Excellent experience from start to finish. We called after our DIY rheem softener flooded our garage, and they knew exactly the problem. They didn’t try to oversell us, but wanted to help quickly. Needed to replace our 20 year old system. Did quite a bit of on line searching and in person visits. At Simple Water Softeners, Lisa was quick to ask about our current system and proceeded to give the information on an equal new system that would fit our needs. Other locations immediately tried to up sell us to fancy units that we did not need. I was impressed with her overall knowledge and she addressed everything I asked. I also felt comfortable as they are located in my general area. Coordination of appointments by Regina and a follow up call after installation by Raul (exceptional job and answered all my questions) to insure that I was happy with the install. She also told me that there would be another visit after about 3 weeks to test the results of the water softener installation. Very impressed overall with Simple Water Softeners. Highly recommend.

A great and “simple” experience!! I couldn’t put up with the calcium build up at my new house anymore. I used a different company at my last house and the install was not as clean and good looking. You can tell Abel takes a lot of pride in his craft. They use the highest quality resin that can go in a softener. The smaller tank is a whole house carbon filter and I’m glad I got that installed, the chlorine taste is gone. I did my research before buying this one and I was between the Kinetico and the Simple. Simple only installs the USA made Clack control head with the good resin which will last a long time and I didn’t care about the $10/year savings on a “no electricity” one. Lisa guided me through the selection process for size and the different options over the phone. It’s truly a simple process and now the hard water spots are gone, dishes are cleaner and my skin is softer.

My husband and I came across Simple Water Softeners while driving around town. Lisa answered our call with all the information we could have ever thought to ask. After being on the hunt and getting quotes from other companies, this was the first “no pressure” experience my husband and I had. Lisa explained the history of the company, their manufacturing, and the process of multiple water softening systems. She even gave us the option of coming to the office to check out the systems in person! (Other companies just showed us pictures of installs) Upon request, she kept in touch with us to answer questions and provided thorough explanations. Lisa’s promptness and knowledge was noted and highly appreciated. (Even when I was hard to get in touch with)When we were ready, Raul came to the house for installation. Before getting started he explained exactly what he was doing and how long we were to expect services to take. I’ll tell you; Raul is one efficient man! It took less than an hour for our system to be set up! Raul took the time afterwards to go over the operation of our new system, warranty, and maintenance. I am someone that likes in-depth information and simplified instructions. Raul provided both with patience and kindness!What sold us was Simple Water Softeners warranty and self-maintenance. As mentioned, we were on the hunt for a water softening system, and it seemed that other companies charged fees for servicing. One company quoted over $200 quarterly just to check salt levels. (ridiculous) I think it’s also important to mention that throughout this process, not once did Lisa, Raul, or anyone else we spoke to demean another company. I wont name names but others showed how great their products were by trashing and bashing their competitors.The integrity and quality of Simple Water Softeners speaks for itself. The level of professionalism and genuine kindness we experienced working with this team is beyond anything we have experienced thus far. Even today, we received a follow up call from Regina, yet another team member exuding kindness and a true desire to care for their clients.I’m not here to persuade you to choose Simple Water Softeners. Just know that when you DO choose them, you choose a fantastic team, a quality system, and a wholesome experience!

