We had a portion of our electricity go out. We could not fix it and had to call the electrician. They provided a same day appointment. They called and were available an hour sooner than they said which was wonderful. Eugene arrived and was very professional and quick. A repair was needed on our outside box. He had to go get the part required but the job was completed in less than two hours. The cost was very reasonable. I would call them again if needed. Highly recommend!

He explain, everything in detail step-by-step in finding the solution to my problem with the water problem you guys are very fortunate to have a great employee like himself not only being a kind and generous person. Hes a very true blue employee someone you should really recognize in the future I feel very comfortable with him in my home totally trustworthy. I left and had to run some errands, knowing that he was honest and good person theres not very many people in the world anymore that actually that you can trust so I think in your part you should be.

Being a new home owner spending money I just was slightly more particular with this. And will Fix it made it right. Thank you so much.Service was great. Timely manner. However there is some damage to the Water heater that I noticed. Not sure how that happens when its supposed to be new.

I had been struggling with this issue for months, replacing the spout multiple times and getting quotes ranging from $500 to $1,000. Jesse came in, thoroughly inspected the problem, and even mentioned we might have to cut the tile due to the leak coming from the back of the wall. However, instead of jumping straight to an expensive fix, he tried a simple solution first.His advice was invaluable—he explained the issue was with the spouts I had been buying from big box stores. He even provided a spout for me (free of charge!) and didn’t charge me a penny for his time. His honesty, expertise, and generosity during the holiday season have been a true blessing.If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping their customers and solving problems without unnecessary costs, Jesse is the guy. Darryl from WillFixIt was wonderful to work with! No one wants to fix their AC, especially not 1 month before Christmas in this economy. But with an obscenely warm winter, a child and multiple animals, house temperature is incredibly important. He thoroughly explained what was broken, our options for fixing/replacing and was mindful of our budget in what was necessary and what was “not as pertinent”. I felt he was honest and thorough. Installation was done quickly and professionally however service after the install sucks . Called 5 times to have water pressure adjusted, received one call back only to be told they would not be able to come out . All other calls and appointments were left unanswered. Appointments were made Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. No response .Update:Water pressure has been restored . I must say I share part of the blame for the slow response by not having my phone properly set up to receive incoming calls .A big thank you to Cynthia Arguilles for resolving the issue .I give Will fix it a 5 star rating

Dustin and Chandler with Will Fix It, if you are fortunate enough to have them come, you’ll know what I mean when I say hands down, to date, are the best around. I cannot recommend them enough.This company is fantastic. I would add more stars if I could for professionalism, thoroughness, polite, happy too. They cleaned my shop vac. I’m having major plumbing work done to pipes installed in the 1930’s and they have lifted a huge weight off my shoulders - the morning started off with water coming up through my bathroom floor - by 2:00 they fixed some major issues and left a clean shiny bathroom. The cost for everything to be fixed for the four-plex is $40,000. I wouldn’t have any other company do the work.

I had a problem with the hot water connection for a washing machine during the installation. The installation team was unable to complete the installation but said they could come back if the repair was completed quickly. I contacted numerous plumbing companies but none would respond in the time frame I needed. I then called Will Fix It. They said that they could have someone come out within 45 minutes to do the repair. They actually showed up sooner than that. Took one look at the repair, gave me an estimate that I agreed to and then within 20 more minutes the repair had been completed. The individuals that arrived were completely professional and provided me with excellent service I will definitely call Will Fix It again if I need plumbing work.

My scheduled time was 0930 and they showed up right on time.The team brought out a single AC unit when I thought I had purchased two Units for my home.The sales manager immediately got me in the phone and actively tried to rectify the situation. Give them all a pay raise!!! I cant rave enough about my experience with Will Fix It. If you need a total HVAC system or just need a repairs call Will Fix It. Ask for Justin (my sales representative), Daniel and Alex ( my HVAC installation professionals) they have my gratitude and appreciation for all their hard work and making sure the job was done right. They all impressed me so much with their dedication and professionalism. My family is indebted to all of them and I can honestly say they will be the reason that I call Will Fix It first whenever I need something looked at or repaired. I will not only be telling my friends to use this company I will also be telling them to request all three of them for the service call because they get it done right. Our system went out while we were on vacation during this heat wave. I ended up getting 4 quotes and they were all pretty much in the same ball park. I went with Justin because he was able to answer my questions fully and didnt mind all of the questions that my wife and I had. The installation had a few hiccups but my HVAC team solved them all quickly and efficiently. We ended up going with a Lennox and so far we are happy with it. They even got us a portable unit to keep my dogs comfortable while we were waiting for our new system to arrive. I cant rave enough about them or the company that employs them. If you want it done right call Will Fix It before you call anyone else.

We had a tech, Will, who initially came out for a broken fuse, which was fixed within an hour. A few days later Providence saw fit to bless us with a much larger electrical issue that involved a lot of coordination with the city. This company, and Will specifically, made us feel like this was their top priority. They were available to coordinate with CPS, deliver parts between themselves, and most of all they were patient with the bureaucracy that goes into city services. We could not recommend this company enough.In real terms- you get what you pay for. Having a team of experts with a direct line to CPS, a group of professionals that takes pride in their work and is willing to put the effort in for you... Its priceless. But in reality we paid a good amount but not a penny was wasted because if you have to spend 4 hours with an electrician waiting for CPS to show up at least its one that waits with you, is kind and knowledgeable, and is dedicated to making sure your issue is solved.Kind, considerate and caring, giving us the confidence that we made the right decision.

I scheduled a tune up for $69 (great value) and my appointment was scheduled 2 weeks out because of high demand. The scheduler was friendly and helpful. I was surprised when someone called me 2 days before my scheduled appointment not to confirm but to reschedule 2 months out because they were too busy working on repairs and didn’t have time for my tune up. I chose to cancel the appointment instead of waiting 2 months. I was even more surprised when someone called to notify me that a service technician was on the way to the appointment that had been canceled 2 days earlier. The dispatcher was unaware of the prior cancelation. Santos was my technician. He was polite, considerate and did a wonderful job. He was thorough and explained everything he did. My experience was great except for the attempt to reschedule me 2 months out.

The new unit is way to expensive for me, the repair was way to expensive, so I had to install window units. They didn’t charge me for the service fee for my unit is over 10 yrs old. And all they reallY did was open the door and look at it. Maybe ran his finger over the coils. I didn’t qualify for their financing so basically I am still left without air. However I turned my unit on after about 4-5 hours after he left and my AC came back on. It is currently working but I have window units in place for next time it goes out. Until I can buy a new one.
