean mentioned that I would not be charged for the labor in replacing the cartridge just the cost, but it seems I was charged for labor. Please let me know if that is the case. Sean is a professional, pleasant representative of your company

My septic went out after 45 years and I had to tie in the San Antonio sewage system. It was a massive job. But completed basically in two days.Half a day to excavate 100 foot trench going 5 to 8 feet down and tying into the dry creek bed behind me where the city runs its sewer.And a full day working in 100+ degrees to hook me to the sewer bypassing my old septicThey still have to put it all back together as far as the dirt goes but I’m not worried about that.

Blas, Sean, and I believe her name was Veronica (the lady working the phone) were each very kind and professional. Blas and Sean both came to my house to complete the repairs and ensured they explained what needed to be done and didnt even mind one of my cats watching them the entire time! I noticed an issue with my invoice, emailed the company for the correction, and Sam the GM responded quickly indicating it would be fixed. I truly appreciate this companys hard work and professionalism in taking care of their clients. Highly recommend!

Ive used this company before for my residential plumbing needs and have never been disappointed. This weekend on Saturday I noticed we werent getting very much hot water. Upon checking the water heater, I noticed a leak, so I called Wills Plumbing and Testing so see if they had a technician available who could come check things out. Marc arrived within an hour. Marc informed me that our water heater was 27 years old and had indeed sprung a leak at the drain valve. He explained that he could repair this but would most likely not resolve the limited hot water we were getting. Marc explained all.of our options to include just repairing the leak, replacing the water heater today, replacing on Monday, which would be cheaper due to it not being an after hours/weekend installation, to options for a tankless water heater system. We opted to replace the water heater that night and Marc got right on it. After the installation was complete, he reminded us of the warranty for the new water heater and answered all of our questions. Marc was friendly, informative, and professional. He kept us updated during the demo and installation processand left my property cleaner than he found it. It was a very good experience to a bad situation and highly recommend Marc and this company.

We got a very sturdy clog in our kitchen line. Unlike other big names, who just tried the auger a couple times to unclog the pipe but failed and then gave us an estimate for a pricy hydro jetting, Wills Plumbing checked the issue thoroughly and carefully, they then used the auger and went out of their way to fix the issue. I called Will’s Plumbing Testing Service on a Saturday after our upstairs bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. To my surprise an answering service didn’t answer - a live person took my call! I scheduled the emergency service and it was a short wait time for the plumber, Aaron Saenz, to arrive.Aaron was very professional and courteous. He asked questions, checked things, and then explained what needed to be done. He removed the things from underneath the sink for me, and put it back when he was done. Aaron even gave me some tips on keeping the drain clear as part of our own home maintenance to avoid emergencies such as the one I had. I thought that was very kind!When it came to prices and payment, I was impressed with how they were able to help us save money. I will definitely call Will’s Plumbing Testing Service for future plumbing needs, and I will recommend them to others too!!

My pressure was correct but my flow is low. They determined my problem comes from old metal pipes leaving rust in the line. After a small misunderstanding, they returned and fixed the problem. The problem was caused by another plumbing company using the wrong size piping. I now have the correct flow of water outside that had been missing for 6 years.My sprinklers work again, cutting my watering time outside in half. These are great people. I definitely would recommend Wills Plumbing to anyone and I will be hiring them again in the future.

I called Wills Plumbing for a leak coming from a pipe under the sod in my front yard. They scheduled a time to come out that same day and sent a text confirmation of the appt. They called ahead of schedule and asked if I would like my time slot to be moved up, because they finished another job earlier than expected, which was great! The plumber explained what the problem was, how it could be resolved, and worked efficiently to complete it. He explained why the leak occurred and that the new section of pipe being installed would help prevent the same type of leak in the future. For the work that was completed, including digging up the yard, removing and replacing pipeline, and filling in the holes after the work was completed, I feel like the cost was more than reasonable. This is the second time Ive used this company and both times have been excellent experiences!

