    Both Justin and Anthony were excellent in helping me and my wifes business get up to code. They replaced pipes, installed a new water heater and modernized/future proofed our system so we wont have to worry about any issues any time soon. Also, they were super quick.     Had water pressure issues that caused a jackhammer noise in the walls. It was very alarming. Submitted a service request on Angi and within 5 minutes Reliant called me and set up am appointment for their guys to come and check it out. Steven and Tyler showed up at the time they said they would and diagnosed the issue within 10-15 minutes of being there. They explained the problem and showed me everything that points to the PRV being the root cause. Scheduled their installer to come install a new PRV and they were there same day. Done within 30 minutes. Easy as can be. No more banging noises in the walls. You get what you pay for with this company. Quality, prompt, and friendly service.

    Jason was incredible! Highest customer service and professionalism I’ve ever had from a plumber. He really knows plumbing. Helped me out in a pinch on a weekend when I was out of town and had an unidentified leak. Noticed lots of other issues and gave me a fair price to fix all. Took the time to really explain and show me how my plumbing system works and how to operate from now on. He even went on his own time to Ferguson’s and picked out new faucets for me…sending me photos for my approval….saving me hours of time! He added a shut-off valve inside my house so I didn’t have to go outside and mess with the yucky SAWS meter (full of bugs and needing a special tool) if I had another incident. I trust him to be in my house without me. He replaced 2 leaking faucets, 1 broken garbage disposal, gave me an indoor shutoff valve and replaced some other leaking parts. I will be using him again should I have any other plumbing needs. I highly recommend!

    Homer Dinsmore was the technician who was assigned and who responded to our call for help today. Homer answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. He educated us regarding what we thought were symptoms of a drainage problem. After a thorough inspection, he offered his opinion as to the “real” cause of our problem and offered possible solutions. Homer was professional, calm, and friendly. And, I appreciated his patience as he helped us talk through and answer questions to a very irritating problem we have been experiencing. I have left two 5-star reviews for two Reliant Plumbing employees so far. From our initial experience with Reliant, the company has been honest, fair, exceptionally reasonable, available, and prompt. They are now our number 1 “ go to” for plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

    Steven and Kevin came came out during the freeze, gave me options and quotes then made the repair and insulated the pipes inside and out. Thanks to them and Relient for living up to the company name. I called 2 other local companies first but nobody would come tonight and it was an urgent need. I also took advantage of the membership offer, now I feel comfortable calling Relient first knowing that I will be taken care of in the future.

    Called Reliant because we werent able to find any obvious leaks, until we dug deeper. It was on a Sunday. They arrived earlier than expected, which was nice! Austin and Kevin got to work, they were professional, and hard working. Found leaks at three joints on a pipe running out of the house. They cleaned up their mess and were on their way. Will definitely call them again!

    After receiving a second bill from SAWS for over $500, we knew we had a leak somewhere. We called Reliant Plumbing and are so glad we did. They were here without an hour of calling. Their crew was very professional, detected the source of the leak within a few hours and had it repaired in the same day. They arent cheap, but you get what you pay for. I can go to bed tonight knowing that we arent wasting water or money anymore.BTW...Roman rocks! A hard worker, very timely and incredibly knowledgeable!

    I needed an emergency cartridge fix this morning. Its an easy fix and probably $400 cheaper if I did it myself. However I needed to make sure that I had no other issues going with the pipes. My building is super old and the water comes out brown and muddy from sediment. Steven and Anthony arrived in a timely fashion and were professional. In a pinch for an emergency service Id d recommended calling Reliant.

    What a great experience with Reliant Plumbing! I was able to set an appointment easily with the Eve over the phone. The next day, plumber Sergio Zuniga came out to help with my clogged sink. He was knowledgeable and very personable. He was able to educate me on what was going on with 60year old plumbing and gave me tips to make sure I didn’t end up with a clogged sink again.What a great first time homeowner plumbing experience!     We called Reliant Plumbing out to access a mysterious leak that we were having inside of our home causing water damage .Upon speaking with dispatch we were quickly booked for same day appointment . Steven was dispatched out to our house and was very professional throughout the whole process. He was very thorough in investigating and did not give up to find it. Steven was able to assure that the leak was not coming from the fresh potable water system and he thought it may be a drainage issue . Upon opening Sheetrock Steven was able to find a cast iron pipe in the wall that was the closest thing to the leak . At that point reliant plumbing recommend that we perform a camera inspection on line for further investigation.On the camera we were able to find that cast iron going down into the slab was completely cracked and causing the leak . Steven and Reliant plumbing than proposed a great option to perform a Epoxy Patch Liner (trench less technology ) rather than digging up our wood flooring ! Overall very happy with the whole Reliant plumbing experience! Highly recommend this company .

    Had the best experience with Reluant Plumbing thanks to Sergio and Jason. I had an email from SAWS saying I had irregular water usage of over 460 gallons since last night. I called SAWS and they helped me with ways to find the leak but I couldnt find anything. I called them and theyre service desk was helpful. These guys were my first plumbers and they came out same day. They informed me of what theyre going to do and the purpose and answered all my questions. Super professional. They did a noninvasive test and found that the water meter was faulty and there was no leaks. Thats probably the best news I couldve gotten from this incident. Thanks guys!

    Had a surprise water leak from our ceiling, Reliant sent out a team the same day we called. The source was not obvious but Sam and Kevin spent extra time to try and diagnose the problem which ended up being 2 floors up from where we saw the leak. They were friendly and professional, and got the job done same day (extensive project requiring rerouting drain pipes outside). They made sure to clean up well afterwards too. Highly recommend.

    Samuel came and did an amazing job but then went beyond the job. He went and purchased plywood so I could drive over the break in driveway.     After foundation work, we found out that our main sewer line require a lot of repair. We did go through several companies to make sure we had the right fit for the work and the pocketbook. Sergio,Chris Anthony,and Samuel were very professional and open about what to expect if there were other issues that they did not detect, which ended up being a whole new main sewer line, along with the foundation being cemented into parts of the line , which lead to redirecting the sewer line. Im glad we have a smaller house under 1200 square feet because it went from the rear of the house to the front. They did excavate by hand the whole way. I have been under the house and can appreciate the work done by hand. We are now waiting for the two inspections to happen before they fill the hole up. I hope all goes well so I can return with another 5 star-rating!