After careful research my wife and I decided that Simple Water Softeners was the right choice for our water softener needs. Lisa, Abel, Vicky and Abels assistant (did not catch his name) took very good care of this new customer. Lisa was very knowledgable about the products she was selling and answered all questions I had for her without hesitation and to my satisfaction. After the initial inspection visit Abel returned with an assistant and did a great job with the installation from start to finish. The install met all of our expectations and I couldnt be more pleased with the job. Lets not forget Vicky who did a great job of keeping us updated during the whole process from start to finish.My wife and I are very pleased Water Softener and Filtration System that was installed. We love our new Simple water softener system, carbon filter, and reverse osmosis system! I met with other water softener companies and once I met with Lisa at Simple I knew they were the people for us. Not only were they significantly more affordable than the competition, but they were very transparent and gave us tips on how we can do some of our own maintenance to save money.Abel installed our system a few days later and he did a fantastic job! He installed the system in a tight space and still left me room for storage, he fixed other people’s mistakes, and then walked me through the new system and answered all my questions.Our water tastes great, our skin feels great, and no more hard water! I usually do not write reviews but Simple Water Softner has exceeded my expectations many times and I want to appreciate and recognize them. After we got softner, due to some plumbing issues we had flooding in the house. Lisa and Able were there at 5am in the morning helping me and despite it was not their issue they worked very hard to fix it. Their warranty is excellent and I recently ran into some issue and they took care of it immediately. Wanted to call out Raul also who helped me a lot with my questions as I am new to water softener (we moved to San Antonio and did not have one in other state where we came from). This team is what I will call an A team who cares so deeply for their customer, have great customer service and stand by their product. Thank you so much!!!

If youre looking for a sign, this is it! Theyre simply the best! Go with them, you will not be disappointed! Nobody came close in terms of price, professionalism, or customer experience.Simple Water Softeners overdelivered, exceeded all my expectations and were extremely fast scheduling and installing my water softener.The quality of their supplies(Clack Valves, Enpress Tanks) and work is excellent. The entire process, from inquiry to installation was completed in less than 3 days and I didnt feel pressured, or rushed by the sales dept. I came in with a ton of questions—to which I had researched answers to—and every employee answered with clarity and truth. They are honest, and keep the customers best interests in mind.I received estimated from 4 other companies in the San Antonio area. All other companies pressured me into buying extra equipment, maintenance plans, or some other sort of service I wasnt interested in. Simple Water Softeners mentioned their full gamut of offerings, but not once pressured me into anything else.Simple Water Softeners gave a fair market price. Not only that, but the plumbing was masterfully installed. Cant see primer/glue runs anywhere, no odd angles on tubing, every tube is insulated, entire plumbing-job is aestethically pleasing. They also cleaned after the install, filled/leveled the trench dug, provided +150lb of quality salt!11/10. Ill recommend these people to anyone asking!

Our house had an old Whirlpool that was no good. We quoted out the top four water softener companies by Google reviews and came down to Simple and another company. We chose Simple because of: the near perfect Google review history, the customer service experience, our understanding of the quality of the product, and their competitive price point.The other three companies almost insisted on having a sales rep come to our home, test our water, and try to sell us their product, we avoided all of this by insisting a quote over the phone. The other three companies were very much sales people and at times diminished the other companies products in order to try to make the sale.Simple was quick to give us a quote over the phone, Lisa was great to answer all of our questions with direct answers and give us the information we needed to make a decision. After we chose Simple, Eddie was at our house the next day to install the Simple 45K unit. Eddie let me shadow him during the install, answered all of my questions, and took extra time to re-plumb my drain line to ensure water was not leaking. Eddie was sure to do it right the first time, he also aligned everything on the unit to ensure it looked good (see photos).Were very happy we chose Simple and would recommend highly recommend them

Had a really good experience with Abel who educated me along the way regarding navigating the system, timing for replacing filters, and recommendations between blue bags vs yellow bags of salt and how to maintenance with either of them. Purchased a full house filtration system, water softener and reverse osmosis system under the sink. Highly recommend them for Water Softener/filtration services.

I am so thrilled to have made this home upgrade. Lisa was so helpful in the beginning with educating me on water softeners and carbon filtration. I was able to get a fair price, which leads me to believe a lot of folks are paying way too much for their similar upgrades with other companies. Don’t get swindled like the women who dated the Tinder Swindler.Raul came out and installed the softener and filter using high quality plumbing parts. He was funny, informative and very efficient with his time. Installation took no longer than an hour.

