Not going to lie, we were a hard couple to sell to. We had it installed in October 2023 and I have been waiting to post my honest review.We had just bought a house and were interested in a water softener, eventually, and ignorant to the benefits of a water treatment system. James changed all of that. He was so kind, respectful of our time, and knowledgeable. I had such a great experience with him answering all of our questions, and we had many, that it was a smart choice to go with Hydroclear. We got the water treatment system (softener and water treatment) PLUS the reverse osmosis for drinking water. I love the way the water feels, not rough anymore and not too silky. The equipment is flawless and the service is great.Now for installation… I thought it was going to be a quick plug-and-play, wham-bam-thank-you-ma’am situation. It was not. Alex walked me through how the entire system operates and made sure all of my questions were answered, again, lol. (We had a lot of questions.) Not only that, I mentioned how I wanted to upgrade my kitchen and with a different faucet and a couple of extra parts and he just installed them for me! Right then and there! Alex really went above and beyond and I can’t thank him enough for how much I love my kitchen sink now. It sounds silly, but it would have been one of those projects that you put off forever and it got done that day.Financing was a breeze and James, Alex and the whole Hydroclear team really made this an easy experience for us, even though I feel we were not the easiest to work with. This is our first house and we were scared to make a wrong decision, but there was is no wrong decision when it comes to these guys. Point blank period.Oh and lifetime soaps!!! Yay!!

James and Angelica came to our home and gave us a very educational and compelling presentation. We purchased the top of the line life time warranty home water purifier and reverse osmosis.Our water is so much softer on us and we can tell a tremendous difference now whenever we wash our hands and hair. Our drinking water is also night and day.I totally forgot to mention our installer!! He went above and beyond what was asked after running into an issue that may have caused a delay. Everything is sealed nice and tight and weve had no issues.

My water specialist was Chris De La Garza and he absolutely went above and beyond with my water softener installation. My brother and I just bought a brand new house that was just built and needed a water softener installed. When we first meet, I loved the deal and when I told him that my 1 year warranty for my water heater would be null and void if they installed the water softener, since they were going to have to modify my water heater, he said they would throw in a warranty for 1 year if I signed up with them. I am more than satisfied with his service and would definitely recommend this company because they will go above and beyond for you. He was also so informative about the quality we would be receiving if we ended up going with the services. Talk to me step by step why to go with them and I was more than impressed. Amazing man and so funny to talk to as well. He was very formal when talking about business but also switched up and became very down to earth and friendly to talk to.

PJ was also very professional and communicated with me from start to finish of the install. He did my plumbing and installed my system. He was also very knowledgeable, nice and respectful. He went through what would take place with the system and told me everything I needed to know. He made sure I knew where to buy the salt to replenish the tank, he tested the water after install, and he was very easy to understand as I am new to all this.Both James and PJ were amazing to work with. They’re very easy to talk to and made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. PJ also followed up with me a few days later to see how the system was doing.10/10 highly recommend this company. You will not regret it.

It would be extremely difficult if not impossible to improve on the customer service, punctuality, quality, great prices thoughtfulness and professionalism this company offers. After receiving several quotes from other companies and a few plumbers Patrick came over on a Saturday explained everything thoroughly and it was plain to see that this company was different in a very good way! Alexx then came by on Monday to install the RO system. Same wonderful attitude and customer care. He even brought a fixture that matched my sink perfectly and explained everything very well. On the same Monday the challenging install of the filter and softener came next and Andrew and Gilbert knocked that out no problem. Total pros! I could not be happier. Hydroclear was the 3rd company I talked to about a water softening system. They were able to schedule my initial appointment that same day. Patrick came by and did his demonstration and answered all of our questions. He seemed straightforward and I never felt pressured to buy, but I signed up with them that same night. Our house didn’t have the plumbing for a water softening system so a dig was necessary, but they were able to schedule it for two days later. Efren and his dig crew were great. All around we had an easy and positive experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a water softening system and great customer service.

