Updated Info: Its been some time since my initial review. Im still working with the same plumbing team and I continue to be pleased with their service. They are always reliable, respectful, and trustworthy! I get the best service in San Antonio! I absolutely adore my experiences with this plumbing team. After dealing with no hot water for a month due to the mistakes of other plumbers, I gave them a call. Despite their busy schedule, they promptly sent someone over to take a look the same day. The repairs involved a sewer and water line replacement. They completed all the work in a single day and voila, we have hot water again! All the guys, like Frank and Blake, are incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. They patiently explained everything to me at least three times. This team is now my first call for any plumbing needs. Big thanks to Jerome and Blake!

Dano Plumbing is undoubtedly the best plumbing service Ive ever interacted with! Easton, who is part of their support team, was so friendly and helpful. He kept us constantly informed about when we could expect our plumber to show up. Our assigned plumber, Blake, was fantastic! He was very informative, promptly identifying the leak and providing a clear cost estimate for the repair. The job was done swiftly, and the leak was fixed in no time, allowing me to relax knowing that hot water isnt leaking in my home anymore. I cant thank you enough, Dano Plumbing! Called and had a chat with Blake who scheduled us promptly and was quick to return my subsequent call, allowing for an expanded work order. Our plumber, Santiago, did an outstanding job! We had one damaged toilet, he inspected two others and carried out other small replacement repairs. Moreover, he swapped out some worn out valves under the kitchen sink and outside that were around 35 years old, and promptly identified and fixed the refrigerator so the icemaker and water filter worked properly after many years of other servicemen giving us explanations about the complexity of the repair. Santiago served us efficiently and thoroughly, had his van loaded with all the necessary tools and parts, and kept me updated with costs by verifying prices with the main office before proceeding. It’s probably the first time a plumber has started and completed several tasks in one visit without saying, we don’t have the part, Ill have to come back another time! Plumbing fixes can be expensive so quality and efficiency are crucial. I believe that going with this company was a wise investment and Im very thankful for their spot-on, friendly, fast-paced, tidy, and first-rate service. Highly recommended.

The team was exceptional, particularly Blake who was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process of replacing our kitchen sink. Blake suggested a beautiful stainless steel under-mount sink which he then installed for us. The project was quite challenging and took the whole day, but the result was a fantastic looking kitchen. The company is now under new management and their service is truly first-rate. Im pleased with the level of service we received in San Antonio and would recommend these guys for any plumbing needs.

Dano Plumbing provided services that were neither the highest nor the lowest priced. We employed them for a particularly challenging task. They were responsive, taking calls and responding promptly. They even leave voice messages and send texts. We had contacted numerous plumbers, but unfortunately, over half didnt even bother to reply. One was a no-show, and several others were clearly uninterested in a demanding job, preferring simpler tasks like faucet replacement or unclogging traps. However, Carter from Dano Plumbing was different. He spent two full days dealing with deteriorating cast iron and working in cramped spaces. He collaborated effectively with another tradesperson to complete the job. There were no significant issues beyond the typical compromises in a remodel situation. Their service was commendable and we would definitely consider them for future plumbing needs in San Antonio.

The plumbing service is fantastic! I was faced with an urgent situation when my water heater developed a serious leak while I was away from San Antonio. Curtis responded promptly and not only cleared the water heater for the restoration crew, but also arranged for us to have hot water while repairs were being made. We also needed our furnace to be removed so work could start, and no other company could assist us that same day. Curtis and his colleague, Santiago, stepped in to help. Curtis is knowledgeable and efficient. I would, and have already, suggested him for all plumbing-related services!

Recently had a problem with my toilets starting to bubble, which then led to my kitchen sink having similar issues. Carter and Frank from Dano Plumbing, were the two guys who came to help and they did a fantastic job. They were very quick to address my concerns, highly knowledgeable, professional, and managed to keep my yard as tidy as it was when they first arrived. They solved the problem and also let me know that my septic tank needed pumping. They even recommended a service for that. I was really impressed with them and will always turn to them for any future plumbing problems. Their team is top-notch! You wont be disappointed, to say the least! Thanks again, guys!

Easton and Frank, the plumbing experts, were incredibly friendly and professional. They arrived at my San Antonio home to perform a hydrostatic test to check for any leaks under my foundation. Thankfully, my plumbing system passed the test with flying colors. Although I was initially expected to pay $250, they generously didnt charge me at all. This is unheard of - not having to pay for the visit or the service provided. I feel so fortunate to have been introduced to this honest and reliable plumbing service. Santiago was truly exceptional. He managed to make the ordeal of dealing with a malfunctioning septic drain field a surprisingly positive experience. He dived right into the task and didnt stop until everything was perfectly in order. His rapport with the county inspector was commendable and he left the yard in great condition. Not long after, we encountered problems with a non-draining toilet. Santiago was quick to respond, coming over promptly to verify that the septic system was functioning properly. He then dedicated 2 additional hours to disassemble the toilet and remove a tennis ball that must have been dropped by our dog. Remarkably, he didnt even charge for this extra time spent.