This company is the best! They installed a water softener for me 5 years ago and every time I have called in the past 5 years they don’t hesitate to help me out. My water softener has worked like a champ but it did get gunked up by a tenant using the wrong salt. They offered to do a clean out and some maintenance for a cost (they are a business) but they also gave me info on what it would take for me to take care of it myself. They’re super friendly and responsive and when they did the install it was professional and looked great. I highly recommend the folks at Simple Water Softeners!!

Would like to give kudos to the team of this great company. They have been more than helpful when in need of a water softener part. I needed a part for my sons water softener, and after contacting Lisa she went above and beyond to locate the part I needed. She scrambled through her warehouse to locate the part for a water softener that they dont sell and was able to locate the part that I needed. They even explain how to replace the part and how to install it. The original company that install the water softener was no help and if not for Simple Water Softeners, my son would have to buy a new system. I would suggest Simple Water Softeners to anybody! I have used them to replace the resin and recently needed a part for my relic of a softener. They had old parts they had salvaged and sold me what I needed. They are extremely friendly and easy to work with. Saturday hours make it simple for people that work M-F.

Had a Jasons Water Softener System but was having problems with their so call Lifetime Warranty. Jason turn over the company to his kids and the services has not been the same. Instead of spending another $1400 to try to fix the Jason system, decided to get a new system with Simple Water Softener. The install went well and it looks very clean and sleek and was reasonably priced. So far so good Ive included pictures of both system. THE JASON SYSTEM IS GONE now.

My water softener stopped working after possibly 14 years of not being serviced (I bought a home with an already installed softener). I called the company that installed the softener and their estimate to service my unit was more than half of the original price of the unit. Id driven by Simple Water Softeners many times without giving them a second thought, but I decided to give them a call. Lisas customer service was OUTSTANDING! She was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional! She scheduled an appointment for Abel to take a look at my unit...Abel is also very knowledgeable, personable, and professional...he was able to assess what my unit needed and drafted an estimate that was almost $200 less than what I was quoted by the other company. I scheduled the service and it took Abel less than 2 hours to get my system up and running. Abel ensured he explained what he did and how to effectively maintain my unit. Less than a week later, Lisa called me to follow up on the service I received and answered a couple of other questions that I had. Although I didnt need a new unit, I did stop by the office to meet Lisa face to face and was pleasantly surprised that Simple Water Softeners has all of their pricing posted, so theres no mistake as to what the costs of their units are. Give Simple Water Softeners a try, youll be glad you did!!!

From start to finish the experience I had with this company was fantastic! They were able to give me a quote over the phone on the initial call while making solid recommendations based on my home/family size. I ended up selecting a water softener, home water filter, and reverse osmosis under the sink. Great prices in my opinion.The install was a few hours. Able cake to do the install and he was great! Treated my family with the utmost respect and was truly a joy to have in our home.The day after the install, I received a follow-up call from the company to check in and see how everything was working and if I had questions. -I loved that! IMy GE water softerner bypass valve ruptured and flooded my garage. I called Simple Water Solutions asking if they had a replacement. They said yes they had some used ones. When I picked up the part I asked how much and was told no charge you can have it for free. Remind you folks this is an $80 part. Also as I looked around the store they had a great stockage of every part imaginable. If you need great customer support and friendly old school service go to Simple Water Softeners!!!!

The best water softener I have owned. Fast friendly service and the very best professional installation. Lisa understands and explains everything thing to the customer, she knows Texas water issues like a chemist and lets you know what you need to improve your water. Abel is a master plumber and installer of the system. If you want a neat, low profile install Abel is the pro you need. I have showed many of my friends the install of this system and a few are thinking of purchasing from them. Soft water makes life in the Hill Country feel heavenly.