I ordered my softener after moving I to a new house. Alexx was very good with providing me all the answers to my questions and helping to ensure a quick install date. Also, work forced me to move to Florida and Alexx was great to work with, not only in scheduling the removal of the appliance from my house but also making sure to provide the necessary information I needed to contact services for installation once I moved.I also had to have a repair done after SNOWVID power outages. The technicians were very quick to get to my house and provide the repair services needed.I would highly recommend buying from them and would use their services again if I move back to Texas.

Annette sold me on the water softener and filtration system. She was very polite and knowledgeable. I was torn between two company’s and it came down to cost and the warranty. You can’t beet the product they are providing and on top of that they offer a lifetime warranty which is very nice. Other company’s offer 2 year or 7 and only on specific parts. Jonathon and another associate came out to install the product for me and was very respectful. They showed up on time and was able to install the water softener and reverse osmosis filtration system quickly. I would recommend this product to anyone. My only advise is don’t go to Lowe’s or Home Depot for a water softener. Spend the extra money, it will be worth it in the long run and do your research.

Abraham Mendoza came by our house before we closed and we got to know him and a little about his company. When we closed he came out to test our water and finish the great conversation about the wonderful benefits of softener and filtrated water. We wanted the water softener but some companies soften the water but don’t take out the chlorine and other damaging chemicals. We were blown away from the demonstrations Abraham performed and were excited to purchase our water system. The installation team was proficient and the process was quick. We love being able to hook the water hose up to the system to wash our cars and the drinking filtration that they put in our kitchen. They drilled perfectly into our new granite and I just love the smell, taste, and the feel of our filtrated water. Abraham also got us when he mentioned with the two of us using the system that we would probably only have to buy salt a couple times a year verses our older one we bought salt every 5-6 weeks or less. My skin is no longer dry and we love our showers and 🛀. Thank you Abraham for answering all our questions, giving us choices for payment plans, your honesty, professionalism, and a Cool Personality. Miraculously Deshawn Scott left his business card at our door the day before we first called the vendor given to us by the builder. Mr. Scott was very knowledgeable and his presentation on The HydroClear System was amazing. His approach to financing was the biggest selling point. First off I have to talk about the professionalism when Annette came out to my house not only did she come once she came twice because my wife unfortunately had to go into work but she showed me the water test then came later back that evening fighting traffic to get over here show the water test to my wife. she was very professional very knowledgeable wasnt pushy whatsoever with buying the unit basically heres your water this is what the system can do for you and the house and the family and left it up to us. Few days later Then Alex and PJ came out the technicians highly professional highly knowledgeable was on time I cant say nothing but good things about the setup the connection that theyve installed top notch service. Not to mention the pricing on this unit and the monthly payment is doable everybodys credit is different and debt to income ratio is different but definitely highly recommend them over any other company that has come out to give us a quote and or estimate.. since I live on the Alamo ranch side of Texas are hard water is extreme compared to other parts of San Antonio.. I cant stress this enough give them a call have them come out look at your water let them show you what the system can offer and go from there. One side note about the professionalism and the caringness of this company my neighbor was getting really dry flaky itchy skin from the hard water she had tried every lotion under the sun to get her skin to moisturize not only did they schedule her sooner than myself cuz we signed up at the same time they scheduled it sooner so that she can stop itching and get that unit put in so that she could start to feel better and by the way a quick update on her her skin is starting to feel better she hasnt changed any of her routine except for the water and the itchiness and dry skin is slowly going the way .. they didnt have to try to schedule her sooner but they did.. caring compassion was there. which you dont get anymore and that type of customer service in businesses today..