Like so many, our souvenirs from Snowpocalypse 2021 were multiple burst pipes. We looked on Angie’s List for recommendations and Will’s Plumbing & Testing Service was far above everyone else in terms of reviews/stars. How do you even get nearly 2000 reviews and still have 5 stars? By being awesome.First, Susan is an angel, a goddess, and made up of everything wonderful in this world. I count Susan as a best friend at this point. Not even kidding. She is the point of contact for the company, so had been working all weekend fielding calls from desperate, impatient, and understandably angry Texans, yet still made me feel like I was the most important person in her universe. The earliest she could get someone out to us was several days later, but that was to be expected as we were all needing the same help. I received confirmation texts and reminders throughout the entire process and for every appointment. We even received a photo and bio for Herman, the god among men who came and granted us water. He’s family now. The first visit, Herman worked his magic to allow us water while bypassing the greater issues that would require much more time. He’d need to come back later.. This was understandable as the San Antonio area was in crisis and they had to triage emergencies. Suddenly we could flush toilets, wash clothes/dishes & take much needed showers. All thanks to Herman & Co. He came out about a week and a half later to finish the job, which required a second day and maintained excellent safety, work quality, and professionalism the entire time. I just can’t properly articulate our gratitude for Herman and for Susan, who continued to call me with reminders/updates, as well as text. We will never call another company for our plumbing needs.

Josh showed up on time and diagnosed a very simple problem, fixed it, checked all the valves and water pressure. He could have told me anything. The ladies at wills kept me up to date on when marc would arrive. They had to cancel my previous appt (which they apologized for) due to emergencies but i was first the next day. Needed a black iron pipe gas line installed from our existing gas line in the attic to our kitchen 2 floors below (About 10 feet over and 18 feet down) for a new slide-in gas range. Quote offered Trac Pipe tubing option as well but chose the pipe. Not an easy install but Alberto kept the drywall cuts to 3 locations as quoted. Also installed a recessed wall box with the ball valve ready for the new stove. He did a very professional and thorough job, including some pipe routing adjustments due to unexpected obstruction. Side note: Trac Pipe was used for the last 18 connection from original pipe to gas heaters in the attic when the home was constructed 17 years ago and Alberto actually found and fixed a small leak at the Flex Trac joint during the leak testing after his job was complete. Validated my decision to not go with Trac Pipe tubing on the inside of my walls. Overall, Alberto did an awesome job. This was first step of a kitchen remodel so drywall cuts no big deal. No surprises as everything he did was listed in the quote.

I called Will’s Plumbing to request a repair associated with no drainage through the garbage disposal. Previously, I had been told by the repairman from Aramendia Plumbing company that it should be replaced for over $400 while he was doing another job with questionable high cost. I did not like the overcharge for the other repair and refused that Armenidia take care of the problem associated with the drainage of the garbage disposal. We had a great experience with this company. We had no hot water in the downstairs portion of our home. We called Wills and they came out the very next morning. The man that came out was very nice and professional. He had to replace the thermocouple wire in the water heater. Total cost was $248 which was right at what we expected. He even did some cleaning in and around the water heater as well. Here is one more really neat thing about this company... they even called us the next day to follow up and make sure everything was working okay. Leaky kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and pipes underneath sink had me calling for help. Our kitchen sink was also “falling” more on one side than the other and needed sealing. Marc and apprentice John were super professional and took care of everything! They also took the time to explain in detail a more complicated problem that we did not know we had and the intricacies of the installation of this custom island’s appliances. (Our kitchen has 2 dishwashers which were not connected to the garbage disposal correctly by as they should have been.). Repair and correct installation required an additional part and work. Marc installed upgraded faucet and garbage disposal I had already purchased but most of all, corrected the connection of the 2 dishwashers. My husband and I are relieved problem is fixed and feel confident the sink will not have problems for a long time. They also honored discount I found on Yelp. Highly recommended.

I just moved back to help take care of my parents and we had a minor leak a couple of months ago in their home and needed a plumber ASAP. My brother gave me a couple of names and numbers and Wills Plumbing was the one that answered their phone (it was after hours on a Saturday night). They came out within the hour and helped remedy the issue and returned that following Monday morning to complete the job. We had another plumbing issue that needed to be addressed and they promptly came out again and took care of replacing an old cast iron pipe. My parents house is almost 60 years old and they have lived in it this whole time. Although this immediate issue was resolved, its opened up another issue that at some point will need to be addressed. Its a difficult decision for my parents to face but I want to thank Wills Plumbing-Josh and Joseph for being very courteous, professional and patient in explaining the process to myself and my parents.Thank you.