Initially, we had engaged a different plumber, but felt their efforts were lacking, so we decided to reach out to Dano Plumbing. Easton was the one who responded to our call and proved to be exceedingly helpful. Upon his first inspection, he informed us that contrary to what the previous plumber had said about tree roots blocking our pipes, the real issue was a poorly configured pipe beneath our house. This was causing a backup every time we ran the washing machine, leading to the overflowing of all our toilets and shower. Easton returned a couple of days later to rectify the problem. His intervention saved us upwards of 8k dollars and we havent encountered any issues since then. His service was marked by transparency, honesty, and reliability.

I told her that my water heater wasnt firing up. The receptionist was empathetic and assured me that the technician, blake, would come. Blake texted me when he was en route. Hes professional and meticulously inspected each component of the water heater. He identified and resolved the problem. Blake also checked my oil tank to make sure he didnt overlook anything. He showed me the busted filter (I skipped a few annual cleanings). He spent a considerable amount of time ensuring everything was clean and functioning well. Blake explained every step he took, how everything operates. He is a valuable asset to their team and to us customers. The cost, service quality, timeliness, and especially the professionalism of this team exceeded my expectations. This is now my preferred go-to plumbing service!

Our experience was truly outstanding! We detected a primary leak in our basement and reached out to Bryce & Sons Plumbing LLC around 7PM. By 8:30, they were at our doorstep, which was understandable considering they had other appointments before ours. Our repair was handled by Walter, who did a fantastic job! He was thorough in his explanations and honest about what needed to be done. Walter addressed all our queries in a professional manner. Furthermore, he was incredibly kind to our dog and cat who kept trying to accompany him in and out of the house. UPDATE: During a particularly cold spell, some of my pipes succumbed to the freezing temperatures. Before heading out of San Antonio, I shut off my water supply, crossing my fingers that my recently fixed PEX wouldnt give way. Fresh memories of previous plumbing issues made me anxious, so I pleaded with Isaac to check on my house when I got back, to ensure everything was in order. Despite his jam-packed schedule, Isaac made an extra effort to give my house a thorough inspection, leaving me greatly relieved. Outstanding customer service indeed! ORIGINAL POST: My house had undergone some temporary fixes after a recent storm, but the pressing need for a complete repiping was still unattended. Thats when Frank stepped in and did a phenomenal job. His breadth of knowledge, professionalism, communication skills, and proficiency were impressive. But what set him apart was his impeccable work ethic. I cant recommend him enough!

Great experience. I cant emphasize enough how good Dano Plumbing is. When my shower wouldnt turn off, Jerome came out, even though it was a holiday, to repair a faulty shower valve. He was considerate, polite, and went above and beyond. After replacing the shower, Jerome addressed some pressure issues, leaving everything in a superior state than when I first moved in. I mentioned another issue Id been facing in a different bathroom, and Jerome fixed that too while he was here. Each individual I interacted with, from the person who answered my call to Jerome himself, was extremely professional and a joy to work with. Highly recommended.

As part of Dano Plumbings top-notch service, I managed to get my pipes and drains checked out all at once. This morning, blake and his colleague easton, showed up with a beaming grin. blake was very approachable, friendly and put my worries to rest. He detailed how both him and easton would cooperate to get both our systems checked as quickly and efficiently as possible. Initially, I was informed it would be a lengthy process, but blake assured me their teamwork would speed things up. They both got right to it and finished the task pretty swiftly. Once done, blake explained what they had accomplished and made suggestions for future services. As soon as they entered my home, they slipped on shoe covers, a gesture I thought was unnecessary, but they insisted it was company policy, which I respected and appreciated. I would surely endorse Dano Plumbing for any plumbing issues you might encounter. They were very responsive, friendly and efficient. This review was a while back. For some reason, I couldnt post a new review without removing this one, but didnt want to erase it as it exemplifies my continued satisfaction with their service. My husband made a call when the office was off-duty but didnt leave a message as it wasnt pressing. The very next working day, they called to check if everything was okay, noticing our missed call. A few days later, isaac came out to service our water heater. He was very friendly, engaging and professional. He elucidated what he was doing and why. He also suggested options to enhance our system. isaac was very knowledgeable. I was extremely content with this experience.

What a fantastic experience with curtis and easton (his apprentice from san antonio)! we were appointed to a plumbing company by our exterior plumbing warranty company. they arrived to inspect a water leak somewhere in our yard around mid-afternoon. they quickly located the leak near the meter; it turned out to be an old pipe leading away from the citys meter. regrettably, they needed the citys assistance to shut off the main valve in order to repair it. they had to attend to a few other jobs while waiting for the citys crew to arrive. upon their return in the evening, the citys crew was still en route, but curtis and easton were kind enough to wait. luckily, the citys crew arrived shortly thereafter. curtis and easton even lent a hand, helping remove the cement casing around the water meter to access the flooded shut-off valve. once the valve was turned off, curtis and easton quickly got to work, and within half an hour, they had everything repaired. what was truly remarkable was their thorough cleanup afterward. despite it being 7pm on a friday night, they made sure to clean up all the mud, not only on the sidewalk but also in the street and surrounding areas. overall, we were extremely impressed by these two gentlemen and would not think twice about calling them for any future plumbing needs.