In my previous house, I had two of the bigger name companies come out and perform their tests and give me their sales pitches. All I saw was a big price tag without really understanding why. Lisa made the process so simple (no pun intended), explaining my options and the cost. No fancy water tests, no hidden costs, and one week later, Able showed up and completed the installation. The good reviews were right!!! What a Fantastic Install !!! Abel knows his stuff, answered all my questions, and had my water softener/reverse osmosis ready to use within a few hours. Even hauled off our old unit. Best Water Softener Company EVER!!!! Ive had reverse osmosis systems installed in three different homes now, and with each one Ive had issues with leaks under the sink after install. Not with Simple! This company, Simple Water Softeners, at Bulverde Rd and US Hey 281, provides outstanding service. Abel, the repairman, does a very thorough repair for a very fair and reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable and competent. They operate a very honest sales and repair business. The sales staff are very knowledgable and friendly. They do not take advantage of you by trying to sell you something you do not need. They could have easily talked me into buying a new unit, as mine is 17 years old and was not working properly. Instead they sent Abel out, who correctly identified and fixed the problem. They saved me thousands of dollars. I give them 5 out of 5 stars.

Could not be happier. Researched water softeners & reverse osmosis systems. I went with Simple Water Softeners because of price, transparency, & frankly Lisa & Able proved to just be honest. Just like in the name, Simple, they present the product & give a honest price. Others had to come to the house & test the water, present why their costly product was better than the rest. At the end of the day, your paying a premium for their visit. Able asked a few questions & quoted me over the phone. I made a visit to their shop. It too is simple. I got quotes from some of the more well known names in water softening in the area which included Kinetico and AWS, super nice people but they were charging me an arm and leg for a softener system with install (Around $4k+)...I hopped on reddit to look for more companies and luckily came across simple water softeners.Super responsive, prompt, asked me about as many questions about my home as I did their softener system. Their prices are a lot more reasonable compared to their competitors without compromising on service. They will leave you with a great impression that will last beyond your install. Relocating from California, she convinced us in little or no time a water softener was a must. The day after Thanksgiving I emailed Simple Water Softeners explaining the leak I noticed from my old softener. I was very surprised to hear from Lisa Shortly after I emailed her, since it was a holiday weekend. She listened to the problem I had and offered expert advice and solutions. She explained to me in detail the various products that they had to offer and how they function. I was very impressed also that the systems they offer are made in the U.S. There was never any pressure to buy their product. I chose Simple Water Softeners because of their fast response, professionalism, and their affordability. I have had a great experience with Simple Waters Softners!Another company was servicing my unit for many years and I always felt like I was getting ripped off. Sure enough, for the most part I was.My resin was at end of life, but I had a new tank and the valve was still working.I have a 22 year old unit that is an expensive boutique label product. No one else in town would touch it. When the owner, Abel took one look at it and explained it was only a Flek valve in disguise and that he could absolutely do the work! He had fantastic rates on the resin too!While he was there, he discovered that the unit was not even set up properly when it was installed and that the other company had never bothered to fix it! He took the time to not only do what he came for, but to give the unit a thorough once over. It has NEVER worked so well!!His attention to detail is outstanding!!Lisa in the office is wonderful. She knows what she is doing and when she needs to find an answer from Abel she gets it quickly and efficiently.I will buy my next unit here!!

Lisa was extremely knowledgeable and jumped at the opportunity to help me out when I needed a tough to find replacement part. With the recent freeze, my bypass valve had busted and ordering online would’ve taken atleast a week. My options were to wait a week, hard pipe around the leak modifying my system, or try my luck calling around to see if anyone had the part in inventory. Fortunately, Simple Water Solutions had one in storage and gave it to me so I could get water back to my house. I am not a previous customer and don’t have their water softener system, but with that level of service, knowledge, and general character qualities, I will be going to Simple Water Softeners the next time I’m in need of a new system.

