They dug 4 feet down to find the leak, and really went above and beyond to get the repair done quickly. Well Nick and Clay were extremely and professional with my multiple plumbing issues today. From an unexpected piece of jewelry gone down the sink this morning, to fixing a another leaky sink, to totally repairing a toilet, the expansion tank on my hot water heater and a few other things my non-plumbing self lost track of. They explained everything to me and answered ALL of my questions, which were quite a lot. Definitely would recommend.

We contacted Georges Plumbing to replace our two old toilets, and Christopher and Pablo did an outstanding job from start to finish. They provided us with four different options, and we selected one that fit our budget. During the installation, they discovered a broken flange, which added to the cost, but they worked with us to keep the expenses as close to our original budget as possible. On top of that, they went above and beyond by inspecting our garbage disposal, which we thought was broken. They removed some plastic pieces free of charge, saving us from having to replace it entirely. Their honesty and professionalism were truly impressive. We will definitely call them again in the future!

I had a malfunctioning water pressure regulator that was causing problems in the house. Chris and Pablo came out the same day and replaced the regulator and other components that had been damaged. They took time to explain the work that needed to be done and provided me with options to fit my budget. As they were working, they explained what was being done and the components they were replacing. Overall, great experience, highly recommend. I have been beyond impressed with the punctuality, honesty, knowledge, patience to explain things, and superb professionalism of Kody and Patrick. I had a very complicated job, and their price was beyond fair. I had roots growing into my piping in 14 ft of foundation no longer. Very honest company. Called George Plumbing thinking we needed a water pressure regulator installed because of rattling pipes. Tyler and Freddy checked our system and explained that we did not need an expensive repair and that it was only our outside garden hose valve needed replacing. That fixed it and the rattle was gone. A less honest company could have milked us for a lot more. Tyler and Freddy provided fast honest service. Thank you!

I routinely maintain my Rinnae tankless water heater and discovered a small leak in the filter. While I had the parts, I could not remove the old broken filter so called George Plumbing. Doug Fielder and Austin M came out in a few days time and not only replaced the filter, but answered all my questions on winterization and how to protect my system during a winter storm should I lose power. They also helped me with a clogged air gap line. They were prompt, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt the service fee was reasonable. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who owns a Rinnae system or for other plumbing issues.

I just saw this company online as I was searching for a new plumber for several issues at my home and they were one of the first companies at the top of google search engine.We had to replace a leak in one of our bathroom sinks as well as another leak from our toilet in the same bathroom. Gus gave me a great explanation of what needed to be done knew exactly what to do and best way to approach the issue.He also installed a new toilet that he recommended based on what I was looking for.In addition, I we also needed to take our old washer out and install the replacement with both washer connections for the hoses which Gus easily installed himself. Also very satisfied with the new washer installment. All the work he did was thorough and quick...and the cost was very fair and reasonable, we also discussed some more work and projects for the near future that I am looking to do at my home and I will definitely be calling George Plumbing for that as. George Plumbing Company gave a reasonable estimate, but it took significantly longer (6 hours versus 2 hours) than anticipated because the previous water heater installation had been botched. Dan is obviously very observant and detail-oriented. He may be a perfectionist. My wife thinks that they left the laundry room cleaner than when they began the job. They were punctual, polite, pleasant and worked quietly. We cant say enough good things about George Plumbing, a GREAT company!

George Plumbing sent over Will and Nathan to fix a yard leak. They were fantastic...Copper line located among large multi-trunk crepe myrtles near water meter had a hole and existing pressure relief valve was broken so psi varied wildly with and without adjustment. They gave me estimated quote substantially lower than other plumber (who tried to upsell me on work I didnt need) and final bill was lower than esitmate because it took them less time than anticipated ... Replaced a section of copper pipe with flexible pipe that could move with root growth and replaced the pressure relief valve. Everything tidy and they had me inspect their work at every stage. They put cover back over the valve and placed pea gravel (extra I had in garage) inside and under valve so mud would not cake around the valve. Very happy with this company!!

Kudos to George Plumbing and especially Shawn Jackson. No one likes a repair call by a plumbing company, but Shawn and George Plumbing made it as pleasant as possible by being on time (amazing!) and extremely courteous. We had a big problem that several other companies had misdiagnosed, but Shawn crawled under house and IDed the problem. They gave us several options and when we chose the middle-priced option, they stayed and did the repair right then. It was a smelly, dirty job in a cramped space, but they did it and cleaned up every molecule of dirt. Absolutely use these guys--and i recommend you ask for Shawn!