3 days after moving into our new home Annette came to demonstrate the difference between hard water and soft water. I was amazed by her knowledge and how well she demonstrated the difference between the two types of water. I think my favorite test that she conducted was the ivory soap and the guessing game on how many drops it takes form bubble. I was definitely sold on the first demo with the changing in color on how clean my water really was, and the fact that I was consuming hard water that was not so clean. DANG, it’s time for a change! Anyhow, Annette believes in the company she works, therefore, she stands by her product, with that being said, Annette provides outstanding customer service (very personable) and she is always striving to make her customer feel satisfied (happy and confident) with their purchase. I love that fact that this company provides such good customer service. With that said, Annette being our representative for our area, made it her priority to check on us to see how the installation went, a week later brought us additional salt bags, and two to three weeks later to see how we were doing with the water softener. I love that she went out of her way, and this form of action makes me proud that I purchased this product. Anyhooch, Ive noticed the changes; my skin went from rough to soft and smooth like a baby’s bottom, my hair from a frizzy bear to shiny and relax. I no longer look like Im out of control. Also, when I cook I notice the foods I cook and hot tea that I boil contain a different taste texture (very tasteful). Overall, I love this company, and I love my new water system. I recommend this company to anyone who wants a good water softener and a lifetime warranty with their product. If you want Annette, well you have to move to my area. :-)

Annette was great. I was a little hesitant about getting the water softener because of having a new home and all the good stuff that comes along with it. Im new to Texas and didnt think I needed a water treatment system. Annette showed me how disgusting the water is without the treatment, and I couldnt believe my eyes, from my own faucet! She also showed me how the untreated water leaves a film, which I had already noticed. I was convinced I definitely needed a system. This system has a lifetime warranty and Annette is always in contact to ensure everything is good. They already made two extra calls to the house (no charge), one to check on the sink faucet and they other to stock me up with some extra bags of salt, so thoughtful. They also have great pay plans. I highly recommend this system, and ask for Annette because she knows what shes doing.

We have had our system for about 3 months. We love it! We love the way it makes our skin feel after we shower. We love the way we use less soap when cleaning laundry and dishes. The drinking water filter is great, we used to go to Walmart and fill our 5 gallon bottles and now we just fill it from our filtered spout! We dont have the hard water stains any longer on our faucets, shower door, and more. Definitely look into this for your family, at least give them a chance to show you what they can offer.

We had an initial consult with Hydroclear and unfortunately ended up going with a water softener from Lowe’s for about $2000. However, even after a few months I always felt we still had hard water and that it didn’t work effectively for our house. After a few months, we decided to call Hydroclear again. Patrick came by our house for another consult to test our water and we decided we would make the investment and purchase their filtration system and reverse osmosis at our sink. We could tell the difference of our water within the first day of it being installed. It is amazing how much of a difference it made. My husband tends to be skeptical and he actually admitted he could tell the difference as well. For those considering this system, I highly recommend it. Please don’t make the same mistake that I did in purchasing a water softener at a store. We appreciate all of Patrick’s help. Annette came in right after we bought our first home and immediately showed us that she was part of our community. She knew every one of her customers on our block BY NAME. Of course, when all our your neighbors are buying into a machine thats priced higher than most you see, it makes you wonder--why? She spent about an hour turning my kitchen into a science lab, showing us how gross our water was (12-15 grains), how it affected our finances, and how it affected our skin. After she did the hand soap test, my hand (cleaned with unfiltered water), was WHITE--like chalk white. All because of the water hardness. No other rep had done this for me. None had really taken the time to explain the science and that it would help my habit of breaking dishwashers with hard water.She then broke the financing aspect down for us. The first thing she asked was why did you buy this home if you had been renting? You are tired of giving someone else money. Ok, so why would you throw yourself back into another rental contract on a water softener? (Touche, Annette, Touche)We then came to see the reasons the other machines were cheaper- no lifetime guarantee, guaranteed replacement, lack of equipment maintenance if needed, and a heres your machine, good luck mentality.Annette on the other hand, made sure we knew that when we bought her machine, we bought her too. She would be here to check up on us for as long as we are here and then, even when we turn the home into a rental property in a few years. Try to tell me that the other companies will drop off free bags of salt for you, a week after installation as a curtousy. I will absolutely call your bluff.We have had our system for about a week now and my husband can see an absolute difference in his showers. I notice that my toilets dont get rings as easily and that I can actually wash dishes with 1 circle of dish soap on my sponge.