I just had the best customer experience that maybe I have ever had. My reverse osmosis system started leaking from a crack in the filter case. I called the company that had installed the system but they no longer service that brand and dont have replacement parts. They said they could only install a new system and I searched for reviews of that brand but found none. I called around looking for help and finally called Lisa at Simple Water Softeners. She said she found an old case and gave it to me just out of kindness, she could have charged me but chose not to. I noticed that they sell the brand of water softeners that I have and I ask her how they work and she explained in detail. That was so kind of her to take her time to help me. I am very pleased with my water softener and whole house filter system. Lisa helped me select the right size system. Abel installed and explained everything that he was doing. I called Simple Water Softeners and got an immediate response from Lisa.I needed to replace the Resin in my water softener as well as install a new distributer. Not only did they have the highest quality Resin, they were kind enough to sell me 1 full bag as well as a half bag. It is rare for a company to sell you a half of a bag.I should mention the cost is much lower than most although I am willing to pay more for such a quality of service.Abel was out on a call but confirmed he had all the parts I needed. I was able to pick everything up within 45 minutes of calling them. This is the type of company I choose to do business with. I was running around San Antonio trying to find a brine elbow that broke on my system and while driving up 281 I saw their sign. I pulled in with a less than hopeful attitude to finding a replacement but to my surprise the wonderful woman (sorry, I forgot your name!) went searching. They didnt have any in stock but she found a gently used fitting and gave it to me for the low price of $Free.99. I came upon the folks at Simple Water Softeners in a Google search on a Saturday morning looking for resin to refresh my home softener. They had all of the supplies readily available for my WS-1 and when I went to pick the items up Lisa was very helpful and provided me with some much needed education on my system and some best practices. Pricing for all of the parts was as good or better than online after shipping costs and purchasing online I would have missed out on the advice.After such a great experience, I returned Monday to get their small one filter RO (see photo) everything needed for a clean simple install was included. I was able to install in less than an hour. Im sure if something had not gone together or worked working they would have happily provided the support needed to get me up and running.While I was there to get my RO, I was also able to discuss some of my business needs for equipment maintenance with them. For 5 years we have struggled with a system that wasnt meeting our expectations and numerous calls to different companies for repair left us nowhere, but large bills. Simples technician Abel came out and within 30 minutes had the problem identified and the next day was out to complete the repairs. Our system is now running correctly and the price was very fair.I would recommend Simple to anyone both residential and commercial. However, after draining my water heater because of popping sounds, leaks, and an odd color building up around the top and bottom screws of my tank I took on this daunting task to learn why my water heater life is getting cut extremely short and what steps I needed to take to correct this matter.Water softener?What?I am a man and don’t need soft water. Ignorance is bliss but your wife’s back hand will get you to google all kind of stuff.Now my bliss ignorance and the pain from my cheek are somewhat goes. So, I emailed multiple water softener companies to find out about different options, what they recommend, and their price range. Secretly a million and one requestion about whatever comes to mind.Simple Water Softener was the quickest company to reply and the only company with an upfront pricing which was fantastic. Every other company wanted to send a person to my house so they can give me a quote and their price range was $1,400 over Simple Water Softener’s base price. Im very pleased with Simple Water Softners.I called for an estimate and received very reasonable pricing. Then Able came all the way to the South east side of Seguin to install our iron breaker and R/O system. Able was very knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. The iron breaker has made a world of difference in the quality of our water. Prior to the iron breaker our water was orange from all the iron in it. Now our water is crystal clear. The R/O system has made our water taste much cleaner as well as prolonged the life of filter on our refrigerator. Very pleased with the whole process. Thank You Lisa and Able for all you have done. I am shopping for a water softening system, to my surprise Lisa answered the phone, I told her I wanted to buy the components for a system, she informed me that the manufacturer does not allow internet sales of the components, and that they only service the San Antonio area. I was so impressed with her willingness to share information about her products, she took the time to ask me about my home so that she could recommend the right system and so I could make an informed decision when it came time to purchase. We wanted a water softener system as well as reverse osmosis to not only protect our appliances, but also to quit buying toxic plastic bottled water. From the second I called to installation was about a week or so. Lisa is so knowledgeable about water softeners & helped us figure out the best set up for our family. We noticed a huge difference in water quality the second installation was done. We also seem to be drinking more water now as a result of the accessibility of the reverse osmosis system in our sink. If you’re planning on getting a system, I HIGHLY recommend adding on the reverse osmosis. Total game changer!