I live in a 73 year old house with original plumbing. The kitchen sinks backed up and did not respond to chemical clearing. I Yelled for George and Will S. and Freddy came over first thing Monday. They tried to clear the blockage from the outside cleanout, but the way the pipes were installed made that impossible. So, they went at it from the other end. The usual snake machine was too large, so they pulled out a smaller machine and worked it for at least an hour to clear the blockage.These men are true professionals. They put on their booties every time they came in the house. Update: I just had another great experience. I had a pipe burst in the back yard with this below freezing weather. I knew to call George Plumbing right away. I was given a realistic appointment time (two days later). But they called back and they were able to fit me in the same day! Duane and Lee came out and were so friendly and knowledgeable. I had heard of them being an established local company with familiarity with older houses, so when a drain stopped in 1945 era part of our house I decided to give them a call. They came out promptly, diagnosed a significant issue with an almost 80 year old drain line, gave me a reasonable estimate, and scheduled the work. They came today and spent a day replacing the line, keeping me informed along the way and solving a major problem. I called George Plumbing at just after noon and Ellie told me that they had a master plumber they could send out between 2-4pm that day!Austin and Dan showed up at about 3:00 after I received a courtesy call from George Plumbing that they were on the way.When they arrived I showed them where water was leaking from the garage ceiling under the laundry room. I told them I thought it was a ripped copper pipe or that a fitting had come loose.They checked the laundry room first for a cursory look to ensure the leak wasn’t in there, and it wasn’t.We went back into the garage and Austin used a ladder to view the leak after Dan turned the water on.Austin found the leak IMMEDIATELY! It wasn’t a pipe leak at all but rather the Thermal Expansion Tank on top of the water heater had a pinhole size leak in it so when it was leaking it was spraying the ceiling giving the appearance that it was coming from the ceiling.I was so happy he found that pinhole as it negated very expensive repairs.Austin and Dan are very professional and know their trade, and are very personable.I would have them back in a heartbeat and can highly recommend George Plumbing.Thank You George Plumbing for making my day!

Weve used George Plumbing for several projects over the past few years. In 2020, they did a ton of work at my in-laws house which we were remodeling, and our experience was so good that Ive continued to use them for issues at my own home. Yesterday, Will and Austin came by and reset a leaky toilet. The wax ring (which had previously been installed by another company in 2018) had given out. I work from home and was in a zoom meeting when they arrived. They got right to work and were cleaning up when my meeting concluded less than 1 hour later. Obviously they were quiet and efficient, and they did an amazing caulk job around the toilet and cleaned up the area completely! You wouldnt have even known they were there, except...no more toilet leak! Will and Austin were incredibly kind and professional as have been all the employees Ive met over the last few years. George Plumbing is the best of the plumbers. Shawn Jackson fixed everything wrong with my shower and bathtub plumbing with no baloney. The office and plumber were efficient, explained what they were doing and why, were polite, and best of all - they knew what they were doing! The price was also terrific. I had 2 other young plumbers that were so bad I fired them before they began, because they clearly did not know what was wrong, or what they were doing, but boy- could they bill! George Plumbing and Shawn are old-school in the best sense. They do it right, and at a reasonable price! Love them!

However when it wasnt a simple clogged drain he didnt give up, but investigated further and resolved the problem in a timely manner. I appreciate that he explained the issues throughout the process. We had another company come out the day before and it was more of a sales call. They attempted to sell us on a service plane that would allegedly save us money. They had a Standard Rate and then a Value Rate if you purchased their service plan. It was very expensive and I felt there was an attempt to take advantage of us on the price. I declined their service and paid the service fee.I called George Plumbing after the other plumbers left. The lady who answered the phone at George Plumbing was very friendly and scheduled us for the next day. Kody and Josh arrived from George Plumbing. They were kind and professional. They did not try to sell us on anything and advised of the price and completed the job in a timely manner. Kody told us the price the other company quoted should never have been quoted for the job we needed done.I recommend George Plumbing and feel they way they treated us on our simple faucet leak was definitely fair and we will be using them again if needed.Thank you George Plumbing for being honest and not attempting to rip us off like the other company.

Getting estimate for routing gas line to kitchen for kitchen remodel. I very much appreciate tradesmen who know what they are doing. Shawn is an excellent plumber. I always ask for him specifically--hes that good.
